1Broken Rotor Bar Fault Diagnosis of Induction Motors Using a Hybrid Bare-bones Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm显示文摘在传统定子电流频谱分析中,感应电机转子断条故障特征经常被基波分量淹没而无法准确检测。针对该问题,提出一种基于混合骨干微粒群优化算法的转子断条故障诊断新方法。该方法首先根据电流信号与单位余弦基函数的内积最大准则,利用混合骨干微粒群算法强大的全局搜索能力,准确估计出基波波形参数;然后利用波形参数构造出基波表达式,并将其从原电流信号中剔除,达到突出故障特征的目的。针对微粒群算法在进化后期收敛缓慢的缺点,通过K–均值聚类方式,引入单纯形法对其进行改进,使整个算法的广度探索与深度开发能力得到了有效均衡。最后,对模拟数据和实测信号进行实验,结果验证了所提方法的有效性和优越性。WANG Panpan SHI Liping ZHANG Yong HAN Li 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,30:10

5Broken Rotor Bar Fault Detection of Induction Motors Using a Joint Algorithm of Trust Region and Modified Bare-bones Particle Swarm Optimization显示文摘A precise detection of the fault feature parameter of motor current is a new research hotspot in the broken rotor bar(BRB) fault diagnosis of induction motors. Discrete Fourier transform(DFT) is the most popular technique in this field, owing to low computation and easy realization. However, its accuracy is often limited by the data window length, spectral leakage, fence e ect, etc. Therefore, a new detection method based on a global optimization algorithm is proposed. First, a BRB fault current model and a residual error function are designed to transform the fault parameter detection problem into a nonlinear least-square problem. Because this optimization problem has a great number of local optima and needs to be resolved rapidly and accurately, a joint algorithm(called TR-MBPSO) based on a modified bare-bones particle swarm optimization(BPSO) and trust region(TR) is subsequently proposed. In the TR-MBPSO, a reinitialization strategy of inactive particle is introduced to the BPSO to enhance the swarm diversity and global search ability. Meanwhile, the TR is combined with the modified BPSO to improve convergence speed and accuracy. It also includes a global convergence analysis, whose result proves that the TR-MBPSO can converge to the global optimum with the probability of 1. Both simulations and experiments are conducted, and the results indicate that the proposed detection method not only has high accuracy of parameter estimation with short-time data window, e.g., the magnitude and frequency precision of the fault-related components reaches 10^(-4), but also overcomes the impacts of spectral leakage and non-integer-period sampling. 7UAV Laser scanning technology:a potential cost-effective tool for micro-topography detection over wooded areas for archaeological prospection显示文摘Airborne laser scanning(ALS)has recently been identified as a potential tool in topographic mapping for archaeological prospection.However,most existing applications in this field refers to manned ALS systems,for which the high operation and maintenance costs limits its application in small-scale archaeological investigation.In this paper,we conducted an exploratory study on the application of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)laser scanning(ULS)system in ancient micro-topography detection over wooded areas.Compared with manned ALS technology,we analyzed the advantages and potentials of ULS technology for archaeological applications.Then we outlined existing mainstream survey-grade UAV-based laser scanners,data processing and visualization approaches.Furthermore,we performed case studies in three cultural heritage sites in Zhejiang Province,China using two representative mainstream survey-grade ULS systems.Results were then verified by an in-site investigation.Finally,the correct selection of ULS devices,the planning of data acquisition missions and the use of appropriate data processing methods specifically for archaeological prospection were discussed.This paper provides a cost-effective and flexible solution for micro-topography detection in wooded areas.ULS technology,as demonstrated here,can be an important supplement to existing archaeological investigation methods,particularly for small-scale areas,and has promising prospects in archaeological applications.Wei Zhou Fulong Chen Huadong Guo Mingyuan Hu Qi Li Panpan Tang Wenwu Zheng Jian’an Liu Rupeng Luo Kaikai Yan Ru Li Pilong Shi Sheng Nie 2020International Journal of Digital Earth2020,13,11:1

9Molecular engineering tuning optoelectronic properties of thieno[3,2-b]thiophenes-based electrochromic polymers显示文摘Thieno[3,2-b]thiophene(TT)monomers end-capped with 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(EDOT)moieties are electropolymerized to formπ-conjugated polymers with distinct electrochromic(EC)properties.Steric and electronic factors(electron donor and acceptor substituents)in the side groups of the TT core,as well as the structure of the polymer backbone strongly affect the electrochemical and optical properties of the polymers and their electrochromic characteristics.The studied polymers show low oxidation potentials,tunable from-0.78 to+0.30 V(vs.Fc/Fc^+)and the band gaps from 1.46 to 1.92 eV and demonstrate wide variety of color palettes in polymer films in different states,finely tunable by structural variations in the polymer backbone and the side chains.EC materials of different colors in their doped/dedoped states have been developed(violet,deep blue,light blue,green,brown,purple-red,pinkish-red,orange-red,light gray,cyan and colorless transparent).High optical contrast(up to 79%),short response time(0.57-0.80 s),good cycling stability(up to 91%at 2000 cycles)and high coloration efficiency(up to 234.6 cm2C^(-1))have been demonstrated and the influence of different factors on the above parameters of EC polymers have been discussed.Mengmeng Zhu Weishuo Li Panpan Xu Jingjing Shi Shan Shao Xiaosi Zhu Yitong Guo Yaowu He Zhao Hu Hongtao Yu Yanan Zhu Igor F.Perepichka Hong Meng 2017Science China Chemistry2017,60,1:0

14Targeting lncRNA16 by GalNAc-siRNA conjugates facilitates chemotherapeutic sensibilization via the HBB/NDUFAF5/ROS pathway显示文摘Chemoresistance is a significant barrier to effective cancer treatment.Potential mechanisms for chemoresistance include reactive oxygen species(ROS)accumulation and expression of chemoresistance-promoting genes.Here,we report a novel function of lncRNA16 in the inhibition of ROS generation and the progression of chemoresistance.By analyzing the serum levels of lncRNA16 in a cohort of 35 patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and paired serum samples pre-and post-treatment from 10 NSCLC patients receiving neoadjuvant platinum-based chemotherapy,performing immunohistochemistry(IHC)assays on 188 NSCLC tumor samples,using comprehensive identification of RNA-binding proteins by mass spectrometry(ChIRP-MS)assays,as well as RNA immunoprecipitation(RIP)and RNA pull-down analyses,we discovered that patients with increased serum levels of lncRNA16 exhibited a poor response to platinum-based chemotherapy.The expression of hemoglobin subunit beta(HBB)and NDUFAF5 significantly increases with the development of chemoresistance.LncRNA16 binds to HBB and promotes HBB accumulation by inhibiting autophagy.LncRNA16 can also inhibit ROS generation via the HBB/NDUFAF5 axis and function as a scaffold to facilitate the colocalization of HBB and NDUFAF5 in the mitochondria.Importantly,preclinical studies in mouse models of chemo-resistant NSCLC have suggested that lncRNA16 targeting by trivalent N-acetylgalactosamine(GalNAc)-conjugated siRNA restores chemosensitivity and results in tumor growth inhibition with no detectable toxicity in vivo.Overall,lncRNA16 is a promising therapeutic target for overcoming chemoresistance,and the combination of first-line platinum-based chemotherapy with lncRNA16 intervention can substantially enhance anti-tumor efficacy.Yanfang Liu Yan Wang Bing Liu Wenzhong Liu Yuanyuan Ma Yiren Cao Shi Yan Panpan Zhang Lixin Zhou Qimin Zhan Nan Wu 2024Science China(Life Sciences)2024,67,4:0
15The FBXO32/ATR/ATM axis acts as a molecular switch to control the sensitivity of osteosarcoma cells to irradiation through its regulation of EXO1 expression显示文摘Osteosarcoma(OS)is the most common primary bone cancer in children and adolescents.In clinical treatments,the insensitivity of OS to conventional radiotherapy regimens significantly contributes to poor patient prognosis and survival.EXO1 is responsible for DNA repair pathways and telomere maintenance.Meanwhile,ATM and ATR are considered switches because they can regulate the expression of EXO1.However,their expression and interaction in OS cells under irradiation(IR)remain unclear.This study aims to investigate the roles of FBXO32,ATM,ATR and EXO1 in OS radiotherapy insensitivity and poor patient prognosis and explore potential pathogenic mechanisms.Bioinformatics is employed to analyse differential gene expression and correlations with prognosis in OS.Cell counting kit 8 assay,clone formation assay,and flow cytometry are used to evaluate cell survival and apopotosis under IR.Co-IP assay is used to detect protein‒protein interactions.Bioinformatics analysis reveals that EXO1 is closely related to survival,apoptosis and poor prognosis in OS.Silencing of EXO1 suppresses cell proliferation and increases the sensitivity of OS cells.Molecular biological experiments show that ATM and ATR act as switches to regulate EXO1 expression under IR.Higher expression of EXO1,which is closely correlated with IR insensitivity and poorer prognosis,might be used as a prognostic indicator for OS.Phosphorylated ATM enhances the expression of EXO1,and phosphorylated ATR induces the degradation of EXO1.More importantly,FBXO32 degrades ATR via ubiquitination in a time-dependent manner.Our data may provide a reference for future research in the mechanisms,clinical diagnosis,and treatment of OS.Yao Lu Panpan Huang Yanli Li Wenyu Liu Jing Li Rui Zhao Haihua Feng Ce Shi Gaolu Cao 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,5:0
16Similarity-based emergency event detection in social media显示文摘Emergency events need early detection,quick response,and accuracy recover.In the era of big data,the use of social media platforms is being popularized.Social media users can be seen as social sensors to monitor real time emergency events.In this paper,a similarity-based method is proposed to early detect all kinds of emergency events in social media,including natural disasters,accidents,public health events and social security events.The method focuses on clustering social media texts based on the 3 W attribute information(What,When,and Where)of events.First,with the two-step classification,emergency related messages are detected and divided into different types from the massive and irrelevant data.Second,the time and location information are respectively extracted with the regular expression matching and the BiLSTM model.Finally,the text similarity is calculated using the type,time and location information,based on which social media texts are clustered into different events.The experiments on Sina Weibo data demonstrate the superiority of the proposed framework.Case studies on some real emergency events show the proposed framework has good performance and high timeliness.As the attribute information of events is extracted during the algorithm flow,it can be described what emergency,and when and where it happened.Lida Huang Gang Liu Tao Chen Hongyong Yuan Panpan Shi Yujia Miao 2021Journal of Safety Science and Resilience2021,2,1:0
