1The Value of CT Attenuation in Distinguishing Atypical Adenomatous Hyperplasia from Adenocarcinoma in Situ显示文摘Background and objective:Advances in high-resolution computed tomography(CT)scanning have increased the detection of small ground-glass opacity(GGO)nodules and also allowed such images to be investigated in detail.However,it is difficult to differentiate atypical adenomatous hyperplasia(AAH)from adenocarcinoma in situ(AIS)with CT,even at follow-up,because they share many similar CT manifestations.While AAH is thought to be a precursor or even an early-stage lesion of lung adenocarcinoma,and the stepwise progression from AAH to AIS is thought to be reasonable.Therefore,the hypothesis that the attenuation of GGO is increased gradually from AAH to AIS is proposed.The aim of this study was to distinguish AAH from AIS with CT attenuation in patients with pure GGO nodules.Methods:Between January 2010 and December 2012,the CT findings in terms of the greatest diameter and mean CT attenuation(HU)were reviewed and correlated with pathology in 56 patients with AAH(n=21) and non-mucinous AIS(n=38) by two independent observers.All the 59 lesions were pure GGO nodules with size of 2 cm or smaller.To determine variability of measuring CT attenuation,we calculated the 95% confidence interval(CI)for the limits of agreement by using Bland-Altman analysis.Student t test was used to compare AAH and AIS in terms of diameter and CT attenuation.And receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to determine the optimal cut-off value of mean CT attenuation for differentiating AAH from AIS and obtain the diagnostic value.Two-tailed P value of less than 0.05 was considered to be significant.Results:For the manually measured CT attenuation,the 95% CI for the limits of agreement was-40 HU,50 HU for inter-observer variability.Although there was significant difference in nodule diameter between AAH and AIS(P=0.046),the overlap was considerable.The mean CT attenuation was (-718±53) HU(95%CI:-822,-604) for AAH,which was significantly smaller than(-600±35) HU(95%CI:-669,-531) for AIS(P=0.013).The area under curve(AUC)from ROC was 0.903 for differentiating AAH from AIS,and the cut-off value of-632 HU was optimal for differentiation between AAH and AIS,with sensitivity of 0.79,specificity of 0.95,and accuracy of 0.85.Conclusion:The mean CT attenuation can help the radiological differentiation between AAH and AIS.Binghu JIANG Jichen WANG PengJIA Meizhao LE 2013中国肺癌杂志2013,16,11:34
2Applying CBR to Machine Tool Product Configuration Design Oriented to Customer Requirements显示文摘Product customization is a trend in the current market-oriented manufacturing environment. However, deduction from customer requirements to design results and evaluation of design alternatives are still heavily reliant on the designer's experience and knowledge. To solve the problem of fuzziness and uncertainty of customer requirements in product configuration, an analysis method based on the grey rough model is presented. The customer requirements can be converted into technical characteristics effectively. In addition, an optimization decision model for product planning is established to help the enterprises select the key technical characteristics under the constraints of cost and time to serve the customer to maximal satisfaction. A new case retrieval approach that combines the self-organizing map and fuzzy similarity priority ratio method is proposed in case-based design. The self-organizing map can reduce the retrieval range and increase the retrieval efficiency, and the fuzzy similarity priority ratio method can evaluate the similarity of cases comprehensively. To ensure that the final case has the best overall performance, an evaluation method of similar cases based on grey correlation analysis is proposed to evaluate similar cases to select the most suitable case. Furthermore, a computer-aided system is developed using MATLAB GUI to assist the product configuration design. The actual example and result on an ETC series machine tool product show that the proposed method is effective, rapid and accurate in the process of product configuration. 4NiCo_(2)O_(4) hollow microsphere-mediated ultrafast peroxymonosulfate activation for dye degradation显示文摘Morphology and dispersity are key factors for activating peroxymonosulfate(PMS).In this study,we designed a recyclable open-type NiCo_(2)O_(4) hollow microsphere via a simple hydrothermal method with the assistance of an NH_(3) vesicle.The physical structure and chemical properties were characterized using techniques such as scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),N2 adsorption and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The test results confirm that the inner and outer surfaces of open-type NiCo_(2)O_(4) hollow-sphere can be efficiently utilized because of the hole on the surface of the catalyst,which can minimize the diffusion resistance of the reactants and products.Under optimized conditions,the total orga nic carbon(TOC) removal efficiency of rhodamine B(RhB) can reach up to 80% in 40 min,which is almost 50% shorter than the reported values.The reactive radicals were identified and the proposed reaction mechanism was well described.Moreover,the disturbances of HCO_(3)^(-),NO_(3)^(-),Cl^(-)and H_(2) PO_(4)^(-)were further investigated.As a result,HCO_(3)-and NO_(3)-suppressed the reaction while Cl-and H_(2) PO4-had a double effect on reaction.Pengjia Ding Jianrui Niu Fengqin Chang Zhuang He Thomas Wagberg Zaixing Li Guangzhi Hu 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,8:2

11Study on the Complete Mitochondrial Genome of Qaidam Cattle(Bos taurus)显示文摘Qaidam cattle(Bos taurus) is an important endemic breed in Northwest China, which is mainly distributed in the northwest of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. It has strong adaptive ability to plateau and swamp conditions, such as cold tolerance and insect resistance. In this study, the first complete mitochondrial genome of Qaidam cattle was reported. The circular double-stranded genome is 16 340 bp in size, and contains 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, two ribosomal RNA genes, and a D-loop region. The overall nucleotide composition is 33.4% A, 27.2% T, 26.0% C and 13.4% G, with a total A +T content of60.6%. The gene order and composition are similar to those of other B. taurus breeds.
