3A strong and ductile medium Mn steel manufactured via ultrafast heating process显示文摘Ultrafast heating(UFH)at the rates of 10-300℃/s was employed as a new strategy to anneal a coldrolled 7 wt%Mn steel,followed by the immediate cooling.Severely deformed strain-induced martensite and lightly-deformed thermal martensite,both had been already enriched with C and Mn before,transformed to fine and coarse austenite grains during the UFH,leading to the bimodal size distribution.Compared with the long intercritical annealing(IA)process,the UFH processes produced larger fraction of RA grains(up to 37%)with a high density of dislocation,leading to the significant increase in yield strength by 270 MPa and the product of strength and elongation up to 55 GPa%due to the enormous work hardening capacity.Such a significant strengthening is first attributed to high density dislocations preserved after UFH and then to the microstructural refinement and the precipitation strengthening;whilst the sustainable work hardening is attributed to the successive TRIP effect during deformation,resulting from the large fraction of RA instantly formed with the bimodal size distribution during UFH.Moreover,the results on the microstructural characterization,thermodynamics calculation on the reverse transformation temperature and the kinetic simulations on the reverse transformation all suggest that the austenitization during UFH is displacive and involves the diffusion and partition of C.Therefore,we propose that it is a bainite-like transformation.Pengyu Wen Bin Hu Jiansheng Han Haiwen Luo 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,2:4
4Characteristics of reactivity and structures of palm kernel shell (PKS) biochar during CO_2/H_2O mixture gasification显示文摘Palm kernel shell(PKS)biochars with different levels of carbon conversion were initially prepared using a tube furnace,after which the reactivity of each sample was assessed with a thermogravimetric analyzer under a CO_2 atmosphere.The pore structure and carbon ordering of each biochar also examined,employing a surface area analyzer and a Raman spectroscopy.Thermogravimetric results showed that the gasification index R_sof the PKS biochar decreased from 0.0305 min^(-1) at carbon conversion(x)=20% to 0.0278 min^(-1)at x=40%.The expansion of micropores was the dominant process during the pore structure evolution,ad mesopores with sizes ranging from 6 to 20,48 to 50 nm were primarily generated during gasification under a CO_2/H_2O mixture.The proportion of amorphous carbon in the PKS biochar decreased significantly as x increased,suggesting that the proportion of ordered carbon was increased during the CO_2/H_2O mixed gasification.A significantly reduced total reaction time was observed when employing a CO_2/intermittent H_2O process along with an 83.46% reduction in the steam feed,compared with the amount required using a CO_2/H_2O atmosphere.Guozhang Chang Ximin Yan Pengyu Qi Mei An Xiude Hu Qingjie Guo 2018Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,10:3
5Multi-functional vesicles improve Helicobacter pylori eradication by a comprehensive strategy based on complex pathological microenvironment显示文摘Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori),creating a global infection rate over 50%,presents great challenges in clinical therapies due to its complex pathological microenvironment in vivo.To improve the eradication efficacy,herein we fabricated a pharmaceutical vesicle RHL/Cl-Ch-cal where cholesterol-PEG,calcitriol and first-line antibiotic clarithromycin were co-loaded in the rhamnolipid-composed outer lipid layer.RHL/Cl-Ch-cal could quickly penetrate through gastric mucus layer to reach H.pylori infection sites,and then effectively destroyed the architecture of H.pylori biofilms,killed dispersed H.pylori and inhibited the re-adhesion of residual bacteria(called biofilms eradication tetralogy).Moreover,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal activated the host immune response to H.pylori by replenishing cholesterol to repair lipid raft on the cell membrane of host epithelial cells.Finally,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal killed the intracellular H.pylori through recovering the lysosomal acidification and assisting degradation.In experiments,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal demonstrated prominent anti-H.pylori efficacy in the classical H.pylori-infected mice model.Therefore,the study provides a“comprehensive attack”strategy for anti-H.pylori therapies including biofilms eradication tetralogy,immune activation and intracellular bacteria killing.Xiaonan Chen Yiqing Zou Shuqi Zhang Pengchao Fang Shuxuan Li Pengyu Li Yingying Sun Gang Yuan Haiyan Hu 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,9:2
6Susceptibility Assessment of Landslides in Alpine-Canyon Region Using Multiple GIS-Based Models显示文摘This study explores a comparative study of three susceptibility assessment models based on remote sensing(RS) and geographic information system(GIS). The Lenggu region(China) was selected as a case study. At first, a landslide inventory map was compiled using data from existing geology reports, satellite imagery, and coupling with field observations. Subsequently, three models were built to map the landslide susceptibility using analytical hierarchy process(AHP), fuzzy logic(FL) and certainty factors(CF). The resulting models were validated and compared using areas under the curve(AUC). The AUC plot estimation results indicated that the three models are promising methods for landslide susceptibility mapping. Among the three methods, CF model has highest prediction accuracy than the other two models. Similarly, the outcome of this study reveals that streams, faults, slope and elevation are the main conditioning factors of landslides. Especially, the erosion of streams plays a key role of the landslide occurrence. 7Automatic Satisfaction Analysis in Call Centers Considering Global Features of Emotion and Duration显示文摘Analysis of customers' satisfaction provides a guarantee to improve the service quality in call centers.In this paper,a novel satisfaction recognition framework is introduced to analyze the customers' satisfaction.In natural conversations,the interaction between a customer and its agent take place more than once.One of the difficulties insatisfaction analysis at call centers is that not all conversation turns exhibit customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction. To solve this problem,an intelligent system is proposed that utilizes acoustic features to recognize customers' emotion and utilizes the global features of emotion and duration to analyze the satisfaction. Experiments on real-call data show that the proposed system offers a significantly higher accuracy in analyzing the satisfaction than the baseline system. 8Elastic Modulus,Hardness,and Fracture Toughness of Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12) Solid Electrolyte显示文摘Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO) is a promising inorganic solid electrolyte due to its high Li+conductivity and electrochemical stability for all-solid-state batteries.Mechanical characterization of LLZTO is limited by the synthesis of the condensed phase.Here we systematically measure the elastic modules,hardness,and fracture toughness of LLZTO poly crystalline pellets of different densities using the customized environmental nanoindentation.The LLZTO samples are sintered using the hot-pressing method with different amounts of Li2CO3 additives,resulting in the relative density of the pellets varying from 83% to 98% and the largest grain size of 13.21 ± 5.22 μm.The mechanical properties show a monotonic increase as the sintered sample densifies,elastic modulus and hardness reach 158.47± 10.10 GPa and 11.27± 1.38 GPa,respectively,for LLZTO of 98% density.Similarly,fracture toughness increases from 0.44 to 1.51 MPa·m^(1/2),showing a transition from the intergranular to transgranular fracture behavior as the pellet density increases.The ionic conductivity reaches 4.54 × 10^(-4 )S/cm in the condensed LLZTO which enables a stable Li plating/stripping in a symmetric solid-state cell for over 100 cycles.This study puts forward a quantitative study of the mechanical behavior of LLZTO of different microstructures that is relevant to the mechanical stability and electrochemical performance of all-solid-state batteries.Shan Hu Pengyu Xu Luize Scalco de Vasconcelos Lia Stanciu Hongwei Ni Kejie Zhao 2021Chinese Physics Letters2021,38,9:0
9Identification of the candidate gene controlling tiller angle in common wheat through genome-wide association study and linkage analysis显示文摘Wheat tiller angle(TA)is an important agronomic trait that contributes to grain production by affecting plant architecture.It also plays a crucial role in high-yield wheat breeding.An association panel and a recombinant inbred line(RIL)population were used to map quantitative trait loci(QTL)for TA.Results showed that 470 significant SNPs with 10.4%–28.8%phenotypic variance explained(PVE)were detected in four replicates by a genome-wide association study(GWAS).Haplotype analysis showed that the TA_Hap_4B1 locus on chromosome 4B was a major QTL to regulate wheat TA.Ten QTL were totally detected by linkage mapping with the RIL population,and QTA.hau-4B.1 identified in six environments with the PVE of 7.88%–18.82%was a major and stable QTL.A combined analysis demonstrated that both TA_Hap_4B1 and QTA.hau-4B.1 were co-located on the same region.Moreover,QTA.hau-4B.1 was confirmed by bulked segregant RNA-Seq(BSR-Seq)analysis.Phenotypic analysis showed that QTA.hau-4B.1was also closely related to yield traits.Furthermore,Traes CS4B02G049700 was considered as a candidate gene through analysis of gene sequence and expression.This study can be potentially used in cloning key genes modulating wheat tillering and provides valuable genetic resources for improvement of wheat plant architecture.Lei Zhao Canguan Wang Tongzhu Wang Jinyuan Liu Qi Qiao Yulu Yang Pengyu Hu Leilei Zhang Simin Zhao Daiying Chen Yan Ren Ning Zhang Zhongdong Dong Feng Chen 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,3:0
10Small molecule donors with different conjugated π linking bridges: Synthesis and photovoltaic properties显示文摘Three small molecule(SM)donors,namely B-T-CN,B-TT-CN and B-DTT-CN,with differentπconjugated bridges were synthesized in this research.Interestingly,with the conjugated fused rings of theπlinking bridge increasing,the SM HOMO levels exhibit a decline tendency with–5.27 eV for B-T-CN,–5.31 eV for B-TT-CN and–5.40 eV for B-DTT-CN.After blending the SM donors with the fullerene acceptor PC71BM,the all SM organic solar cells(OSCs)achieved high Vocs of 0.90 to 0.96 V.However,the phase separation morphology and molecule stacking are also unexpectedly changed together with the enhancement of conjugated degree ofπbridges,resulting in a lower power conversion efficiency(PCE)for the B-DTT-CN:PC71BM device.Our results demonstrate and provide a useful way to enhance OSC Voc and the morphology needs to be further optimized.Xiyue Dong Dingqin Hu Pengyu Chen Xuexin Dai Chao Hu Zeyun Xiao Shirong Lu 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,12:0
