1Solid Solution Nitriding Technology of 15Cr-7.5Mn-2.6Mo Duplex Stainless Steel显示文摘Solid solution nitriding technologies of 15Cr-7.5Mn-2.6Mo duplex stainless steel were investigated by using of orthogonal tests. The results show that the best technology would be the processes of 1050℃× 2h + 1150℃× 3h +1050℃× 2h + 1150℃× 4h under pure N2 with PN2=0.15MPa. The high nitrogen austenitic case with the depth of1.62mm can be obtained. Orthogonal tests show that the type of atmosphere has the most notable effect on solid solution nitriding process; the pressure in the furnace and the nitriding processes has a notable effect. X-ray diffraction analyses results indicate that the main phases in the cases of the solution-nitrided samples cooled in the furnace are high nitrogen austenite, CrN, Fe3O4 and nitrogen containing ferrite. In the other samples experienced solid solution nitriding and solution treatment the obtained phase in the cases is high nitrogen austenite only. The results show that solid solution nitriding is a process that nitrogen absolutely diffuses in the austenite. 2Preparation and Characterization of Flower-like Cu_2SnS_3 Nanostructures by Solvothermal Route显示文摘Flower-like Cu2SnS3 nanostructures composed of nano-flakes were successfully synthesized by solvothermal technique at 180℃for 16 h.In the preparation process,CuCI2·2H2O,SnCl2·2H2O and thiourea were used as raw materials,and ethylene glycol were used as solvent.The results showed that the obtained product was pure phase Cu2SnS3.The average diameter of Cu2SnS3 flowers and the thickness of the nano-flakes were about 1—1.5μm and 10 nm,respectively.The influence of reaction time and solvents on the morphology,size and structure of the products was investigated by powder X-ray diffraction and fieldemission scan electron microscopy(FESEM).The ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum measurement indicated that the band gap of the sample was about 1.26 eV and could be applied to the absorbing layer of thin solar cell.The possible formation mechanism of flower-like Cu2SnS3 was also proposed and discussed.Xiaojuan Liang Qian Cai Weidong Xiang Zhaopin Chen Jiasong Zhong Yun Wang Mingguo Shao Zhenrong Li 2013Journal of Materials Science & Technology2013,29,3:2

4Segment-Adaptive Spread Spectrum Audio Watermarking Using NSGA-Ⅱ显示文摘In the field of robust audio watermarking,how to seek a good trade-off between robustness and imperceptibility is challenging.The existing studies use the same embedding parameter for each part of the audio signal,which ignores that different parts may have different requirements for embedding parameters.In this work,the constraints on imperceptibility are first analysed.Then,we present a segment multi-objective optimization model of the scaling parameter under the constrained Signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)in Spread spectrum(SS)audio watermarking.Additionally,we adopt the Nondominated sorting genetic algorithmⅡ(NSGA-Ⅱ)to solve the proposed model.Finally,we compare our algorithm(called SS-SNR-NSGA-Ⅱ)with the existing methods.The experimental results show that the proposed SS-SNRNSGA-Ⅱnot only provides flexible choices for different application demands but also achieves more and better trade-offs between imperceptibility and robustness.SU Zhaopin ZHANG Guofu ZHOU Xianxian LI Wangwang 2021Chinese Journal of Electronics2021,30,4:1
