1Strongly peraluminous granites of Mesozoic in Eastern Nanling Range, southern China: Petrogenesis and implications for tectonics显示文摘The strongly peraluminous granites (SPGs) of Eastern Nanling Range (ENR) are a characteristic of all bearing highly aluminous minerals, such as muscovite±Al-rich biotite±tourmaline±garnet, and lack of cordierite. In respect of petrography, geochemistry, Nd isotope, and single grain zircon U-Pb dating, the representative granite bodies of them are studied. The research shows that these granites were emplaced in two stages, namely 228-225 Ma BP and J2-3 159-156 Ma BP, belonging to Indosinian and early Yanshanian periods, respectively, and they have low εNd(t) values (-10.6--11.1), high A/CNK, Rb/Sr ratios and tDM values (1887-1817 Ma), and REE's tetrad effect (TE1, 3=1.13-1.34). In comparison with related geology, petrology and chronology of granites in adjacent regions, it is suggested that Indosinian SPGs of ENR formed in the circumstance of post-collisional extension 20 Ma after the major collision of Indosinian Movement (258-243 Ma BP) in Indo-China Peninsula, and early Yanshanian SPGs formed in the background of back-arc extension setting controlled by paleo-Pacific tectonic domain, and J1, the interval of two stages, is the interim from Tethyan to Pacific tectonic domains in South China. 3Metallogenesis related to Mesozoic Granitoids in the Nanling Range, South China and Their Geodynamic Settings显示文摘Affected by the compressive stress from the South-Central (Indo-China) Peninsula, the Indosinianorogenesis, characterized by collision, thrust and uplifting, took place inside the South China Plate during 250?230 Ma.The ages of the Indosinian granitoids in the Nanling Range and vicinity areas are mostly 240?205 Ma, indicating that theywere emplaced in both late collision and post-collision geodynamic environments. No important granite-relatedmetallogenesis occurred in this duration. A post-orogenic setting started at the beginning of the Yanshanian Period, whichcontrolled large-scale granitic magmatism and related metallogenesis. This paper makes the first attempt to divide theYanshanian Period into three sub-periods, i.e. the early, middle and late Yanshanian Periods, based mainly on the featuresof magmatism, especially granitoids and related metallogenesis and their geodynamic environments. The magmaticassociation of the Early Yanshanian (about 185?170 Ma) comprises four categories of magmatism, i.e. basalt, bimodalvolcanics, A-type granite and intraplate high-K calc-alkaline (HKCA) magmatism, which indicates an extension-thinningof lithosphere and upwelling of mantle material to a relative small and local extent. Pb-Zn, Cu and Au mineralizationsassociated with HKCA magmatism represents the first high tide of Mesozoic metallogenesis in the Nanling Range area.During the middle Yanshanian, the lithosphere was subjected to more extensive and intensive extending and thinning, andhence mantle upwelling and basaltic magma underplating caused a great amount of crust remelting granitoids. This periodcan be further divided into two stages. The first stage (170?150 Ma) is represented by large-scale emplacement of crustremelting granites with local tungsten mineralization at its end. The second stage (150?140 Ma) is the most important timeof large-scale mineralizations of non-ferrous and rare metals, e.g. W, Sn, Nb-Ta, Bi, Mo, Be, in the Nanling Range area.The late Yanshanian (140?65 Ma) was generally characterized by full extension and breakup of the lithosphere of SouthChina. However, owing to the influence of the Pacific Plate movement, the eastern part of South China was predominatedby subduction-related compression, which resulted in magmatism of calc-alkaline and shoshonite series and relatedmetallogeneses of Au, Ag, Pb-Zn, Cu and (Mo, Sn), followed by extension in its late stage. 4Geochemical characteristics of Cretaceous basaltic rocks in South China and constraints on Pacific plate subduction显示文摘Middle-Late Cretaceous Basaltic rocks (85―110 Ma) are distributed in the contemporaneous downfaulted red basins and volcanic-sedimentary basins in South China (including Hunan, Jiangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang provinces). They are geographically divided into two groups delimited by Wuyishan Range, namely the west area basaltic rocks (WABs) distributing over the west of Wuyishan Range and the east area basaltic rocks (EABs) distributing over the east of Wuyishan Range, and observed having distinct geochemical and isotopic characters. WABs are characterized by relatively low in K2O (0.44%―3.17%), alkalis (K2O+Na2O= 3.27%―6.80%) and Al2O3 (13.08%―16.75%) contents, but high in MgO (5.13%―8.78%) and TiO2 (1.12%―3.35%) contents. WABs are similar to ocean-island basalts (OIB) or intraplate basalts on trace elements and isotopes: no negative Nb and Ta anomalies, relatively low ∑REE (74.66 μg/g―287.72 μg/g) and LaN/YbN (4.49―22.10), low (87Sr/86Sr)i (average ratio is 0.704679), high εNd(t) (?1.81―8.00). In contrast, EABs display relatively high in K2O (0.55%―4.86%), alkalis (K2O+Na2O=2.95%―7.55%) and Al2O3 (15.80%―21.10%) contents, but low in MgO (2.63%―6.28%) and TiO2 (1.19%―1.86%) contents, strong negative Nb and Ta anomalies, enrichment in LILE (K, Rb, Ba and Th), relatively high ΣREE (79.68 μg/g―327.61 μg/g) and LaN/YbN (5.25―26.37), high (87Sr/86Sr)i (average ratio is 0.707658) and negative εNd(t) (?8.50― ?1.22), similar to that of IAB (island arc basalts) or CAB (continental arc basalts). Accordingly, WABs were probably generated under continental rifting tectonic setting related to asthenosphere upwelling, and hence their source was characterized by mixing between EMⅡ with DM. Source of EABs may be enriched lithoshperic mantle which had ever undergone the metasomatism of fluid/melt derived from the subducted Pacific plate.This indicates that subduction of a paleo-Pacific plate (Kula) beneath the Eurasian continent had ever occurred during the late Mesozoic period, but the metasomatism resulted from the subduction was only limited to the east of Wuyishan Range.CHEN Weifeng CHEN Peirong XU Xisheng ZHANG Min 2005Science China Earth Sciences2005,48,12:14
5外科多专业合作胸壁切除与重建术在乳腺癌侵犯胸壁患者治疗中的地位显示文摘目的探讨由切除外科及重建外科医师合作完成的胸壁切除与重建术(CWRR)在乳腺癌侵犯胸壁患者治疗中的地位。方法由切除外科和重建外科合作完成CWRR 44例,切除后胸壁软组织缺损35~800cm^2;同时切除骨性胸壁15例,骨性胸壁缺损5~320cm^2。切除后立即重建43例,因伤口原因延迟重建1例。根治切除36例,姑息切除8例。进行以电话及门诊复查为主的随访,随访时间为5.0~285.0个月。结果全组无手术后30d死亡者。CWRR术后,根治性切除患者术后中位生存时间>36.0个月,1、3、5年生存率分别为71.5%、65.7%和65.7%;姑息性切除患者术后中位生存时间为15.1个月,1、3、5年生存率分别为35.1%、23.4%和7.8%。根治性切除患者的生存率高于姑息性切除患者(P=0.018)。原发乳腺癌患者术后中位生存时间为44.7个月,1、3、5年生存率分别为78.4%、78.4%和39.2%。复发乳腺癌患者术后中位生存时间为36.0个月,1、3、5年生存率均为70.9%。有转移者术后中位生存时间为16.0个月,1、3、5年生存率分别为30.O%、15.0%和0。原发性乳腺癌患者与复发性乳腺癌患者术后生存率差异无统计学意义(P=0.752),而有转移者术后生存率明显低于原发乳腺癌患者(P=0.003)或复发乳腺癌患者(P=0.018)。结论只有切除外科和重建外科同时参与才能完成符合肿瘤治疗原则的复杂CWRR。在完成乳腺癌全盘治疗计划、全身和局部疾病得到良好控制的前提下,根治性CWRR能改善侵及胸壁乳腺癌患者的生存,适当的姑息性CWRR可改善患者的生活质量。陈克能 Peirong Yu 2006中华肿瘤杂志2006,28,11:11
6Timing of hydrothermal activity associated with the Douzhashan uranium-bearing granite and its significance for uranium mineralization in northeastern Guangxi, China显示文摘The Miaoershan uranium(U)ore field in northeastern Guangxi is one of the important granite-related U deposits in south China and is closely related to the Douzhashan U-bearing granite.The Douzhashan granite contains primary U-rich accessory minerals,including monazite(UO2=0.98-1.75 wt%)and xenotime(UO2=1.48-6.14 wt%).Primary monazite and xenotime yield chemical ages of 231±28 Ma and 230±38 Ma by electron microprobe analysis and U-Pb isotopic ages of 220±6 Ma and 211±7 Ma by laser ablation-inductively coupled-mass spectrometry respectively.These ages demonstrate that the Douzhashan granite formed during the period of Indosinian magmatic activity.Back scattered electron imaging shows that monazite and xenotime are commonly altered to assemblages of low-U synchisite and apatite,which was associated with loss of U to hydrothermal fluids.U-Th-Pb analyses of secondary apatite yielded a chemical age of 136±17 Ma,which corresponds to the timing of Cretaceous-Tertiary crustal extension in south China.We suggest that the heat and CO2required for mineralization was the result of Yanshanian crustal extension,and that this triggered the breakdown of U-rich accessory minerals in the Douzhashan U-bearing granite.Uranium remobilization from the Douzhashan granite provided materials for mineralization within the granite and/or surrounding country rocks.Therefore,a combination of Indosinian compression and Yanshanian extensional overprint produced the hydrothermal U deposits associated with the Douzhashan granite.HU Huan WANG RuCheng CHEN WeiFeng CHEN PeiRong LING HongFei LIU GuoNing 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,34:10
7Defined tumor antigen-specific T cells potentiate personalized TCR-T cell therapy and prediction of immunotherapy response显示文摘Personalized immunotherapy targeting tumor-specific antigens(TSAs)could generate efficient and safe antitumor immune response without damaging normal tissues.Although neoantigen vaccines have shown therapeutic effect in clinic trials,precise prediction of neoantigens from tumor mutations is still challenging.The host antitumor immune response selects and activates T cells recognizing tumor antigens.Hence,T cells engineered with T-cell receptors(TCRs)from these naturally occurring tumor antigen-specific T(Tas)cells in a patient will target personal TSAs in his/her tumor.To establish such a personalized TCR-T cell therapy,we comprehensively characterized T cells in tumor and its adjacent tissues by single-cell mRNA sequencing(scRNA-seq),TCR sequencing(TCR-seq)and in vitro neoantigen stimulation.Compared to bystander T cells circulating among tissues,Tas cells were characterized by tumor enrichment,tumor-specific clonal expansion and neoantigen specificity.We found that CXCL13 is a unique marker for both CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)Tas cells.Importantly,TCR-T cells expressing TCRs from Tas cells showed significant therapeutic effects on autologous patient-derived xenograft(PDX)tumors.Intratumoral Tas cell levels measured by CXCL13 expression precisely predicted the response to immune checkpoint blockade,indicating a critical role of Tas cells in the antitumor immunity.We further identified CD200 and ENTPD1 as surface markers for CD4^(^(+))and CD8^(^(+))Tas cells respectively,which enabled the isolation of Tas cells from tumor by Fluorescence Activating Cell Sorter(FACS)sorting.Overall,our results suggest that TCR-T cells engineered with Tas TCRs are a promising agent for personalized immunotherapy,and intratumoral Tas cell levels determine the response to immunotherapy.Jingjing He Xinxin Xiong Han Yang Dandan Li Xuefei Liu Shuo Li Shuangye Liao Siyu Chen Xizhi Wen Kuai Yu Lingyi Fu Xingjun Dong Kaiyu Zhu Xiaojun Xia Tiebang Kang Chaochao Bian Xiang Li Haiping Liu Peirong Ding Xiaoshi Zhang Zhenjiang Liu Wende Li Zhixiang Zuo Penghui Zhou 2022Cell Research2022,32,6:10
8Estimate of influence of U-Th-K radiogenic heat on cooling process of granitic melt and its geological implications显示文摘The U-Th-^(40)K concentrations of granite are on 1―2 orders of magnitude greater than those of basal- tic-ultrabasic rocks. Radiogenic heat of a granitic melt has significant influence on the cool- ing-crystallization period of the melt. In this paper we derived a formula to calculate prolongation period (tA) of cooling-crystallization of a granitic melt caused by radiogenic heat. Calculation using this for- mula and radioactive element concentrations (U=5.31×10-6; Th=23.1×10-6; K=4.55%) for the biotite adamellite of the Jinjiling batholith shows that the tA of the adamellite is 1.4 times of the cooling period of the granitic melt without considering radiogenic heat from the initial temperature (Tm=960℃) to crystallization temperature (Tc=600℃) of the melt. It has been demonstrated that the radiogenic heat produced in a granitic melt is a key factor influencing the cooling-crystallization process of the granitic melt, and is likely one of the reasons for inconsistence between emplacement ages and crystallization ages of many Meso-Cenozoic granitoids.ZHANG BangTong WU JunQi LING HongFei CHEN PeiRong 2007Science China Earth Sciences2007,50,5:9

11Application of C_5-C_(13) light hydrocarbons in depositional environment diagnosis显示文摘Based on the geological background and Gammacerane/C31H(S + R) ratios, source rock depositional environments of the studied oil samples (194) from 13 oilfields were classified into three groups according to salinity:saline-lacustrine facies, fresh to brackish lacustrine facies (including limnetic facies), and semi-saline to saline facies (including marine facies of the Tarim Basin).C5-C13 compound groups in the crude oils were separated by GC, and about 286 compounds were qualitatively analyzed.The geochemical application of the C6-C13 compound groups and their ratios between each group with individual carbon number was investigated.Our studies show that (1) C6-C13 compound groups and their ratios in the crude oils could serve as new reliable parameters for oil-oil correlation because the C6-C13 light fractions are the major oil component, especially in light oil or condensate, in which they account for almost 90% of the whole oil;(2) the compound groups of C7 light hydrocarbons in oils derived from difierent depositional environments with difierent salinity have difierent characteristics;(3) C6-C13 compound groups and ratios may be afiected by other factors such as maturity, but they are mainly controlled by salinity of depositional waters.Peirong Wang Guanjun Xu Tingrong Xiao Dajiang Zhang Bin Zhang 2008Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2008,18,9:8

13Distinct Effect of CD40 and TNF-Signaling on the Chemokine/Chemokine Receptor Expression and Function of the Human Monocyte-Derived Dendritic Cells显示文摘A key and limiting step in the process of human monocyte-derived dendritic cells (mDCs) for clinical use is their in vitro maturation and in vivo migration. We previously observed that CD40 signal facilitated human mDC growth and maturation. To further explore this process,mDCs generated with GM-CSF and IL-4 were co-cultured with apoptotic tumor cells for 24 hours,followed by incubating with anti-CD40 monoclonal antibody or TNF-α for 48 hours to generate mature DCs. The chemokine/chemokine receptor expression and functions of mature DCs upon various stimuli were determined. The expression of costimulatory molecules on apoptotic tumor cell-loaded mature DCs co-cultured with either anti-CD40 antibody (anti-CD40-DCs) or TNF-α (TNF-DCs) were up-regulated compared to immature DCs,consistent with the abilities of these cytokine to drive DC maturation in vitro. The mRNA levels of chemokines such as stromal cell-derived factor-1α (SDF-1α),EBV-induced molecule 1 ligand chemokine (ELC),and IFN inducible protein-10 (IP-10) in anti-CD40 activated DCs were increased and the dendritic cell-specific chemokine 1 (DC-CK1) was moderately up-regulated as compared with other mature DCs. The corresponding chemokine receptors CXCR4 and CCR7 of anti-CD40-DCs were significantly expressed. The CXCR3 expression on activated T cells stimulated by anti-CD40-DCs was also increased. Moreover,the anti-CD40-DCs had a stronger ability to stimulate T cell proliferation than any other DCs. The NF-κB activity was much higher in anti-CD40-DCs than that of TNF-DCs. 14A Genomic Variation Map Provides Insights into the Genetic Basis of Spring Chinese Cabbage (Brassica rapa ssp.pekinensis)Selection显示文摘Chinese cabbage is the most consumed leafy crop in East Asian countries.However,premature bolting induced by continuous low temperatures severely decreases the yield and quality of the Chinese cabbage, and therefore restricts its planting season and geographic distribution.In the past 40years,spring Chinese cabbage with strong winterness has been selected to meet the market demand.Here,we report a genome variation map of Chinese cabbage generated from the resequencing data of 194 geographically diverse accessions of three ecotypes.In-depth analyses of the selection sweeps and genome-wide patterns revealed that spring Chinese cabbage was selected from a specific population of autumn Chinese cabbage around the area of Shandong peninsula in northern China.We identified 23 genomic loci that underwent intensive selection,and further demonstrated by gene expression and haplotype analyses that the incorporation of elite alleles of VERNALISATION INSENTIVE 3.1(BrVIN3.1)and FLOWER LOCUS C 1(BrFLC1)is a determinant genetic source of variation during selection.Moreover,we showed that the quantitative response of BrVIN3.1 to cold due to the sequence variations in the cis elements of the BrVlN3.1 promoter significantly contributes to bolting-time variation in Chinese cabbage.Collectively, our study provides valuable insights into the genetic basis of spring Chinese cabbage selection and will facilitate the breeding of bolting-resistant Varieties by molecular-marker-assisted selection,transgenic or gene editingapproaches.Tongbing Su Weihong Wang Peirong Li Bin Zhang Pan Li Xiaoyun Xin Honghe Sun Yangjun Yu Deshuang Zhang Xiuyun Zhao Changlong Wen Gang Zhou Yuntong Wang Hongkun Zheng Shuancang Yu Fenglan Zhang 2018Molecular Plant2018,11,11:6
15Composition variations of the Sinian-Cambrian sedimentary rocks in Hunan and Guangxi and their tectonic significance显示文摘This paper reports the geochemical and zircon U-Pb dating data of the Sinian to Cambrian low-grade metamorphic rocks in the Miaoer Mountain area,Guangxi and the Jinjiling area,Hunan Province.Petrographic and geochemical features indicate that protoliths of these metamorphic rocks are clastic sedimentary rocks with medium weathering,which were formed in the passive continental margin.Geochemistry and zircon U-Pb ages indicate that the Sinian and Cambrian sedimentary rocks in the Jinjiling area have similar detritus components,which are characterized by abundant Grenvillian detrital zircons,suggesting a close affinity with the Cathaysia Block.The Cambrian sedimentary rocks in the Miaoer Mountain area have similar geochemistry and zircon geochronology to those in the Jinjiling area,showing an affinity with the Cathaysia Block.However,the Sinian sedimentary rocks in the Miaoer Mountain area show different geochemical features from the Cambrian sedimentary rocks and those in the Jinjiling area,and are characterized by abundant 840–700 Ma detrital zircons and less^2.0 Ga ones,showing a close affinity with the Yangtze Block.These variations suggest that the Jinjiling area continuously accepted the fragments from the Cathaysia from the Sinian to the Cambrian,whereas the provenance of the Miaoer Mountain sedimentary basin changed from the Yangtze Block to the Cathaysia Block during this interval.This change implies a tectonic movement,which caused the further sinking of the basin in the Miaoer Mountain area and northwestward transferring of the basin center before the Middle Cambrian,so that the Miaoer Mountain basin received the detritus from the Cathaysia Block in the Middle Cambrian.This fact also proves that the Yangtze and Cathaysia blocks have converged at least in Middle Cambrian,and the southwestern boundary between them is located between the Miaoer Mountain and Jinjiling areas.WANG PengMing YU JinHai SUN Tao SHI Yu CHEN PeiRong ZHAO KuiDong CHEN WeiFeng LIU Qian 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,11:6
16Total mesorectal excision with or without preoperative chemoradiotherapy for resectable mid/low rectal cancer: a long-term analysis of a prospective, single-center, randomized trial显示文摘Background:The preliminary results of our phase II randomized trial reported comparable functional sphincter pres-ervation rates and short-term survival outcomes between patients undergoing total mesorectal excision(TME)with or without preoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy(CCRT).We now report the long-term results after a median follow-up of 71 months.Methods:Between March 23,2008 and August 2,2012,192 patients with T3-T4 or node-positive,resectable,mid/low rectal adenocarcinoma were randomly assigned to receive TME with or without preoperative CCRT.The following endpoints were assessed:cumulative rates of local recurrence and distant metastasis,disease-free survival(DFS),and overall survival(OS).Results:The data of 184 eligible patients were analyzed:94 patients in the TME group and 90 patients in the CCRT+TME group.In the whole cohort,the 5-year DFS and OS rates were 84.8%and 85.1%,respectively.The 5-year DFS rates were 85.2%in the CCRT+TME group and 84.3%in the TME group(P=0.969),and the 5-year OS rates were 83.5%in the CCRT+TME group and 86.5%in the TME group(P=0.719).The 5-year cumulative rates of local recur-rence were 6.3%and 5.0%(P=0.681),and the 5-year cumulative rates of distant metastasis were 15.0%and 15.7%(P=0.881)in the CCRT+TME and TME groups,respectively.No significant improvements in 5-year DFS and OS were observed with CCRT by subgroup analyses.Conclusions:Both treatment strategies yielded similar long-term outcomes.A selective policy towards preoperative CCRT is thus recommended for rectal cancer patients if high-quality TME surgery and enhanced chemotherapy can be performed.Fulong Wang Wenhua Fan Jianhong Peng Zhenhai Lu Zhizhong Pan Liren Li Yuanhong Gao Hui Li Gong Chen Xiaojun Wu Peirong Ding Zhifan Zeng Desen Wan 2018Cancer Communications2018,38,1:6

18Single Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb Dating of the Guandimiao and Wawutang Granitic Plutons in Hunan,South China and Its Petrogenetic Significance显示文摘The Guandimao and Wawutang plutons are located at the center of Hunan, South China. The former is mainly composed of biotite monzonitic granites/granodiorites and two-mica monzonitic granites, but the latter only consists of biotite monzonitic granites. The zircon ages of 203.0±1.6 Ma (biotite monzonitic granites) and 208.0±3.2 Ma (two-mica monzonitic granites) for the Guandimao pluton and 204±3 Ma for the Wawutang pluton obtained with the LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating indicate that they were formed during the late Indosinian. In consideration of other geochronological data from Indosinian rocks of South China and adjacent regions, it is inferred that the two plutons were derived from crustal materials by decompressional melting in a post-collisional tectonic setting during spontaneous thinning of the thickened curst. 19Research on the big data of traditional taxi and online car-hailing:A systematic review显示文摘The purpose of this paper is to provide a summary of a quick overview of the latest developments and unprecedented opportunities for scholars who want to set foot in the field of traditional taxi and online car-hailing(TTOC).From the perspectives of peoples(e.g.,passenger,driver,and policymaker),vehicle,road,and environment,this paper describes the current research status of TTOC's big data in six hot topics,including the ridership factor,spatio-temporal distribution and travel behavior,cruising strategy and passenger service market partition,route planning,transportation emission and new-energy,and TTOC's data extensional application.These topics were included in five mainstreams as follows:(1)abundant studies often focus only on determinant analysis on given transportation(taxi,transit,online car-hailing);the exploration of ridership patterns for a multimodal transportation mode is rare;furthermore,multiple aspects of factors were not considered synchronously in a wide time span;(2)travel behavior research mainly concentrates on the commuting trips and distribution patterns of various travel indices(e.g.,distance,displacement,time);(3)the taxi driver-searching strategy can be divided into autopsychic cruising and system dispatching;(4)the spatio-temporal distribution character of TTOC's fuel consumption(FC)and greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions has become a hotspot recently,and there has been a recommendation for electric taxi(ET)in urban cities to decrease transportation congestion is proposed;and(5)based on TTOC and point of interest(POI)multi-source data,many machine learning algorithms were used to predict travel condition indices,land use,and travel behavior.Then,the main bottlenecks and research directions that can be explored in the future are discussed.We hope this result can provide an overview of current fundamental aspects of TTOC's utilization in the urban area.Tao Lyu Peirong(Slade)Wang Yanan Gao Yuanqing Wang 2021Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2021,8,1:4
20Application of backflush and micro-flow techniques to the analysis of C_5—C_(13) hydrocarbons in crude oils and its geochemical significance显示文摘An Agilent 6890N GC equipped with both FID and Agilent 5975 MSD analyzer has been employed to analyze C5—C13 hydrocarbon fractions of crude oils. A technical combination of program temperature volatilizer injection, backflush and micro-flow controller afforded a fine separation of C5—C13 compounds on a PONA column with the heavy part of crude oils being cut off before entering the analytical column. Both GC-FID chromatogram and GC-MS mass chromatograms (MID and full scan) could be obtained at the same time. The retension time differences of nC6—nC13 alkanes between GC and TIC were in the range of 0.02—0.58 minutes. Totally 286 peaks have been assigned group compositions.
