| 1 | An Online Fault Detection Model and Strategies Based on SVM-Grid in Clouds显示文摘Online fault detection is one of the key technologies to improve the performance of cloud systems. The current data of cloud systems is to be monitored, collected and used to reflect their state. Its use can potentially help cloud managers take some timely measures before fault occurrence in clouds. Because of the complex structure and dynamic change characteristics of the clouds, existing fault detection methods suffer from the problems of low efficiency and low accuracy. In order to solve them, this work proposes an online detection model based on asystematic parameter-search method called SVM-Grid, whose construction is based on a support vector machine(SVM). SVM-Grid is used to optimize parameters in SVM. Proper attributes of a cloud system's running data are selected by using Pearson correlation and principal component analysis for the model. | 2 | Hydrogen Sulfide Positively Regulates Abscisic Acid Signaling through Persulf idation of SnRK2.6 in Guard Cells显示文摘The phytohormone abscisic acid(ABA)plays pivotal roles in triggering stomatal closure and facilitating adaptation of plants to drought stress.Hydrogen sulfide(H2S),a small signaling gas molecule,is involved in ABA-dependent stomatal closure.However,how H2S regulates ABA signaling remains largely unclear.Here,we show that ABA induces the production of H2S catalyzed by L-CYSTEINE DESULFHYDRASE1(DES1)in guard cells,and H2S in turn positively regulates ABA signaling through persulfidation of Open Stomata 1(OST1)/SNF1-RELATED PROTEIN KINASE2.6(SnRK2.6).Two cysteine(Cys)sites,Cys131 and Cys137,which are exposed on the surface of SnRK2.6 and close to the activation loop,were identified to be persulfidated,which promotes the activity of SnRK2.6 and its interaction with ABA response element-binding factor 2(ABF2),a transcription factor acting downstream of ABA signaling.When Cys131,Cys137,or both residues in SnRK2.6 were substituted with serine(S),H2S_induced SnRK2_6 activity and SnRK2.6-ABF2 interaction were partially(SnRK2.6c131s and SnRK2.6c137S)or completely(SnRK2.6c131sc137S)compromised.Introduction of SnRK2.6c131s,SnRK2.6c137S,or SnRK2.6c131sc137S into the ost1-3 mutant could not rescue the mutant phenotype:less sensitivity to ABA-and H2S-induced stomatal closure and Ca2+influx as well as increased water loss and decreased drought tolerance.Taken together,our study reveals a novel post-translational regulatory mechanism of ABA signaling whereby H2S persulfidates SnRK2.6 to promote ABA signaling and ABA-induced stomatal closure. | Sisi Chen Honglei Jia Xiaofeng Wang Cong Shi Xiao Wang Peiyun Ma Juan Wang Meijuan Ren Jisheng Li | 2020 | Molecular Plant2020,13,5: | 13 |

| 4 | Dog sciatic nerve gap repaired by artificial tissue nerve graft显示文摘The feasibility of repairing dog sciatic nerve damage by using a biodegradable artificial tissue nerve graft enriched with neuroregenerating factors is investigated. The artificial nerve graft was implanted to a 30 mm gap of the sciatic nerve damage in 7 dogs. The dogs with the same nerve damage that were repaired by interposition of the autologous nerve or were given no treatment served as control group 1 or 2, respectively. The observations include gross and morphological observations, immune reaction, electrophysiological examination, fluorescence tracing of the neuron formation and the number of the neurons at the experimental sites, etc. Results showed that 6 months after the implantation of the graft, the regenerated nerve repaired the damage of the sciatic nerve without occurrence of rejection and obvious inflammatory reaction in all 7 dogs, and the function of the sciatic nerve recovered with the nerve conduction velocity of (23.91±11.35)m/s. The regenerated neurons and the forming of axon could be observed under an electron microscope. | 6 | Laboratory-based Surveillance and Clinical Profile of Sporadic HEV Infection in Shanghai,China显示文摘The study aimed to describe the epidemiological,virological and clinical features of sporadic HEV infection in eastern China.A total of 6112 patient sera were tested for anti-HEV IgG or anti-HEV IgM during one consecutive year(between August 2018 and July 2019).HEV RNA presence was evaluated by RT-PCR and HEV sequences were phylogenetically analyzed.Clinical features of confirmed HEV-infected patients were delineated.The sero-positivity rate of anti-HEV IgG maintained stable around 40%,while an obvious winter spike of anti-HEV IgM prevalence was observed.A total of 111 patients were confirmed of HEV viremia by molecular diagnosis.Subtype 4d was predominant.Phylogenetic analyses suggest that certain strains circulate across species and around the country.Subjects with confirmed current HEV infection had a high median age(58 years)and males were predominant(62.2%).Most patients presented with jaundice(75.7%)and anorexia(68.0%).Significantly elevated levels of liver enzymes and bilirubin were observed.Remarkably,the baseline bilirubin level was positively correlated with illness severity.Pre-existing HBV carriage may deteriorate illness.The clinical burden caused by locally acquired HEV infection is increasing.Surveillance should be enforced especially during the transition period from winter to spring.Patients with higher level of bilirubin at disease onset had slower recovery from HEV infection. | Jie Lu Qing Li Jiayuan Jiang Ziqiang Li Peiyun Wang Zike Sheng Rongtao Lai Huijuan Zhou Wei Cai Hui Wang Qing Guo Honglian Gui Qing Xie | 2021 | Virologica Sinica2021,36,4: | 4 |
| 7 | Cucumber appearance quality detection under complex background based on image processing显示文摘Cucumber fruit appearance quality is an important basis of growth status.In order to improve the quality detection accuracy and processing efficiency of cucumber color image under complicated background,an improved GrabCut algorithm was proposed to extract the cucumber boundary.Firstly,including pixel size normalization,rectangular box set and scale image resolution,pretreatments of cucumber image were adopted to reduce the iteration times and operation time of GrabCut algorithm.Then,the Gaussian mixture model was chosen to find out the possible prospect of target region and background region in the preprocessed rectangular frame on the preliminary modeling.Meanwhile,by the optimization of K-means cluster to the initial GMM model,the effective target area was extracted.Finally,the whole image noise and serrated boundary was removed by morphological operations to segment the outline of the complete target prospects with appropriate structure size.And then the cucumber appearance quality detection instrument was designed to extract the texture and shape features exactly,so that it could obtain cucumber appearance quality and evaluate its growth effectively.With the segmentation experiments by almost 300 cucumber original images from greenhouse in Shandong Province,the results showed that the improved GrabCut algorithm could effectively extract the complete and smooth boundary of cucumber.With relatively high segmentation evaluation index,the precision was 93.88%,the recall rate was 99.35%,the F-Measure reached 96.53%,and the misclassification error was controlled at minimum 5.84%.The average running time was shortened to 1.4023 s.The comparison results showed that the improved GrabCut algorithm was the best,followed by the SLIC and traditional GrabCut method.Cucumber appearance quality detection instrument could also extract more accurate feature parameters.And it could meet the basic growth condition assessment by automatic image processing. | Haijian Ye Chengqi Liu Peiyun Niu | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,4: | 4 |

| 9 | Calcium-containing versus calcium-free replacement solution in regional citrate anticoagulation for continuous renal replacement therapy:a randomized controlled trial显示文摘Background: A simplified protocol for regional citrate anticoagulation (RCA) using a commercial calcium-containing replacement solution, without continuous calcium infusion, is more efficient for use in continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). We aim to design a randomized clinical trial to compare the safety and efficacy between calcium-free and calcium-containing replacement solutions in CRRT with RCA.Methods: Of the 64 patients receiving RCA-based postdilution continuous venovenous hemodiafiltration (CVVHDF) enrolled from 2017 to 2019 in West China Hospital of Sichuan University, 35 patients were randomized to the calcium-containing group and 29 to the calcium-free replacement solution group. The primary endpoint was circuit lifespan and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was performed. Secondary endpoints included hospital mortality, kidney function recovery rate, and complications. The amount of 4% trisodium citrate solution infusion was recorded. Serum and effluent total (tCa) and ionized (iCa) calcium concentrations were measured during CVVHDF.Results: A total of 149 circuits (82 in the calcium-containing group and 67 in the calcium-free group) and 7609 circuit hours (4335 hvs. 3274 h) were included. The mean circuit lifespan was 58.1 h (95% CI 53.8-62.4 h) in the calcium-containing groupvs. 55.3 h (95% CI 49.7-60.9 h, log rankP = 0.89) in the calcium-free group. The serum tCa and iCa concentrations were slightly lower in the calcium-containing group during CRRT, whereas the postfilter iCa concentration was lower in the calcium-free group. Moreover, the mean amounts of 4% trisodium citrate solution infusion were not significantly different between the groups (171.1 ± 15.9 mL/hvs. 169.0 ± 15.1 mL/h,P = 0.49). The mortality (14/35 [40%]vs. 13/29 [45%],P = 0.70) and kidney function recovery rates of AKI patients (19/26, 73%vs. 14/24, 58%,P = 0.27) were comparable between the calcium-containing and calcium-free group during hospitalization, respectively. Six (three in each group) patients showed signs of citrate accumulation in this study.Conclusions: When compared with calcium-free replacement solution, RCA-based CVVHDF with calcium-containing replacement solution had a similar circuit lifespan, hospital mortality and kidney outcome. | 10 | Tailoring spin mixtures by ion-enhanced Maxwell magnetic coupling in colortunable organic electroluminescent devices显示文摘In this work,we show that the spin dynamics of excitons can be dramatically altered by Maxwell magnetic field coupling,together with an ion-enhanced,low-internal-splitting-energy organic semiconducting emitter.By employing a unique,alternating current(AC)-driven organic electroluminescent(OEL)device architecture that optimizes this magnetic field coupling,almost complete control over the singlet-to-triplet ratio(from fluorescent to phosphorescent emission in a single device)is realized.We attribute this spin population control to magnetically sensitive polaron–spin pair intersystem crossings(ISCs)that can be directly manipulated through external driving conditions.As an illustration of the utility of this approach to spin-tailoring,we demonstrate a simple hybrid(double-layer)fluorescence–phosphorescence(F–P)device using a polyfluorene-based emitter with a strong external Zeeman effect and ion-induced long carrier diffusion.Remarkable control over de-excitation pathways is achieved by controlling the device-driving frequency,resulting in complete emission blue–red color tunability.Picosecond photoluminescence(PL)spectroscopy directly confirms that this color control derives from the magnetic manipulation of the singlet-totriplet ratios.These results may pave the way to far more exotic organic devices with magnetic-field-coupled organic systems that are poised to usher in an era of dynamic spintronics at room temperature. | Junwei Xu Yue Cui Gregory M.Smith Peiyun Li Chaochao Dun Linqi Shao Yang Guo Hongzhi Wang Yonghua Chen David L.Carroll | 2018 | Light(Science & Applications)2018,7,1: | 2 |

A formal model (i.e. semantic links matrix, SLM for short ) is proposed to store semantic links values for the Web services with semantic relationship and QoS of Web services. | 17 | Monophyly of the ring-forming group in Diplopoda(Myriapoda,Arthropoda) based on SSU and LSU ribosomal RNA sequences显示文摘Two controversies exist in the phylogeny of the derived millipedes(Diplopoda).The first is whether millipedes with a fusion ring,including Polydesmida,Spirobolida,Spirostreptida and Julida,form a monophyletic group(the ring-forming group).The second concerns the phylogenetic relationship within the three orders of Juliformia,i.e.Julida,Spirostreptida and Spirobolida.To resolve these phylogenetic controversies,we sequenced 18S and 28S rDNA from six millipede orders and retrieved several homologous sequences from GenBank.Our results give robust support to the monophyly of the ring-forming group based on maximum parsimony methods,max-imum likelihood methods and Bayesian inference.The monophyly of the ring-forming group suggests that the fusion of segment sclerites might have occurred only once during millipede evolutionary history.We also established a sister-group relationship between Spirobol-ida and Spirostreptida within Juliformia after eliminating a short-branch attraction phenomenon,which is consistent with that from the mitochondrial genome analysis. | Peiyun Cong Xuhua Xia Qun Yang | 2009 | Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2009,19,10: | 1 |
