1Targeting the untargetable KRAS in cancer therapy显示文摘RAS is one of the most well-known proto-oncogenes. Its gain-of-function mutations occur in approximately 30% of all human cancers. As the most frequently mutated RAS isoform, KRAS is intensively studied in the past years. Despite its well-recognized importance in cancer malignancy,continuous efforts in the past three decades failed to develop approved therapies for KRAS mutant cancer. KRAS has thus long been considered to be undruggable. Encouragingly, recent studies have aroused renewed interest in the development of KRAS inhibitors either directly towards mutant KRAS or against the crucial steps required for KRAS activation. 2Cobalt single atom site catalysts with ultrahigh metal loading for enhanced aerobic oxidation of ethylbenzene显示文摘The oxidation of hydrocarbons to produce high value-added compounds(ketones or alcohols)using oxygen in air as the only oxidant is an efficient synthetic strategy from both environmental and economic views.Herein,we successfully synthesized cobalt single atom site catalysts(Co SACs)with high metal loading of 23.58 wt.%supported on carbon nitride(CN),which showed excellent catalytic properties for oxidation of ethylbenzene in air.Moreover,Co SACs show a much higher turn-over frequency(19.6 h^(−1))than other reported non-noble catalysts under the same condition.Comparatively,the as-obtained nanosized or homogenous Co catalysts are inert to this reaction.Co SACs also exhibit high selectivity(97%)and stability(unchanged after five runs)in this reaction.DFT calculations reveal that Co SACs show a low energy barrier in the first elementary step and a high resistance to water,which result in the robust catalytic performance for this reaction.Yu Xiong Wenming Sun Yunhu Han Pingyu Xin Xusheng Zheng Wensheng Yan Juncai Dong Jian Zhang Dingsheng Wang Yadong Li 2021Nano Research2021,14,7:20

9De novo assembly of the seed transcriptome and search for potential EST-SSR markers for an endangered, economically important tree species: Elaeagnus mollis Diels显示文摘Seeds of Elaeagnus mollis(Elaeagnaceae) produce an edible oil and contain more vitamin E(Ve) than major oil-seed crops. Despite its economic value, there is no information on its genome sequence. Here, we used the Illumina platform to determine the seed transcriptome of E.mollis to identify the genes related to Ve biosynthesis and potential simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers. In total, 100,999 unigenes were obtained with an average length of 605 bp and N50 of 985 bp. Of these unigenes,52,256(51.7%) were annotated in at least one public database(NT, NR, PFAM, Swiss Prot, KOG, KO, and GO)in searches using blastn/x. The unigene annotation identified 15 unigenes encoding six enzymes(GGR, HPPD,HPT/VTE2, MPBQ-MT/VTE3, TC/VTE1, and c-TMT/VTE4) putatively involved in Ve biosynthesis. In addition,16,810 SSRs distributed in 14,057 unigenes were mined.Of these, 2820, 583, and 3423 SSRs were located in the 50–UTR, coding sequence(CDS), and 30–UTR regions,respectively, while the remaining 9984 SSRs had undetermined physical locations. The largest group of repeat motifs comprised mononucleotide repeats(70.76%), followed by dinucleotide(15.59%) and trinucleotide(12.10%)repeats. AG/CT(8.69%) and AAG/CTT(4.15%) were the main dinucleotide and trinucleotide repeats, respectively.Furthermore, 9597 SSR-specific primer pairs were designed. Among 100 primer pairs selected randomly to determine their usefulness, 53 proved to be efficient. To the our best of knowledge, this work is the first study of the E. mollis transcriptome and constitutes valuable genomics data for future genetic engineering studies to alter the amount of Ve. 17Ultrasound-active ReCORM-AIEgen for gas and sonodynamic therapy of mycobacterium biofilms显示文摘Bacterial infection is the leading cause of many severe inflammation diseases. The development of novel and effective therapeutic approaches to counter bacterial infections, especially for drug-resistant bacteria, is essential. Herein, we have successfully developed an ultrasound-active tricarbonyl rhenium(Ⅰ) complex with tetraphenylethylene(TPE) modification(RePyTPE) for CO gas therapy and sonodynamic therapy of bacterial infections. RePy-TPE produced reactive oxygen species and released CO under ultrasound irradiation. In addition, RePy-TPE showed aggregation-induced emission in water due to the introduction of TPE, which enhanced the yield of ^(1)O_(2) generation in a biological aqueous solution. The produced ^(1)O_(2) and released CO killed mycobacterium smegmatis(M. smegmatis) and Escherichia coli(E. coli), as shown by bacterial membrane damage and biofilm elimination. Furthermore, ultrasound-active RePy-TPE perturbed the purine metabolism of the bacteria, which disturbed the biosynthesis of DNA and energy metabolism, eventually reducing the vitality of bacteria. 18Preparation of Heteropoly Molybdoselenite Complex and Its Lanthanide Salts and Their Catalysis for Hydroxylation of Phenol显示文摘A heteropoly molybdoselenite complex (NH4)6[Se2Mo8O 31 ]·5H2O and its lanthanide salts Ln2[Se2Mo8O 31 ]·xH2O(Ln=La 3+ , Ce 3+ , Nd 3+ , Sm 3+ ) were synthesized and characterized with elemental analysis, IR, UV, XRD and TG-DTA. Their reactivity for hydroxylation of phenol was investigated. The results show that catalytic activity of (NH4)6[Se2Mo8O 31 ]·5H2O is higher than that of its lanthanide salts. The reaction temperatures, the reaction time, the catalyst amount, the ratio of phenol and H2O2 have influence on the phenol conversation, H2O2 selectivity and product distribution. The optimum reaction condition was obtained with orthogonal method. At optimum reaction condition which the ratio of phenol and H2O2=1∶1, reaction time is 4 h, reaction temperatures is 70 ℃ and catalyst is 10 g·mol -1 , and the conversation of phenol reaches as high as 29.65%, the product selectivity can reach 77.2% for catalyst (NH4)6[Se2Mo8O 31 ]·5H2O.Zhang Pingyu Wang Wei Wu Jigui 2006Journal of Rare Earths2006,24,2:0
19Boosting the dimensionality of frequency entanglement using a reconfigurable microring resonator显示文摘Integrated quantum frequency combs(QFCs)based on microring resonators supplies as an essential resource for expanding the Hilbert-space dimensionality for high-dimensional quantum computing and information processing.In this work,we propose and demonstrate a reconfigurable ring resonator with tunable quality factors to efficiently increase the dimensionality of frequency entanglement,simultaneously,ensuring a high on-chip pair generation rate(PGR)and coincidence-to-accidental ratio(CAR).Our method exploits the asymmetric Mach-Zehnder interferometer instead of the traditional straight waveguide as the coupler of resonators which offer a tunable external coupling coefficient to modulate the quality factor to enlarge the QFCs’bandwidth and thus increase the dimensionality of frequency entanglement.We measured the QFCs’joint spectral intensity of 28 frequency pairs under various quality factors ranging from 16.6×10^(4) to 3.4×10^(4).Meanwhile,the measured Schmidt number increased from 11.01 to 24.77,denoting a huge expansion of the Hilbert-space dimensionality from 121 to a record number of 613 dimensions,which agrees well with our theoretical calculations.In addition,the PGR and CAR-another two key parameters for high-quality QFCs-were all measured under different quality factors to verify that our method can significantly increase the Schmidt number and CAR while maintaining a high PGR.In fact,bright QFCs with a total PGR of 4.3 MHz under a 0.48 mW pump power and a mean CAR of 1578 were simultaneously obtained at the highest Schmidt number.This method is widely applicable to other material-based ring resonators and can act as a general solution for high-dimensional QFCs.Chao Wu Qilin Zheng Yingwen Liu Yang Wang Jiangfang Ding Pingyu Zhu Shichuan Xue Miaomiao Yu Weihong Luo Kaikai Zhang Anqi Huang Mingtang Deng Junjie Wu Ping Xu 2023Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,5:0
20On-chip multiphoton Greenberger-Horne Zeilinger state based on integrated frequency combs显示文摘One of the most important multipartite entangled states,Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger state(GHZ),serves as a fundamental resource for quantum foundat ion test,quantum communication and quantum computation.To increase the number of entangled particles,significant experimental efforts should been invested due to the complexity of optical setup and the difficulty in maintaining the coherence condition for high-fidelity GHZ state.Here,we propose an ultra-integrated scalable on-chip GHZ state generation scheme based on frequency combs.By designing several microrings pumped by different lasers,multiple partially overlapped quantum frequency combs are generated to supply as the basis for on-chip polarization-encoded GHZ state with each qubit occupying a certain spectral mode.Both even and odd numbers of GHZ states can be engineered with constant small number of integrated components and easily scaled up on the same chip by only adjusting one of the pumnp wavelengths.In addition,we give the on-chip design of projection measurement for characterizing GHZ states and show the reconfigurability of the state.Our proposal is rather simple and feasible within the existing fabrication technologies and we believe it will boost the development of multiphoton technologies.Pingyu Zhu Qilin Zheng Shichuan Xue Chao Wu Xinyao Yu Yang Wang Yingwen Liu Xiaogang Qiang Junjie Wu Ping Xu 2020Frontiers of physics2020,15,6:0
