| 2 | Noise Reduction and Surge Margin Improvement Using Tapered Diffuser Vane in a Centrifugal Compressor显示文摘Improvement of surge margin and reduction of interaction tone noise radiated from a centrifugal compressor with a vaned diffuser is discussed from experiments and CFD analyses.Two types of one-side tapered diffuser vanes,which are shroud-and hub-side tapered vanes,were used in the experiments.The height of the leading edge of the tapered vanes varied from 100% to 10%.Both types of tapered vanes are effective for the reduction of the interaction tone noise radiated from the compressor,because of the smaller interaction area between impeller-discharge flow and diffuser vane surface.Especially,the hub-side tapered diffuser vane suppresses the evolution of the leading-edge vortex,which causes reverse-flow in the diffuser passage.Furthermore,the hub-side tapered diffuser vane,which has an optimized diffuser leading edge shape,can improve the compressor pressure-rise characteristics at low-flow operation and can enlarge the surge margin. | Takashi Goto Eri Ohmoto Yutaka Ohta Eisuke Outa | 2010 | Journal of Thermal Science2010，19，1： | 3 |

| 7 | 内镜下静脉曲张结扎术联合部分脾脏栓塞术:可明显改善伴有食管静脉曲张与血小板减少的肝硬化患者预后显示文摘The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of the combination of endoscopic variceal ligation(EVL)and partial splenic embolization(PSE)compared with EVL alone in cirrhosis patients with thrombocytopenia.In a prospective study,84 cirrhosis patients with esophageal varices and thrombocytopenia(platelet count < 50,000/mm3)underwent EVL plus PSE(N = 42)or EVL alone(N = 42).Primary end points assessed during the follow-up period included the recurrence of varices,progression to variceal bleeding,and death.Comparison between combined treatment and variceal ligation alone by multivariate analysis showed a hazard ratio of 0.44 for the recurrence of varices(P = 0.02),0.19 for progression to variceal bleeding(P = 0.01),and 0.31 for death(P = 0.04).These results suggest that the combination of EVL plus PSE can prevent the recurrence of varices,progression to variceal bleeding,and death in cirrhosis patients with esophageal varices and thrombocytopenia. | Ohmoto K.
