2The balance of acidity and redox capability over modified CeO_2 catalyst for the selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH_3显示文摘The effect of acidity and redox capability over sulfuric acid-modified CeO_2 catalysts were studied for the selective catalytic reduction of NO_x with NH_3(NH_3-SCR). The deposition of sulfate significantly enhanced the catalytic performance over CeO_2. NO_x conversion over4H_2SO_4/CeO_2 at 230–440 °C was higher than 90%. The strong redox capability of CeO_2 could result in unselective NH_3 oxidation and decrease high temperatures catalytic activity and N_2 selectivity. The deposition of sulfate increased the acidity and weakened the redox capability, and then increased the high temperature NO_x conversion and N_2 selectivity. An appropriate level of acidity also promoted the activity at 190–250 °C over ceria-based catalysts, and with further increase in the acidity, the SCR activity decreased slightly. Weak redox capability lowered the low-temperature catalytic activity. 3Regulatory network and genetic interactions established by OsMADS34 in rice inflorescence and spikelet morphogenesis显示文摘Grasses display highly diversified inflorescence architectures that differ in the arrangement of spikelets and flowers and determine cereal yields. However, the molecular basis underlying grass inflorescence morphogenesis remains largely unknown. Here we investigate the role of a functionally diversified SEPALLATA MADS-box transcription factor, OsMADS34, in regulating rice(Oryza sativa L.)inflorescence and spikelet development. Microarray analysis showed that, at the very early stages of inflorescence formation, dysfunction of OsMADS34 caused altered expression of 379 genes that are associated with protein modification and degradation, transcriptional regulation,signaling and metabolism activity. Genetic analysis revealed that OsMADS34 controls different aspects of inflorescence structure, branching and meristem activity synergistically with LAX PANICLE1(LAX1) and FLORAL ORGAN NUMBER4(FON4), as evidenced by the enhanced phenotypes of osmads34 lax1 and osmads34 fon4 compared with the single mutants. Additionally, double mutant between osmads34 and the sterile lemma defective mutant elongated empty glume(ele) displayed an enhanced phenotype, that is,longer and wider sterile lemmas that were converted into lemma/palea-like organs, suggesting that ELE and OsMADS34 synergistically control the sterile lemma development. OsMADS34 may act together with OsMADS15 in controlling sterile lemma development. 4The Significance of Crust Structure and Continental Dynamics Inferred from Receiver Functions in West Yunnan显示文摘In our study we collected the teleseismic record of 31 broadband stations and 9 PASSCAL stations in West Yunnan, as well as extracted more than a million receiver functions. Using the waveform model and stacking techniques, we calculated the earth crust thicknesses and Vp/Vs ratios below the stations and obtained 35 valid data points. At the same time, we evenly stacked the receiver functions at the same station and superimposed the two profiles' cross sections of the main tectonic units. The results show a clear difference between the crust thicknesses of different tectonic units. Because of the magma underplatting and delimanition of the lower crust in the role of deep process, the West Yunnan's crust can be divided two kinds-mafic-ultramafic and feldspathic crusts. The research also shows that the mafic-ultramafic crust corresponds to a good background of mineralization. The delamination of the lower crust is one of the leading causes for moderate to strong earthquake prone in central Yunnan. The thinner crust and high velocity ratio as well as the multimodal structure of Ps in the Tengchong volcanic area confirms existence of a deep process of the strong magma underplating. 5Signaling pathways in cancer-associated fibroblasts:recent advances and future perspectives显示文摘As a critical component of the tumor microenvironment(TME),cancerassociated fibroblasts(CAFs)play important roles in cancer initiation and progression.Well-known signaling pathways,including the transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),Hedgehog(Hh),Notch,Wnt,Hippo,nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB),Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT),mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),and phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)/AKT pathways,as well as transcription factors,including hypoxia-inducible factor(HIF),heat shock transcription factor 1(HSF1),P53,Snail,and Twist,constitute complex regulatory networks in theTMEtomodulate the formation,activation,heterogeneity,metabolic characteristics and malignant phenotype of CAFs.Activated CAFs remodel the TME and influence the malignant biological processes of cancer cells by altering the transcriptional and secretory characteristics,and this modulation partially depends on the regulation of signaling cascades.The results of preclinical and clinical trials indicated that therapies targeting signaling pathways in CAFs demonstrated promising efficacy but were also accompanied by some failures(e.g.,NCT01130142 and NCT01064622).Hence,a comprehensive understanding of the signaling cascades in CAFs might help us better understand the roles of CAFs and the TME in cancer progression and may facilitate the development of more efficient and safer stroma-targeted cancer therapies.Here,we review recent advances in studies of signaling pathways in CAFs and briefly discuss some future perspectives on CAF research.Zengli Fang Qingcai Meng Jin Xu Wei Wang Bo Zhang Jiang Liu Chen Liang Jie Hua Yingjun Zhao Xianjun Yu Si Shi 2023Cancer Communications2023,43,1:5

8Quantitative prediction of shale gas sweet spots based on seismic data in Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation,Weiyuan area,Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘Sweet spots in the shale reservoirs of the Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation in Weiyuan 201 Block of Sichuan Basin were predicted quantitatively using seismic data and fuzzy optimization method. First, based on seismic and rock physics analysis, the rock physics characteristics of the reservoirs were determined, and elastic parameters sensitive to shale reservoirs with high gas content were selected. Second, data volumes with high precision of the elastic parameters were obtained from pre-stack simultaneous inversion. The horizontal distribution of key parameters for shale gas evaluation were calculated based on the results of rock physics analysis. Then, the fuzzy evaluation equation was established by fuzzy optimization method with test and logging data of horizontal wells with similar operation conditions. key parameters affecting the productivity of horizontal wells were sorted out and the weights of them in the sweet spots quantitative prediction were worked out by fuzzy optimization to set up a sweet spots evaluation system. Three classes of shale gas reservoirs which including two kinds of sweet spots were predicted with the above procedure, and the sweet spots have been predicted quantitatively by combining the above prediction results with the testing production. 17Construction of DNA Fingerprint Using SSR Marker for Hybrid Rice Cultivars Approved by Hunan Province显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to construct DNA fingerprint for hybrid rice cultivars those have been approved by Hunan Province. [Method] The primers which produced polymorphic and bright DNA bands were selected to construct the DNA molecular fingerprint map for 77 major hybrid rice cultivars approved by Hunan Province. [Result] A total of 48 SSR primers were selected. Every cultivar had its unique fingerprint map so that the obtained data could identify different hybrid rice cultivars.
