| 1 | Magnetism parameters characteristics of drilling deposits in Jianghan Plain and indication for forming of the Yangtze River Three Gorges显示文摘The forming time of the Yangtze River Three Gorges is considered as one of keys in the research on the Yangtze River,also is one of the most disputed hotspots.In order to solve the difficult problem,the authors adopt the internationally recognized thoughts and methods of substance tracing from source to sink.The lithologic characteristics,magnetic parameters and magnetic mineral characteristics of deposits in 2 bores are analyzed,which are both sampled from the sedimentary center of the Jianghan Plain.The results are as follows:At about 110 m depth of the core,the contents of coarse materials and stable magnetic mineral both increase significantly.Meanwhile,the magnetic susceptibility of sediment,saturation isothermal remanent magnetization and magnetic susceptibility values of anhysteretic remanent magnetism increase suddenly,which all reflect that at about 110 m depth,the important adjustment has appeared in water system of the Jianghan Plain,and the sedimentary environment and material composition have changed greatly.And it may be the horizon where the Yangtze River Three Gorges formed,its forming time reflected by the paleomagnetic dating is between 1.17 and 1.12Ma B.P. | ZHANG YuFen LI Chang'An WANG QiuLiang CHEN Liang Ma YongFa KANG ChunGuo | 2008 | Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,4: | 34 |
| 2 | Bearingless motor’s radial suspension force control based on flux equivalent with virtual winding current analysis method显示文摘A bearingless motor has two sets of intercoupling stator windings, namely torque windings and sus-pension force windings. The decoupling control of the two sets is difficult and a key technology to stable operation for a bearingless motor. In this paper, a simple, reliable and accurate analysis method is put forward using the concept of flux equivalent with virtual winding currents. By this method, the suspension operation condition PB=PM±1 for bearingless motors is testified, and under the rotation condition of the motor, it is also proved that currents in suspension force windings must have the same phase sequence and frequency as torque windings to generate a stable single direction radial force in the rotor's whole circumference. On this basis, the control strategy of realizing the suspension opera-tion of the bearingless motor is presented, and a prototype of the bearingless surface-mounted per-manent magnet synchronous motor is tested. | 3 | CD30 expression in extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type among 622 cases of mature T-cell and natural killer-cell lymphoma at a single institution in South China显示文摘Background:Mature T-cell and natural killer(NK)-cell lymphomas compose a heterogeneous group of non-Hodgkin lymphomas,and extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type(ENKTL) is an aggressive subtype with sporadic CD30 expression.However,the significance of CD30 expression in ENKTL is controversial.We aimed to classify a large cohort of patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas according to the 2016 World Health Organization(WHO) classification guidelines and to study the association between CD30 expression and prognosis of patients with ENKTL.Methods:We selected consecutive patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas who attended our institution between September 1,2009 and August 31,2013.We classified the lymphomas according to the 2016 revision of the WHO classification of lymphoid neoplasms,analyzed the associations between CD30 expression and clinicopathologic features of ENKTL patients,and evaluated the prognostic implications of CD30 expression.Results:We identified 622 consecutive patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas,including 317(51.0%)patients with ENKTL.In addition,CD30 expression was detected in 43(47.3%) of a subset of 91 patients with ENKTL.No clinicopathologic features were associated with CD30 expression,and CD30 positivity showed no prognostic significance in patients with ENKTL.Conclusions:ENKTL is the most common type of mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphoma diagnosed at our institution.CD30 is frequently expressed in ENKTL and represents a therapeutic target;however,it may not be a prognostic marker. | Yanfen Feng Huilan Rao Yiyan Lei Yuhua Huang Fang Wang Yu Zhang Shaoyan Xi Qiuliang Wu Jianyong Shao | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Cancer2017,36,6: | 10 |

| 5 | Source rupture process of the 2015 Gorkha, Nepal Mw7.9 earthquake and its tectonic implications显示文摘On 25 April, 2015, an Mw7.9 earthquake occurred in Nepal, which caused great economic loss and casualties. However, almost no surface ruptures were observed. Therefore, in order to interpret the phenomenon, we study the rupture process of the earthquake to seek answers. Inversion of teleseismic body-wave data is applied to estimate the rupture process of the 2015 Nepal earthquake. To obtain stable solutions, smoothing and non-negative constraints are introduced. 48 teleseismic stations with good coverage are chosen. Finite fault model is established with length and width of 195 km and 150 km, and we set the initial seismic source parameters referring to CMT solutions. Inversion results indicate that the focal mechanism of this earthquake is a thrust fault type, and the strike, dip and rake angle are in accordance with CMT results. The seismic moment is 0.9195 ×10^(21)Nm(Mw7.9), and source duration is about 70s. The rupture nucleated near the hypocenter and then propagated along the dip direction to the southeast, and the maximum slip amounts to 5.2 m. Uncertainties on the amount of slip retrieved by different inversion methods still exist, the overall characteristics are inconsistent. | 6 | Source rupture process inversion of the 2013 Lushan earthquake,China显示文摘The spatial and temporal slip distribution of the Lushan earthquake was estimated using teleseismic body wave data.To perform a stable inversion,we applied smoothing constraints and determined their optimal relative weights on the observed data using an optimized Akaike's Bayesian Information Criterion (ABIC).The inversion generated the source parameters.Strike,dip and slip were 218°,39° and 100.8°,respectively.A seismic moment (M0) was 2.1×1020 Nm with a moment magnitude (Mw) of 6.8,and a source duration was approximately 30 second.The rupture propagated along the dip direction,and the maximum slip occurred at the hypocenter.The maximum slip was approximately 2.1 m,although this earthquake did not cause an apparent surface rupture.The energy was mainly released within 10 second.In addition,the Lushan earthquake was apparently related to the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake.However,the question of whether it was an aftershock of the Wenchuan earthquake requires further study. | Zhang Lifen Iman Fatchurochman Liao Wulin Li Jinggang Wang Qiuliang | 2013 | Geodesy and Geodynamics2013,4,2: | 5 |
| 7 | Seismic hazard assessment of the Three Gorges Project显示文摘Seismic monitoring data for the past 50 years in the Three Gorges Reservoir area show that the reservoir head area is a typical weak seismic region with low seismicity before impoundment and that the epicenters were concentrated in the east and west sides of the Zigui Basin,most of which were natural tectonic earthquakes.After impoundment,the seismic activity shifted to the segment between Badong and Zigui along the Yangtze River,mainly within 5 km of the reservoir bank.The seismogenesis was categorized into four types:Karst collapse earthquakes,earthquakes caused by Karst gas explosion,mining tunnel collapse earthquakes,and rock (terrane) slip earthquakes,all of which are related to the lithology,structure,and tectonics of near-surface geological bodies of the area.Compared with the seismicity before impoundment,the seismic frequency increase was remarkable,with most of the magnitudes below Ms2.0.Therefore,the intensity of the earthquakes remained at a low level.On November 22,2008,a magnitude 4.1 earthquake,the largest earthquake recorded since impoundment,occurred in Quyuan Town,Zigui County.The intensity and PGA of reservoir-induced earthquakes are higher than those of tectonic earthquakes with equal magnitude,but the peak intensity of reservoir-induced earthquakes is not likely to go beyond that of the estimated range from earlier studies. | Yao Yunsheng Wang Qiuliang Li Jinggang Shen Xueling Kong Yuyang | 2013 | Geodesy and Geodynamics2013,4,2: | 4 |

| 9 | Atmospheric fine particles in a typical coastal port of Yangtze River Delta显示文摘In recent decades, coastal ports have experienced rapid development and become an important economic and ecological hub in China. Atmospheric particle is a research hotspot in atmospheric environmental sciences in inland regions. However, few studies on the atmospheric particle were conducted in coastal port areas in China, which indeed suffers atmospheric particle pollution. Lack of the physicochemical characteristics of fine particles serves as an obstacle toward the accurate control for air pollution in the coastal port area in China. Here, a field observation was conducted in an important coastal port city in Yangtze River Delta from March 6 to March 19, 2019. The average PM2.5 concentration was 63.7 ±27.8 μg/m^3 and NO3^-, SO4^2-, NH4^+, and organic matter accounted for ?60% of PM 2.5. Fe was the most abundant trace metal element and V as the ship emission indicator was detected. Transmission electron microscopy images showed that SK-rich, soot, Fe, SK-soot and SK-Fe were the major individual particles in the coastal port. V and soluble Fe were detected in sulfate coating of SK-Fe particles. We found that anthropogenic emissions, marine sea salt, and secondary atmosphere process were the major sources of fine particles. Backward trajectory analysis indicated that the dominant air masses were marine air mass, inland air mass from northern Zhejiang and inland-marine mixed air mass from Shandong and Shanghai during the sampling period. | 10 | Analysis of the relationship between water level fluctuation and seismicity in the Three Gorges Reservoir(China)显示文摘The Three Gorges Reservoir is a good site for the further researches on reservoir induced seismicity due to decades' seismic monitoring. After the first water impounding in 2003, seismic activity becomes more frequent than that before water impoundment. In order to quantitatively study, the relationship between the water level fluctuation and earthquakes in TGR, we introduced statistical methods to attain the goal.First of all, we relocated the earthquakes in TGR region with double difference method and divided the earthquakes into 5 clusters with clustering analysis method. Secondly, to examine the impacts of water level fluctuation in different water filling stages on the seismic activity in the 5 clusters, a series of statistical analyses are applied. Pearson correlation results show that only the 175 m water level fluctuation has significantly positive impacts on the seismic activity in clusters Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ with correlation coefficients of 0.44, 0.38, 0.66 and 0.63. Cross-correlation analysis demonstrates that 0, 1, 0 and 0 month time delay separately for the clusters Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ exists. It illustrated the influences of the water loading and pore pressure diffusion on induced earthquakes. Cointegration tests and impulse response analysis denoted that the 175 m water level only had long term and significant effects just on the seismic events in the intersection region of the Fairy Mount Fault and Nine-brook Fault. One standard deviation shock to175 m water level increased the seismic activity in cluster Ⅴ for the first 3 months, and then the negative influence was shown. After 7 months, the negative impulse response becomes stable. | 12 | Recognition of Early Paleozoic Magmatisms in the Supposed Proterozoic Basements of Zhalantun, Great Xing’an Range, NE China显示文摘The Zhalantun terrane from the Xing’an massif, northeast China, was used to be considered as Proterozoic basements. However, amounts of detrital zircon ages from the meta-sedimentary rocks deny the existence of Precambrian basements recently. Notably, magmatic rocks were barely reported to limit the exact ages of the Zhalantun basements. In this study, we collected rhyolite, gabbro and quartz diorite for zircon in-situ U-Pb isotopic dating, which yield crystallization ages of ~505 Ma, ~447 Ma and ~125 Ma, respectively. Muscovite schist and siltstone define maximum depositional ages of ~499 Ma and ~489 Ma, respectively. Additionally, these dated supracrustal rocks and plutons also yield ancient detrital/xenocryst zircon ages of ~600-1000 Ma, ~1600-2220 Ma, ~2400 Ma, ~2600-2860 Ma. Based on the whole-rock major and trace element compositions, the ~505 Ma rhyolites display high SiO2 and alkaline contents, low Fe2O3T, TiO2 and Al2O3, and relatively high Mg O and Mg#, which exhibit calc-alkaline characteristics. These rhyolites yield fractionated REE patterns and negative Nb, Ta, Ti, Sr, P and Eu anomalies and positive Zr anomalies. The geochemistry, petrology and Lu-Hf isotopes imply that rhyolites were derived from the partial melting of continental basalt induced by upwelling of sub-arc mantle magmas, and then experienced fractional crystallization of plagioclase, which points to a continental arc regime. The ~447 Ma gabbros exhibit low Si O2 and alkaline contents, high Fe2 O3 T, Ti O2, Mg O and Mg#. They show minor depletions of La and Ce, flat MREE and HREE patterns, and negative Nb, Ta, Zr and Hf anomalies. Both sub-arc mantle and N-MORB-like mantle were involved in the formation of the gabbros, indicative of a probable back-arc basin tectonic setting. Given that, the previously believed Proterozoic supracrustal rocks and several plutons from the Zhalantun Precambrian basements were proved to be Paleozoic to Mesozoic rocks, among which these Paleozoic magmatic rocks were generally related to subduction regime. So far, none Proterozoic rocks have been identified from the Zhalantun Precambrian basement, though some ~600-3210 Ma ancient detrital/xenocryst zircons were reported. | 14 | Solid Solution Nitriding Technology of 15Cr-7.5Mn-2.6Mo Duplex Stainless Steel显示文摘Solid solution nitriding technologies of 15Cr-7.5Mn-2.6Mo duplex stainless steel were investigated by using of orthogonal tests. The results show that the best technology would be the processes of 1050℃× 2h + 1150℃× 3h +1050℃× 2h + 1150℃× 4h under pure N2 with PN2=0.15MPa. The high nitrogen austenitic case with the depth of1.62mm can be obtained. Orthogonal tests show that the type of atmosphere has the most notable effect on solid solution nitriding process; the pressure in the furnace and the nitriding processes has a notable effect. X-ray diffraction analyses results indicate that the main phases in the cases of the solution-nitrided samples cooled in the furnace are high nitrogen austenite, CrN, Fe3O4 and nitrogen containing ferrite. In the other samples experienced solid solution nitriding and solution treatment the obtained phase in the cases is high nitrogen austenite only. The results show that solid solution nitriding is a process that nitrogen absolutely diffuses in the austenite. | 15 | The Changes in Guilin Paddy Soil Organic Matter and Rice Yield under Long-Term Fertilization显示文摘Rational fertilization is an important measure to increase crop yield and soil fertility. Through analysis,this paper aims to master the change characteristics of soil organic matter and rice yield under different fertilizer treatments,in order to provide an important reference for the sustainable use of soil and effective fertilization. Long-term( 19 years) rice crop rotation experiments in waterloggogenic paddy soil were conducted to investigate the change trend of crop grain yield and soil organic matter with time,reveal the dynamic characteristics and relationship between main fertility factors and crop yields using comparative analysis at three sites with conventional fertilization and non-fertilization in Guilin. The results showed that compared with previous years,the rice yield increased by 53% under the fertilization treatment and degreased by 66% under the control. Over the years,the average soil organic matter( SOM) content under fertilization treatment was 23% higher than under CK treatment. | 18 | Driving force of soil microbial community structure in a burned area of Daxing'anling,China显示文摘Fires are an important factor impacting forest ecosystems of Daxing'anling and have a significant effect on soil microbial community structure.In this study,highthroughput sequencing for 16 S rDNA and ITS rDNA were applied to analyze the changing characteristics and driving factors of bacterial and fungal community structures in burned areas with different fire severity.PICRUSt2 software was used to predict the functional characteristics of burned areas with different fire severity.The purpose was to unveil the responsive relationships among the structure and function of bacterial and fungal communities,fire severity,and post-disturbance restoration times.After high severity fires,the destruction of surface vegetation and loss of soil nutrients reduced the diversity and abundance of soil bacteria and fungi.The soil bacteria community structure,which was dominated by Acidobacteria,Proteobacteria,and Actinobacteria,changed to be dominated by Proteobacteria and Chloroflexi.As well,soil fungal community changed from domination by Helotiales,Eurotiales and Russulales to domination by Archaeorhizomycetales and Helotiales.Over time,soil bacterial community was gradually restored to prefire levels 30 years after the fire.Soil fungal community changed and failed to restore to pre-fire levels after 30 years.After low/intermediate severity fires,environmental factors were relatively unchanged so that soil bacteria diversity and abundance increased,optimizing community composition.The diversity and abundance of soil fungi decreased and the community structure changed slightly.Over time,both bacterial and fungal communities were gradually restored to pre-fire levels 30 years after the fire.After fire disturbance,with increasing severity,soil carbon fixation,lignin degradation,mineralization of organic nitrogen and hydrolysis of organic phosphorus are enhanced.Denitrification is weakened.Therefore,forest fires have certain positive effects on carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus cycles where soil bacteria and fungi are involved. | Meng Meng Bing Wang Qiuliang Zhang Yuan Tian | 2021 | Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,4: | 2 |
| 19 | Information theory in nonlinear error growth dynamics and its application to predictability:Taking the Lorenz system as an example显示文摘In nonlinear error growth dynamics,the initial error cannot be accurately determined,and the forecast error,which is also uncertain,can be considered to be a random variable.Entropy in information theory is a natural measure of the uncertainty of a random variable associated with a probability distribution.This paper effectively combines statistical information theory and nonlinear error growth dynamics,and introduces some fundamental concepts of entropy in information theory for nonlinear error growth dynamics.Entropy based on nonlinear error can be divided into time entropy and space entropy,which are used to estimate the predictabilities of the whole dynamical system and each of its variables.This is not only applicable for investigating the dependence between any two variables of a multivariable system,but also for measuring the influence of each variable on the predictability of the whole system.Taking the Lorenz system as an example,the entropy of nonlinear error is applied to estimate predictability.The time and space entropies are used to investigate the spatial distribution of predictability of the whole Lorenz system.The results show that when moving around two chaotic attractors or near the edge of system space,a Lorenz system with lower sensitivity to the initial field behaves with higher predictability and a longer predictability limit.The example analysis of predictability of the Lorenz system demonstrates that the predictability estimated by the entropy of nonlinear error is feasible and effective,especially for estimation of predictability of the whole system.This provides a theoretical foundation for further work in estimating real atmospheric multivariable joint predictability. | LI AiBing ZHANG LiFeng WANG QiuLiang LI Bo LI ZhenZhong WANG YiQing | 2013 | Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,8: | 2 |
| 20 | Identification of microsatellites in cattle unigenes显示文摘To identify EST-SSR molecular markers, 41,986 cattle UniGene sequences from NCBI were mined for analyzing SSRs. A total of 1,831 SSRs were identified from 1,666 ESTs, which represented an average density of 19.88 kb per SSR. The frequency of EST-SSRs was 4.0%. The dinucleotide repeat motif was the most abundant SSR, accounting for 54%, followed by 22%, 13%, 7% and 4%, respec- tively, for tri-, hexa-, penta- and tetra-nucleotide repeats. Depending upon the length of the repeat unit, the length of microsatellites varied from 14 to 86 bp. Among the di- and tri-nucleotide repeats, AC/TG (57%) and AGC (12%) were the most abundant type. Annotation of EST-SSRs was also carried out.
