| 1 | Framework and development of digital China显示文摘Digital China (DC) has recently drawn much attention. It is a strategic project for China in response to the challenge of sustainable development of population,re-source,and environment. Intending to establish the national information infra-structure (NⅡ),the DC project forms a solid foundation for Chinese informatization. In such an NⅡ,multi-sourced spatial data are integrated. They focus on various themes and have different space and time features. Based on the NⅡ,numerous applications and services can be developed so that spatial information will benefit everyone. | 3 | Pathological Changes of Copper Ion Poisoning in Mice显示文摘In this study,the clinical manifestations of copper poisoning and the pathological changes of tissues and organs were observed by copper sulfate.The experimental mice were randomly divided into four groups:control group(0 mg/kg),low dose group(50 mg/kg),medium dose group(100 mg/kg),high dose group(200 mg/kg),6 rats in each group,the test period was 2 weeks.The results showed that the mortality rate in the high dose group was higher than that in the middle dose group and the low dose group.Pathological observation of high-dose group showed hepatic steatosis and granular degeneration,hepatocyte showed honeycomb appearance,low dose group and middle dose group hepatocyte enlargement,cytoplasm filled with red stained fine particles;low dose group In the renal tubular degeneration,renal tubular epithelial cell swelling,so that the lumen becomes smaller or narrow,interstitial telangiectasia,congestion.In the middle dose group,there were obvious degeneration of the renal tubules,and there were many red dye protein in the lumen.Part of the renal tubular wall cell structure was destroyed.High dose group of renal tubular epithelial necrosis,disintegration,fall off in the lumen.The results show that copper poisoning mainly damage the liver,kidney and other tissues and organs,eventually leading to morbidity and even death. | Rundong Zhuang Qingxi Wang Lijia Wu | 2018 | Insight-Veterinary Science2018,1,1: | 0 |
| 4 | Immobilization and characterization of the Lactarius deliciosus mycelia-embedded polylysine-alginate beads and their decolorization performance显示文摘Liquid fermented fungal mycelia with decolorization capability have potential applications in scale-up. In this work, the Lactarius deliciosus mycelia were immobilized on ε-polylysine-alginate beads, and the decolorization effects of ε-polylysine-alginate beads were demonstrated along with Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 as a model dye. Morphology observation confirmed the beads had an exterior film and interior capsule with honeycomb microstructures suitable for mycelia growth. It was manifested that the maximum decolorization efficiency for mycelia was 98.5% at a removal rate of 0.68 mg·L^(-1)·h after 3 days. In comparison, the decolorization efficiency of the immobilized mycelia reached the maximum value of 97.3% at a removal rate of 6.1 mg·L^(-1)·h after 8 h. The enzyme activities of lignin peroxidase and laccase tested in the immobilized mycelia were significantly higher than in that of the free ones, such as the lignin peroxidase had the highest enzyme activity of 77.6 ± 7.4 U·L^(-1) in the former, while of 27.4 ± 8.7 U·L^(-1) in the latter. The immobilization of L. deliciosus mycelia could improve the decolorization of Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 efficiently.
