| 3 | Prevalence of HCV Antibody and its Associated Factors: A Study from Sentinel Hospitals in China显示文摘Objective The prevalence and related factors of serum anti-HCV in different regions and hospitals have not been studied extensively in China. We used routine screening data to determine the prevalence of HCV antibody in hospital patients, evaluate the epidemic trend of hepatitis C and formulate screening strategies.Methods Patient information and HCV antibody testing results were collected from January 2017 to December 2019 in 77 HCV sentinel hospitals in China. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression was used to determine the characteristics and associations.Results HCV antibody prevalence rates were distinct among patients in different departments, with a range of 0.33%–6.93%. Patients who were admitted to the liver disease-related departments(aOR =10.76;95% CI, 10.27–11.28), Internal Medicine(aOR = 2.87;95% CI, 2.75–3.00), and Department of Surgery(aOR = 1.95;95% CI, 1.87–2.04), were more likely to be tested for HCV antibody positive. HCV antibody prevalence was associated with patients aged 45 years and older(aOR = 2.74;95% CI,2.69–2.80), testing in infetious disease hospitals(aOR = 2.33;95% CI, 2.26–2.40) and secondary hospitals(aOR = 1.72;95% CI, 1.69–1.75). Patients in sentinel hospitals of the Northeast(aOR = 12.75;95% CI,12.40–13.11), the Central(aOR = 1.65;95% CI, 1.61–1.70), and the West(aOR = 1.78;95% CI, 1.73–1.83)China had higher HCV prevalence than those who were in the Eastern coastal area. | 4 | Natural frequency for exponential shaped thermoacoustic resonator显示文摘The two-dimensional nonlinear acoustic field of eleven exponential shaped resonators was simulated with a computational fluid dynamics software Fluent.The influence of driving frequency and driving intensity on pressure in resonator as well as its natural frequency was investigated.The relationship between natural frequency and theoretical calculation resonance frequency was also explored.It is found that beating phenomena can be observed in the resonator when the driving frequency deviates from the natural frequency.Moreover,the natural frequency of resonator increases with the increasing of driving intensity,which shows a hard spring effect.However,the driving intensity plays little effect on natural frequency and the natural frequencies are smaller than the theoretical calculation values in any driving intensity.Meanwhile,a formula between the natural frequency and its first-order resonance frequency from theoretical calculation was obtained by linear fitting for all these exponential shaped resonators under consideration.It is also found that the highest pressure amplitude and highest pressure ratio can be obtained from the exponential shaped resonator of m=2.8 under the same driving intensity.Moreover,the relation between natural frequency and the theoretical resonance frequency for m=2.8-tube is slightly different from other tubes in consideration. | FENG Heying PENG Yehui JIANG Lingli LI Xuejun | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2017,36,3: | 0 |
| 5 | Electrochemically activated nickel-cobalt double hydroxide for aqueous ammonium-zinc hybrid battery显示文摘Aqueous rechargeable ammonium-ion(NH^(4+))batteries(AAIBs)with ammonium ions as charge carriers possess many advantages,yet the relatively low discharge capacities(e.g.,<200 mAh·g^(−1))of the reported NH_(4)^(+)host materials hinder the development of AAIBs.Herein,we study the NH_(4)^(+)storage properties of an electrochemically activated NiCo double hydroxide(A-NiCo-DH)in neutral ammonium acetate electrolyte for the first time.The activation process extracts the interlayer anions(NO3from the host material,providing additional cation accommodation sites for charge storage.The introduced H vacancies in A-−)NiCo-DH could activate the O sites,leading to the enhanced cation adsorption capability for the electrode.Therefore,A-NiCo-DH exhibits a high discharge capacity of 280.6 mAh·g^(−1)at 0.72 A·g^(−1)with good rate capability.Spectroscopy studies suggest A-NiCo-DH experiences a NH4+/H+coinsertion mechanism.A NH4+-Zn hybrid cell is assembled using A-NiCo-DH as the cathode and Zn foil as the anode,respectively.The device delivers an energy density of 306 Wh·kg^(−1)at the power density of 745.8 W·kg^(−1)(based on the active mass of A-NiCo-DH).This work provides a new NH_(4)^(+)storage material and would push forward the development of aqueous NH4+-based batteries. | Qing Pan Peng Hei Yu Song Jianming Meng Chang Liu Xiao-Xia Liu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,2: | 0 |
| 6 | Dwell time and bloodstream infection incidence of umbilical venous catheterization in China显示文摘Importance:Central line-associated bloodstream infection(CLABSI)is one of the most serious complications of central venous access devices.Reducing the risk of CLABSI is of utmost significance in efforts to improve neonatal mortality rates and enhance long-term prognosis.Objective:To determine the dwell time and incidence of CLABSI of umbilical venous catheterization(UVC)for preterm infants in China.Methods:Preterm infants with UVC admitted to 44 tertiary neonatal intensive care units in 24 provinces in China were enrolled.Study period was from November 2019 to August 2021.The end point of observations was 48 h after umbilical venous(UV)catheter removal.The primary outcomes were dwell time of UV catheter and UVC-associated CLABSI.Data between infants with UV catheter dwell time≤7 days and>7 days,and with birth weight(BW)≤1000 g and>1000 g were compared.Results:In total,2172 neonates were enrolled(gestational age 30.0±2.4 weeks,BW 1258.5±392.8 g).The median UV catheter dwell time was 7(6–10)days.The incidence of UVC-associated CLABSI was 3.03/1000 UV catheter days.For infants with UV catheter dwell time≤7 days and>7 days,the UVC-associated CLABSI incidence was 3.71 and 2.65 per 1000 UV catheter days,respectively,P=0.23.For infants with UVC dwell times of 3–6,7–12,and 13–15 days,the UVC-associated CLABSI rates were 0.14%,0.68%,and 2.48%(P<0.01).The Kaplan–Meier plot of UV catheter dwell time to CLABSI showed no difference between infants with BW≤1000 g and>1000 g(P=0.60).Interpretation:The median dwell time of UV catheter was 7 days,and the incidence of UVC-associated CLABSI was 3.03/1000 catheter days in China.The daily risk of UVC-associated CLABSI and other complications increased with the dwell time. | Xu Zheng Dan He Zixin Yang Lu Chen Min Jiang Yujie Qi Fei Qin Jie Yu Yaguang Peng Ling Liu Mingyan Hei | 2023 | Pediatric Investigation2023,7,4: | 0 |
