1DID Code:A Bridge Connecting the Materials Genome Engineering Database w让h Inheritable Integrated Intelligent Manufacturing显示文摘A data identifier(DID)is an essential tag or label in all kinds of databases—particularly those related to integrated computational materials engineering(ICME),inheritable integrated intelligent manufacturing(I3M),and the Industrial Internet ofThings.With the guidance and quick acceleration of the developme nt of advanced materials,as envisioned by official documents worldwide,more investigations are required to construct relative numerical standards for material informatics.This work proposes a universal DID format consisting of a set of build chains,which aligns with the classical form of identifier in both international and national standards,such as ISO/IEC 29168-1:2000,GB/T 27766-2011,GA/T 543.2-2011,GM/T 0006-2012,GJB 7365-2011,SL 325-2014,SL 607-201&WS 363.2-2011,and QX/T 39-2005.Each build chain is made up of capital letters and numbers,with no symbols.Moreover,the total length of each build chain is not restricted,which follows the formation of the Universal Coded Character Set in the international standard of ISO/IEC 10646.Based on these rules,the proposed DID is flexible and convenient for extendi ng and sharing in and between various cloud-based platforms.Accordingly,classical two-dimensional(2D)codes,including the Hanxin Code,Lots Perception Matrix(LP)Code,Quick Response(Q.R)code,Grid Matrix(GM)code,and Data Matrix(DM)Code,can be constructed and precisely recognized and/or decoded by either smart phones or specific machines.By utilizing these 2D codes as the fingerprints of a set of data linked with cloud-based platforms,progress and updates in the composition-processing-structure-property-performance workflow process can be tracked spontaneously,paving a path to accelerate the discovery and manufacture of advanced materials and enhance research productivity,performance,and collaboration.William Yi Wang Peixuan Li Deye Lin Bin Tang Jun Wang Quanmei Guan Qian Ye Haixing Dai Jun Gao Xiaoli Fan Hongchao Kou Haifeng Song Feng Zhou Jijun Ma Zi-Kui Liu Jinshan Li Weimin Liu 2020Engineering2020,6,6:4
2Network pharmacology analysis to explore mechanism of Three Flower Tea against nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with experimental support using high-fat diet-induced rats显示文摘Objective:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has become a common chronic liver disease that is harmful to human health.Moreover,there is currently no FDA-approved first-line drug for the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)or NAFLD.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is widely used to ameliorate liver diseases,such as the traditional ancient recipe called Three Flower Tea(TFT),which consists of double rose(Rosa rugosa),white chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum morifolium),and Daidaihua(Citrus aurantium).However,the mechanisms of the action of TFT are not clear.Therefore,this study aimed to elucidate the mechanisms of TFT against NAFLD in high-fat diet(HFD)-induced rats.Methods:This study utilized bioinformatics and network pharmacology to establish the active and potential ingredient-target networks of TFT.Furthermore,a protein–protein interaction(PPI)network was constructed,and enrichment analysis was performed to determine the key targets of TFT against NAFLD.Furthermore,an animal experiment was conducted to evaluate the therapeutic effect and confirm the key targets of TFT against NAFLD.Results:A total of 576 NAFLD-related genes were searched in Gene Cards,and under the screening criteria of oral bioavailability(OB)≥30%and drug-likeness(DL)≥0.18,a total of 19 active ingredients and 210 targets were identified in TFT.Network pharmacology analysis suggested that 55 matching targets in PPIs were closely associated with roles for NAFLD treatment.Through the evaluation of network topology parameters,four key central genes,PPARγ,SREBP,AKT,and RELA,were identified.Furthermore,animal experiments indicated that TFT could reduce plasma lipid profiles,hepatic lipid profiles and hepatic fat accumulation,improve liver function,suppress inflammatory factors,and reduce oxidative stress.Through immunoblotting and immunofluorescence analysis,PPARγ,SREBP,AKT,and RELA were confirmed as targets of TFT in HFD-induced rats.Conclusion:In summary,our results indicate that TFT can prevent and treat NAFLD via multiple targets,including lipid accumulation,antioxidation,insulin sensitivity,and inflammation.Peixuan Wu Shufei Liang Yanping He Rui Lv Bendong Yang Meng Wang Chao Wang Yong Li Xinhua Song Wenlong Sun 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,2:2
3Electrochemical machining gap prediction with multi-physics coupling model based on two-phase turbulence flow显示文摘Considering the influence of hydrogen gas generated during electrochemical machining on the conductivity of electrolyte, a two-phase turbulent flow model is presented to describe the gas bubbles distribution.The k-e turbulent model is used to describe the electrolyte flow field.The Euler–Euler model based on viscous drag and pressure force is used to calculate the twodimensional distribution of gas volume fraction.A multi-physics coupling model of electric field,two-phase flow field and temperature field is established and solved by weak coupling iteration method.The numerical simulation results of gas volume fraction, temperature and conductivity in equilibrium state are discussed.The distributions of machining gap at different time are analyzed.The predicted results of the machining gap are consistent with the experimental results, and the maximum deviation between them is less than 50 lm.Yuanlong CHEN Xiaochao ZHOU Peixuan CHEN Ziquan WANG 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,3:2

10Evaluation of new IPSS-Molecular model and comparison of different prognostic systems in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome显示文摘A risk-adapted treatment strategy is of crucial importance in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS).Previous risk prognostic scoring systems did not integrate molecular abnormalities.The new IPSS-Molecular(IPSS-M)model,combing genomic profiling with hematologic and cytogenetic parameters,was recently developed to evaluate the associations with leukemia-free survival(LFS),leukemic transformation,and overall survival(OS).However,it has not yet been widely validated in clinics.This study aims to further validate the prognostic power of IPSS-M based on real-world data and to compare the prognostic value of different scoring systems in patients with MDS.IPSS-M Web calculator was used to calculate a tailored IPSS-M score of the enrolled patient(N=255),and the risk category was defined correspondingly.We next compared the IPSS-M prognostic power to that of IPSS,IPSS-R,and WPSS.We found that IPSS-M risk classification was statistically significant for 3-year OS and LFS.Compared with other tools,IPSS-M was superior in sensitivity and accuracy for 3-year OS and LFS.The mapping C-index between IPSS-R and IPSS-M categories resulted in improved discrimination across the OS,but not LFS and leukemic transformation.The result of different treatment options indicated that allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT)can result in a better OS than those without allo-HSCT.In conclusion,IPSS-M was a valuable tool for risk stratification compared with other risk prognostic scoring systems.However,more studies should be conducted to explore the appropriate treatment options for different groups stratified by IPSS-M.Jiale Ma Yan Gu Yanhui Wei Xuee Wang Peixuan Wang Chunhua Song Zheng Ge 2023Blood Science2023,5,3:0
11Histopathological study of congenital aortic valve malformations in 32 children显示文摘The histopathological characteristics of congenital aortic valve malformations in children were investigated.All the native surgically excised aortic valves from 32 pediatric patients suffering from symptomatic aortic valve dysfunction due to congenital aortic valve malformations between January 2003 and December 2005 were studied macroscopically and microscopically.The patients’medical records were reviewed and the clinical information was extracted.The diagnosis was made by the clinical presentation,preoperative echocardiography,intraoperative examination,and postoperative histopathological study,excluding rheumatic or degenerative aortic valve diseases,infective endocarditis and primary connective tissue disorders,e.g.Marfan syndrome.Among 32 children with congenital aortic valve malformations,the age was ranged from six to 18 years,with a mean of 14.9 years,and there were 27 boys and five girls(male:female=5.4:1).There were five cases of aortic stenosis(AS,15.62%),25 cases of aortic insufficiency(AI,78.13%)and two cases of AS-AI(6.25%),without other valve diseases.Twenty cases still had other congenital heart diseases:ventricular septal defect(19 cases),patent ductus arteriosus(two cases),double-chambered right ventricle(one case),aneurysm of the right anterior aortic sinus of valsalva(three cases).Histopathological examination indicated that the cusps became thickening with unequal size,irregular shape(coiling and prolapse edge),enhanced hardness,and partly calcification.Microscopic investigation revealed the unsharp structure of valve tissue,fibrosis,myxomatous,reduced collagen fiber,rupture of elastic fibers,different degrees of infiltration of inflammatory cells,secondary calcareous and lipid deposit,and secondary fibrosis.Congenital aortic valve malformations in children involve males more than females,mostly associated with other congenital heart diseases.Aortic insufficiency is more common in children with congenital aortic valve malformations.Histopathologically,the leaflets of aortic valve are mainly myxomatous,thickening with unequal size,irregular shape(coiling and prolapse edge),reduced collagen fiber,rupture of elastic fibers,without small vessel proliferation and inflammatory cell infiltration,fibrosis and calcification rarely seen.HUANG Ping WANG Hongwei LI Yanping CHENG Peixuan LIU Qingjun ZHANG Zhenlu LIU Jianying 2007Frontiers of Medicine2007,1,1:0
12Construction of RNA nanotubes显示文摘Nanotubes are miniature materials with significant potential applications in nanotechnological, medical, biological and material sciences. The quest for manufacturing methods of nano-mechanical modules is in progress. For example, the application of carbon nanotubes has been extensively investigated due to the precise width control, but the precise length control remains challenging. Here we report two approaches for the one-pot self-assembly of RNA nanotubes. For the first approach, six RNA strands were used to assemble the nanotube by forming a 11 nm long hollow channel with the inner diameter of 1.7 nm and the outside diameter of 6.3 nm. For the second approach, six RNA strands were designed to hybridize with their neighboring strands by complementary base pairing and formed a nanotube with a six-helix hollow channel similar to the nanotube assembled by the first approach. The fabricated RNA nanotubes were characterized by gel electrophoresis and atomic force microscopy (AFM), confirming the formation of nanotube-shaped RNA nanostructures. Cholesterol molecules were introduced into RNA nanotubes to facilitate their incorporation into lipid bilayer. Incubation of RNA nanotube complex with the free-standing lipid bilayer membrane under applied voltage led to discrete current signatures. Addition of peptides into the sensing chamber revealed discrete steps of current blockage. 13Dual excitable upconversion nanoparticle@polydopamine nanocomposite with intense red emission and efficient photothermal generation显示文摘Integration of strong upconversion emission with deep tissue penetration and stable photothermal generation is of great significance for imaging-guided photothermal therapy under infrared excitation.Herein,the NaYF_(4):Yb^(3+),Ho^(3+),Ce^(3+)@NaGdF_(4):Yb^(3+),Nd^(3+)@NaGdF_(4)core-shell-shell upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs) with increasing Ce^(3+)doping concentration were firstly synthesized,in which the size manipulation,enhanced red to green emission intensity ratio(IR/IG),980 and 808 nm dual-modal excitations,as well as improved total upco nversion emission intensity can be achieved.After the coating of polydopamine(PDA) through dopamine spontaneous polymerization on the UCNPs surface under alkaline condition,the obtained UCNP@PDA nanocomposites show efficient photothermal effect under 808 nm excitation,while the thickness variation of PDA can be indicated by the upconversion spectra under 980 nm excitation.Interestingly,the photothermal effect of the UCNP@PDA nanocomposites with high IR/IGratio is mo re stable with PDA thickness variation,which bene fits from the structure design that allows PDA to simultaneously absorb the visible emission from inside UCNPs and the external 808 nm infrared light.Further in vitro cytotoxicity assay and photothermal therapy demonstrate that the UCNP@PDA nanocomposite has good biocompatibility and ability to kill tumor cells by photothermal effect under 808 nm excitation.This research may provide a nanoplatform for integrating deep bioimaging with highly stable photothermal therapy without the sacrifice of radiative transitions of rare earth ions.Huazhen Liao Song Ye Xinling Xu Peixuan Lin Ling Pan Deping Wang 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,12:0
14Preliminary Evaluation of Hemodynamic Effects of Fontan Palliation on Renal Artery Using Computational Fluid Dynamics显示文摘Background:The assessment of renal function is important to the prognosis of patients needing Fontan palliation due to the reconstructed compromised circulation.To know the relationship between the kidney perfusion and hemodynamic characteristics during surgical design could reduce the risk of acute kidney injury(AKI)and the postoperative complications.However,the issue is still unsolved because the current clinical evaluation methods are unable to predict the hemodynamic changes in renal artery(RA).Methods:We reconstructed a three-dimensional(3D)vascular model of a patient requiring Fontan palliation.The technique of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)was utilized to explore the changes of RA hemodynamics under different possible blood flow rates.The relationship between the kidney perfusion and hemodynamic characteristics was investigated.Results:The calculated results indicated the declined tendency of the pressure and pressure drop as the flow rate decreased.When the flow rate decreased to two-thirds of its baseline,both the pressure of left renal artery(LRA)and the pressure of right renal artery(RRA)dipped below 50%,and the pressure of RRA fell more quickly than that of LRA.Uneven distribution of WSS was observed on the trunk of RA,and the lowest WSS was found at the distal of RA.The average WSS in RA dropped to around 50%as the flow rate reached one-third of its baseline.Conclusions:As a promising approach,CFD can be utilized to quantitatively evaluate the hemodynamic characteristics of RA and contribute to offsetting the drawbacks of clinical assessments of renal function,to help realize better prognosis for the patients with Fontan palliation.Jinlong Liu Jing Shi Weiru Luo Zhirong Tong Lefei Yang Peixuan Sun Tianyi Li Jun Du Qian Wang 2023Congenital Heart Disease2023,18,1:0
