| 1 | 高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定人血浆中的匹伐他汀(英文)显示文摘Pitavastatin belongs to the class of coenzyme A reductase inhibitors.Very few methods of assaying pitavastatin from human plasma are available in literature.An analytical method is presented for the determination of the drug from human plasma making use of the fluorescent property of the drug.The drug is extracted from plasma using ethyl acetate under neutral condition and then analyzed by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with fluorescence detection(λEx 245 nm;λEm 420 nm).Analysis of pitavastatin was carried out on a C18 HPLC column using a gradient flow of mobile phase(0.01 mol/L monobasic potassium phosphate(pH 3.20)-acetonitrile,63:37,v/v).Fluorescein isothiocyanate was used as internal standard.The dynamic range of assay was 3 to 50 ng/mL.The intraday precision was less than 10% and accuracy ranged from 95.2% to 112.6%.The same for interday check was less than 12% and 92.8% to 105.1%,respectively.The drug was found to be stable under the assay conditions.The developed method is simple,precise,accurate,and stable.This indicates that it can be applied to routine analysis of this drug in human subjects where there are large numbers of samples without the need of specialized instruments like column switching. | OJHA Ashwini GUTTIKAR Swati VAYEDA Chintan PADH Harish | 2007 | 色谱2007,25,5: | 8 |
| 2 | Standardization of harvesting age of bamboo shoots with respect to nutritional and anti-nutritional components显示文摘Bamboo shoots can be harvested at different ages but the data on the changes in nutritional composition with age are scanty. We standardized harvesting age of bamboo shoots in central India to obtain best quality produce with respect to nutritional composition. The shoots harvested on different days (2 20 days after emergence from ground) were analyzed for their nutritional (dietary fibres, carbohydrates, proteins, total phenols, ascorbic acid, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and phenolic acids) and anti nutritional (cyanogen) constituents. A significant variation (at p≤0.5) was observed in the nutritional composition of shoots of Dendrocalamus asper, D. strictus and Bambusa tulda harvested at different days. An overall decrease was observed in proteins and total phenols while dietary fibres and carbohydrates increased with ages. Significant variation (at p≤0.5) was also observed in phenolic acids while minerals did not vary significantly. Results revealed that the optimum harvesting age for D. asper, D. strictus and B. tulda was on 10 14 days, 6 10 days and 10 16 days (after emergence from the ground) respectively. | 4 | Strategic planning and designing of a hospital disaster manual in a tertiary care, teaching, research and referral institute in India显示文摘BACKGROUND: As per the 'Disaster Management Act, 2005' of India, it is mandatory for government hospitals in India to prepare a disaster plan. This study aimed to prepare a disaster manual of a 1 900 bed tertiary care hospital, in consultation and involvement of all concerned stakeholders.METHODS: A committee of members from hospital administration, clinical, diagnostic and supportive departments worked on an initial document prepared according to the Act and gave their inputs to frame a final disaster manual.RESULTS: The prepared departmental standard operating procedures involved 116 people(doctors and paramedical staff), and were then synchronized, in 12 committee meetings, to produce the final hospital disaster manual.CONCLUSIONS: The present disaster manual is one of the few comprehensive plans prepared by the stakeholders of a government hospital in India, who themselves form a part of the disaster response team. | 5 | Experimental Evaluation of Certain Pursuit and Evasion Schemes for Wheeled Mobile Robots显示文摘Pursuit-evasion games involving mobile robots provide an excellent platform to analyze the performance of pursuit and evasion strategies. Pursuit-evasion has received considerable attention from researchers in the past few decades due to its application to a broad spectrum of problems that arise in various domains such as defense research, robotics, computer games, drug delivery, cell biology, etc. Several methods have been introduced in the literature to compute the winning chances of a single pursuer or single evader in a two-player game. Over the past few decades, proportional navigation guidance (PNG) based methods have proved to be quite effective for the purpose of pursuit especially for missile navigation and target tracking. However, a performance comparison of these pursuer-centric strategies against recent evader-centric schemes has not been found in the literature, for wheeled mobile robot applications. With a view to understanding the performance of each of the evasion strategies against various pursuit strategies and vice versa, four different proportional navigation-based pursuit schemes have been evaluated against five evader-centric schemes and vice-versa for non-holonomic wheeled mobile robots. The pursuer′s strategies include three well-known schemes namely, augmented ideal proportional navigation guidance (AIPNG), modified AIPNG, angular acceleration guidance (AAG), and a recently introduced pursuer-centric scheme called anticipated trajectory-based proportional navigation guidance (ATPNG). Evader-centric schemes are classic evasion, random motion, optical-flow based evasion, Apollonius circle based evasion and another recently introduced evasion strategy called anticipated velocity based evasion. The performance of each of the pursuit methods was evaluated against five different evasion methods through hardware implementation. The performance was analyzed in terms of time of interception and the distance traveled by players. The working environment was obstacle-free and the maximum velocity of the pursuer was taken to be greater than that of the evader to conclude the game in finite time.
