| 1 | 藏东南三江并流核心区植被时空动态变化及其气候驱动力分析显示文摘植被生长状况及其分布对气候等影响因子的响应是当前生态学研究的热点之一。基于2000—2016年MODIS NDVI数据和气象数据,用Sen+Mann-Kendall等方法分析了藏东南三江并流核心区植被的时空变化及其与气候因子的关系。研究结果表明:(1)该区植被覆盖整体趋于稳定,呈缓慢增加趋势,不同植被类型覆盖空间异质性明显。(2)植被变化趋势结果显示植被覆盖变化以稳定不变和改善趋势为主,区域总体呈稳中向好态势。(3)相关分析表明植被NDVI增加主要与气候暖化有关,与降水量相关性较小。此外,人类活动对植被影响的双重性表现为:大多地区植被改善受生态工程和围栏禁牧政策影响,局部地区植被退化则与城镇化进程加快有关。研究结果揭示气温是影响植被格局的主要气候因子,了解影响植被变化及其驱动因素的空间变异性可为山地植被生态环境保护建设提供一定的科学依据。 | 王春雅 王金牛 崔霞 魏彦强 孙建 Niyati Naudiyal 杜文涛 陈庆涛 | 2021 | 地理研究2021,40,11: | 10 |

| 4 | 青藏高原东南缘陇蜀杜鹃当年生小枝茎叶性状对海拔变化的响应显示文摘通过在青藏高原东南缘的岷江源区三处高山林草交错带采集陇蜀杜鹃当年生小枝,测量小枝的茎长、茎粗与茎生物量,沿海拔梯度自然分布的空间变化对比其当年生小枝的茎结构与生物量及其相互关系,接着比较了总叶质量和比叶面积的变化,最后通过典范对应分析(CCA)探究小枝茎叶性状与土壤因子的相关关系,有助于理解陇蜀杜鹃适应异质环境的生态适应对策。结果表明:(1)除弓杠岭外,斗鸡台与卡卡山土壤因子在海拔间差异显著,相似海拔不同山地间土壤因子也存在显著差异。(2)除卡卡山高海拔比叶面积显著小于低海拔外,其他样地的小枝茎性状(茎长、茎粗、比茎长和茎生物量)和叶性状(总叶质量和比叶面积)在海拔间并无显著差异,相似海拔不同坡体间茎粗、茎生物量以及比茎长差异也未达到显著水平(P>0.05),但弓杠岭(3963 m)的茎长显著大于卡卡山(3921 m)(P<0.05)。(3)小枝茎长、茎粗与茎生物量之间均为异速生长关系,且茎生物量累积速率大于茎长和茎粗增加的速率,且茎长的增加速率约为茎粗的2.8倍。(4)CCA排序结果表明,11个土壤环境因子中,碳含量、碳氮比、有机碳含量、总磷和容重对植物性状有显著的影响,但在海拔及不同山体间影响小枝茎叶性状的土壤因子不同。由此可知,较小的海拔梯度变化对小枝茎叶性状影响较小,土壤因子是导致小枝茎叶性状差异的重要原因之一。 | 何家莉 王金牛 周天阳 宋怡珂 查琳 Niyati Naudiyal 石凝 吴彦 | 2021 | 生态学报2021,41,6: | 5 |
| 5 | 全球绿绒蒿属植物研究势态文献计量学综述显示文摘绿绒蒿(Meconopsis)是著名的观赏植物和传统药用植物,具有极大的经济利用价值。本文基于CiteSpace V软件,以中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)和Web of Science收录的1980−2019年期间与绿绒蒿研究相关的文献作为数据源,对国内外绿绒蒿的文献势态进行综述,揭示了绿绒蒿的文献年际分布、主要研究人员及研究机构、研究热点及趋势。结果表明,绿绒蒿相关研究的发文量总体呈上升趋势,文章的被引频次在各年份间波动较大。中国科学院及下属机构发文量最多并具有较强的影响力,一定程度上得益于绿绒蒿的世界地理分布。不同研究阶段对绿绒蒿的关注重点不同,早期重点关注绿绒蒿属的传统分类鉴定,当前及未来一段时间的关注热点主要是基于分子生物学等现代手段对绿绒蒿属植物的化学成分分析及药理活性的研究。最后,基于山地生态系统结构组成、多样性的功能及服务框架之下,结合文献计量学的综述结果,系统性地汇总了绿绒蒿属植物的优势学科体现、未来应用价值以及在不同领域的交互融合。今后应加强合作与交流,拓展延伸绿绒蒿研究的深度与广度,为绿绒蒿野生植物资源的可持续利用与原生地物种的保护及不同生态系统服务之间的权衡提供科学支撑。 | 石凝 王金牛 宋怡珂 何家莉 魏彦强 Niyati Naudiya 吴彦 | 2020 | 草业科学2020,37,12: | 4 |
| 6 | 青藏高原东南缘不同坡向对陇蜀杜鹃花性状的影响显示文摘植物的花表型多样性是长期自然选择的结果,是植物对异质性环境的适应性响应.以青藏高原东缘的高山灌丛陇蜀杜鹃(Rhododendron przewalskii)为研究对象,分析花性状在不同坡向的变化特征及其相关关系,力求理解高寒异质生境下的植物适合度,加深对传粉生物学中生殖器官可塑性的认识.结果显示:(1)东坡的土壤温度及pH值均显著大于东北坡(P=0.02,P=0.001),其土壤容重显著小于东北坡(P<0.001),而其他土壤养分特征在坡向间无显著性差异.(2)陇蜀杜鹃的花大小在不同坡向具有显著性差异,即东坡(花管直径:22.74±0.15 mm;花管长度:19.86±0.56 mm)>东北坡(21.00±0.12 mm;18.31±0.34 mm);雌蕊长度在东坡显著大于其东北坡,但出管距离(柱头探出花管的距离)结果则相反;此外,柱头大小及形状在坡向间并无显著差异.花性状在个体间和坡向间变异均较大,其中柱头大小和出管距离变异系数在东坡和东北坡分别为最大,分别为29.13%、28.03%.(3)花管直径与花管长度、雌蕊长与花梗长、花柱长与雌蕊长和花梗长、子房与雌蕊长在两个坡向均为极显著正相关(东坡:P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.01,P<0.001,P<0.001;东北坡:P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.01,P<0.001,P<0.001);柱头大小与花柱长、雌蕊长、花梗长在东坡为极显著正相关(P<0.01,P<0.001,P<0.01);柱头大小与子房长在东北坡显著正相关(P=0.01),与柱头形状显著负相关(P=0.02).(4)花管直径与花管长度在东坡为异速生长关系,东北坡为等速生长关系;两个坡向上出管距离增加的速率均大于花管长度增加速率.传粉生物学功能性状间的权衡分析表明,东坡偏好增加花管直径,而东北坡偏好增加出管距离以增加繁殖成效.可见,不同坡向的陇蜀杜鹃种内花部性状的高变异性,有利于其在高寒生境中展示出较高的繁衍机会,性状权衡对坡向差异偏好响应有利于陇蜀杜鹃适应高山异质环境. | 何家莉 周天阳 宋怡珂 查琳 石凝 商宏莉 吴彦 NIYATI Naudiyal 杜文涛 王金牛 | 2021 | 应用与环境生物学报2021,27,4: | 4 |

| 8 | Phytopharmacological evaluation and anti-asthmatic activity of Ficus religiosa leaves显示文摘Objective:To discuss phytopharmacological potential and anti-asthmatic activity of Ficus religiosa(F.religiosa)(L.).Methods:Fresh leaves of F.religiosa were obtained from Vastrapur Lake,Ahmedabad,and dried to obtain powder.Histamine and acetylcholine were used to guinea pigs to establish bronchospasm model.In in vivo study,the aqueous extract of F.religiosa leaves (AEFR) at doses of 150 and 300 mg/ kg was administrated to guinea pigs,and the broncho-protective activity of AEFR was compared with aminophylline at 25 mg/kg.While in in vitro study,and 10 g/mL,20 g/mL,30 g/mL of AEFRL was administrated to guinea pigs,respectively, and mast cell stabilizing activity of AEFR was compared with ketotifen at 10 g/mL.Results: In the in-vivo model,pre-treatment with aminophylline(25 mg/kg,ip.) could significantly delay the onset of histamine induced pre-convulsive dyspnea,compared with vehicle control. Administration of AEFRL(150 and 300 mg/kg,ip.) also produced significant effect on latency to develop histamine & acetylcholine induced pre-convulsive dyspnea.In the mast cell stabilizing model,AEFRL at 10,20 and 30μg/mL could significantly increase the number of intact cells. | 9 | The changing Himalayan landscape:pine-oak forest dynamics and the supply of ecosystem services显示文摘This review summarizes the current state of knowledge on pine and oak forest dynamics in the midmontane central Himalayan forest and the ecosystem services associated with these vegetation types. Forest ecosystems play a crucial role in the livelihood of the central Himalayas as well as the adjacent plains, providing a number of tangible and intangible ecosystem services, at each stage of succession. The successional sequence starts from warm temperate grasslands, followed by early successional pine forests, mid-successional pine-oak mixed forests and eventually culminating in a late successional oak community.This successional sequence is considerably influenced by disturbances like fire, grazing, and lopping, which maintain the vegetation types in their current form and can act as potential drivers of change. Fire and grazing in grasslands and pine forests inhibit the successional process by hindering the establishment of pioneer and late successional species,respectively. Potential land-cover changes with forest succession can lead to changes in ecosystem services supply.We found that the number of ecosystem services associated with these vegetation types increase from early to late successional community. Current management approaches fail to include the dynamic nature of vegetation, which is essential for maintenance of ecosystem service supply. | 13 | The future of mountain agriculture amidst continual farm-exit, livelihood diversification and outmigration in the Central Himalayan villages显示文摘Agrarian patterns in mountain ecosystems have seen a considerable change in the past decades with a vast proportion of the population abandoning traditional agriculture and diversifying their livelihood options, primarily through out-migration. This trend is especially common amongst the subsistence based family-farming communities in developing countries. This study aims at assessing methods of livelihood diversification and factors influencing farm-exit in Central Himalayan villages of Uttarakhand, India, while trying to understand local perspectives on challenges in pursuing agriculture as a viable livelihood option. We collected qualitative and quantitative data from 951 households across 60 villages evenly distributed across six hill districts of Uttarakhand, using key-person interviews and household surveys. The results of the study highlight that farm-exit is significantly influenced by livelihood diversification, number of migrants, number of female family members, and availability of irrigation facilities. In general, perception of the respondents towards agriculture as a viable livelihood option is rather unenthusiastic, with 87% of the respondents citing human wildlife conflict as the main challenge in pursuing farming, amongst several other challenges. Diversification is an integral component of present rural economy with 80.13% of the total population dependent on more than one source of income, to maintain their livelihoods. However, there is no statistically significant influence of livelihood diversification on annual income of the household. If agro-based entrepreneurial ventures are to be promoted in the region there is an urgent need for timely introduction of radical policy, institutional, and land-reforms. | 17 | Petrographical and mineral chemistry evidence to delineate the source/sources of the Central Indian Ocean Basin pumices显示文摘We present data pertaining to mineral assemblages and composition of the Central Indian Ocean Basin(CIOB)pumices.Eight groups of pumices were identified considering the presence of phenocrysts of plagioclase,clinopyroxene,orthopyroxene,hornblende and biotite together with the occurrence of quartz and glass.Pigeonite,fayalite and ulvospinelare reported for the first time from these pumices.In the eight groups,the modal percentage of the constituents are phenocrysts 3%to 19%(avg 9.6%),silicic glass 33%to 54%(avg 43%)and the rest is vesicles.Based on the above factors we have identified the possible sources of the CIOB pumices.The mineral compositions of plagioclase,pyroxenes,and biotite of the CIOB pumices were compared with those of Krakatau and Toba.Most of the plagioclase and pyroxene compositions resemble the Haranggoal Dacite Tuff of Toba and Krakatau.Considering the mineral assemblages and compositions,there are pumices which do not correlate to any of the above eruptions and are probably from yet unidentified source/sources.These sources could either be from nearby terrestrial volcanoes or intraplate seamounts present in the CIOB.In a global context,it is viable that petrological characteristics could be used as initial criteria to determine the source of pumices that occur at abyssal depths in the world ocean. | Niyati G.Kalangutkar Sridhar D.Iyer | 2023 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,5: | 0 |
