| 5 | Multi-agent modeling and analysis of EV users' travel willingness based on an integrated causal/statistical/behavioral model显示文摘An electric vehicle(EV) centred ecosystem has not yet been formed, the existing limited statistic data are far from enough for the analysis of EV users' travel and charge behaviors, which however tends to be affected by many certain and uncertain factors. An experimental economics(EE)-based simulation method can be used to analyze thebehaviors of key participants in a system. However, it is restricted by the system size, experimental site and the number of qualified human participants. Therefore, this method is hard to be adopted for the behavioral analysis of a large number of human participants. In this paper, a new method combining a questionnaire statistics and the EEbased simulation is proposed. The causal relationship is considered in the design of the questionnaires and data extraction, then a multi-agent modeling integration method is introduced in the EE-based simulation, which enables the integration of causal/statistical/behavioral models into the multi-agent framework to reflect the EV users' travel willingness statistically. | 8 | Damage detection in beam-like structures using static shear energy redistribution显示文摘In this study,a static shear energy algorithm is presented for the damage assessment of beam-like structures.According to the energy release principle,the strain energy of a damaged element suddenly changes when structural damage occurs.Therefore,the change in the static shear energy is employed to determine the damage locations in beam-like structures.The static shear energy is derived from the spectral factorization of the elementary stiffness matrix and structural deflection variation.The advantage of using shear energy as opposed to total energy is that only a few deflection data points of the beam structure are required during the process of damage identification.Another advantage of the proposed approach is that damage detection can be performed without establishing a structural finiteelement model in advance.The proposed technique is first validated using a numerical example with single,multiple,and adjacent damage scenarios.A channel steel beam and rectangular concrete beam are employed as experimental cases to further verify the proposed approach.The results of the simulation and experiment examples indicate that the proposed algorithm provides a simple and effective method for defect localization in beam-like structures. | Xi PENG Qiuwei YANG | 2022 | Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2022,16,12: | 1 |
| 9 | Authorization Management Framework Based on Joint Trust-Risk Evaluation显示文摘Authorization management is important precondition and foundation for coordinating and resource sharing in open networks. Re- cently, authorization based on trust is widely used whereby access rights to shared resource are granted on the basis of their trust relation in distributed environment. Nevertheless, dynamic change of the status of credential and chain of trust induces to uncertainty of trust relation. Considering uncer- tainty of authorization and analyzing deficiency of authorization model only based on trust, we proposes joint trust-risk evaluation and build the model based on fuzzy set theory, and make use of the membership grade of fuzzy set to express joint trust-risk relation. Finally, derivation principle and constraint principle of joint trust-risk relationships are presented. The authorization management model is defined based on joint trust-risk evaluation, proof of compliance and separation of duty are analyzed. | 14 | Fault Identification for Shear-Type Structures Using Low-Frequency Vibration Modes显示文摘Shear-type structures are common structural forms in industrial and civil buildings,such as concrete and steel frame structures.Fault diagnosis of shear-type structures is an important topic to ensure the normal use of structures.The main drawback of existing damage assessment methods is that they require accurate structural finite element models for damage assessment.However,for many shear-type structures,it is difficult to obtain accurate FEM.In order to avoid finite elementmodeling,amodel-freemethod for diagnosing shear structure defects is developed in this paper.This method only needs to measure a few low-order vibration modes of the structure.The proposed defect diagnosis method is divided into two stages.In the first stage,the location of defects in the structure is determined based on the difference between the virtual displacements derived from the dynamic flexibility matrices before and after damage.In the second stage,damage severity is evaluated based on an improved frequency sensitivity equation.Themain innovations of this method lie in two aspects.The first innovation is the development of a virtual displacement difference method for determining the location of damage in the shear structure.The second is to improve the existing frequency sensitivity equation to calculate the damage degree without constructing the finite elementmodel.Thismethod has been verified on a numerical example of a 22-story shear frame structure and an experimental example of a three-story steel shear structure.Based on numerical analysis and experimental data validation,it is shown that this method only needs to use the low-order modes of structural vibration to diagnose the defect location and damage degree,and does not require finite element modeling.The proposed method should be a very simple and practical defect diagnosis technique in engineering practice. | Cuihong Li Qiuwei Yang Xi Peng | 2024 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2024,138,3: | 0 |
| 15 | Bi-level Energy Trading Model Incorporating Large-scale Biogas Plant and Demand Response Aggregator显示文摘Increasing intermittent renewable energy sources(RESs)intensifies the imbalance between demand and generation,entailing the diversification of the deployment of electrical energy storage systems(ESSs).A large-scale biogas plant(LBP)installed with heating devices and biogas energy storage(BES)usually exhibits a storage-like characteristic of accommodating an increasing penetration level of RES in rural areas,which is addressed in this paper.By utilizing the temperature-sensitive characteristic of anaerobic digestion that enables the LBP to exhibit a storage-like characteristic,this paper proposes a bi-level energy trading model incorporating LBP and demand response aggregator(DRA)simultaneously.In this model,social welfare is maximized at the upper level while the profit of DRA is maximized at the lower level.Compared with cases only with DRA,the results show that the proposed model with the LBP improves the on-site accommodation capacity of photovoltaic(PV)generation up to 6.3%,18.1%,and 18.9%at 30%,40%,and 50%PV penetration levels,respectively,with a better economic performance.This nonlinear bi-level problem is finally recast by a single-level mathematical program with equilibrium constraints(MPEC)using Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)conditions and solved by the Cplex solver.The effectiveness of the proposed model is validated using a 33-bus test system and a sensitivity analysis is provided for analyzing what parameter influences the accommodation capacity most. | Hanyu Yang Canbing Li Ruanming Huang Feng Wang Lili Hao Qiuwei Wu Long Zhou | 2023 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2023,11,2: | 0 |
