1Development pattern of the industry form in mountains area:a case study of the Three Gorges Reservoir area显示文摘The mountainous areas (mountain, plateau and hilly area) cover more than 85% of the total land territory of China. Nature and humanity in very mountainous area has its own geographic characteristics. In the process of industrialization and urbanization in China, realizing the sustainable development of the mountainous areas, optimizing man-land system, and adopting and continuously developing corresponding economic modes of the mountainous areas with multi-functions of economy, ecology, culture and society to characterize production content, mode of production, mode of operation is not only helpful to economy, society and ecological value and is of great aesthetic value, but also solve the technological problems of the subject of starting undertaking to finally transform the regional resource advantage of the mountainous area into the advantage of capital and technology for economic development and to get rid of the contradiction between underdeveloped economy and abundant resources. This paper takes the Three Gorges Reservoir (TGR) area for example to show that it's of great practical and theoretical significance to develop 'Five Types of Agriculture' and to optimize ecoenvironment, industrial structure, department structure, regional distribution, variety structure and quality structure.Feng Quanguang 2008Ecological Economy2008,4,1:7
2Public choice on coordinated development of border regions and its empirical research:a case study of Wuling mountain area显示文摘Due to the difficult segmentation of land destiny, popularity destiny, industry destiny on the platform of common interests demand, the regional governance of production and living for the needs of the people in cross-regional areas, such as in the aspects of security, education, assignment and management of water resources, transportation, energy, environment protection and public health, the administrative border regional cooperation is relatively easy. These aspects are equivalent to public products. Just because of this, it leads to problems that nobody will not control. The governments, in order to realize regional economic coordinated development and to eliminate the regional interests parties of administrative regions economy in microcosmic, were adapting various self-protection measures, even including that 'you may have your policy but I have my countermeasures' that is derived from inter-regional economic relations. The action of market segmentation has limited the flow of various economic development elements, especially the condition of 'dead end highway', resource exploitation and use, difficult social security work in social living of the administrative boundary zone. 3Mitochondria as a target for neuroprotection: role of methylene blue and photobiomodulation显示文摘Mitochondrial dysfunction plays a central role in the formation of neuroinflammation and oxidative stress,which are important factors contributing to the development of brain disease.Ample evidence suggests mitochondria are a promising target for neuroprotection.Recently,methods targeting mitochondria have been considered as potential approaches for treatment of brain disease through the inhibition of inflammation and oxidative injury.This review will discuss two widely studied approaches for the improvement of brain mitochondrial respiration,methylene blue(MB)and photobiomodulation(PBM).MB is a widely studied drug with potential beneficial effects in animal models of brain disease,as well as limited human studies.Similarly,PBM is a non-invasive treatment that promotes energy production and reduces both oxidative stress and inflammation,and has garnered increasing attention in recent years.MB and PBM have similar beneficial effects on mitochondrial function,oxidative damage,inflammation,and subsequent behavioral symptoms.However,the mechanisms underlying the energy enhancing,antioxidant,and anti-inflammatory effects of MB and PBM differ.This review will focus on mitochondrial dysfunction in several different brain diseases and the pathological improvements following MB and PBM treatment.Luodan Yang Hannah Youngblood Chongyun Wu Quanguang Zhang 2020Translational Neurodegeneration2020,9,2:2

11Modified R-CODOX-M/IVAC chemotherapy regimens in Chinese patients with untreated sporadic Burkitt lymphoma显示文摘Objective:To characterize modified R-CODOX-M/IVAC-based chemotherapy to lower the severe adverse events in Chinese adult patients with sporadic Burkitt lymphoma.Methods:We enrolled a retrospective cohort including 123 adult patients with untreated sporadic Burkitt lymphoma from August 2008 to September 2019 at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center.We studied a dose-modified and long-course R-CODOX-M/IVAC regimen utilizing a low dose of 1.0 g/m2/cycle cyclophosphamide,2 g/m2/cycle methotrexate,4,500 mg/m2/cycle ifosfamide,and 4.0 g/m2/cycle cytarabine.Forty-nine patients with low risk disease underwent 4–6 cycles of dose-modified R-CODOX-M-based chemotherapy.Seventy-four patients with high risk disease underwent 6–8 cycles of dose-modified alternating R-CODOX-M/IVAC regimens.Results:The objective remission was 87.0%.The event-free survival rate and overall survival at 3 years were 81.2%and 92.1%,respectively.Major grade 3–4 adverse events included leukopenia(91.9%),anemia(58.5%),thrombocytopenia(73.2%),and febrile neutropenia(48.8%).A total of 26.0%and 37.4%of patients received red blood cell and platelet transfusions,respectively.We observed 4 cases(3.3%)of septic shock after chemotherapy.Two treatment-related deaths occurred from severe infection.Conclusions:The modified R-CODOX-M/IVAC chemotherapy regimen was effective for sporadic Burkitt lymphoma in the Chinese population,with a lower toxicity than standard regimens.Meiting Chen Zhao Wang Xiaojie Fang Yuyi Yao Quanguang Ren Zegeng Chen Ying Tian Fei Pan Xiaoqian Li Zhiming Li Qingqing Cai He Huang Tongyu Lin 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,3:0

14脂肪乳剂、肾上腺素及脂肪乳剂复合肾上腺素对布比卡因诱导离体大鼠心脏停搏的复苏作用比较显示文摘背景目前对于脂肪乳剂复合肾上腺素治疗布比卡因的心脏毒性是否优于单纯脂肪乳剂或肾上腺素尚不清楚。我们比较了在治疗布比卡因引起的离体大鼠心脏停搏中脂肪乳剂、肾上腺素及复合物的作用。同时也测定了脂肪乳剂、肾上腺素及其复合物对布比卡因在心脏组织中浓度的影响。方法从Sprague—Dawley雄性大鼠游离出心脏并进行再灌注建立Langendofrr离体心脏灌注模型。以100μmol/L布比卡因诱导心脏停搏后继续灌注3分钟。脂肪乳剂组含2%脂肪乳剂复合30μmol/L布比卡因;肾上腺素组含0.15μg/ml肾上腺素复合30μmol/L布比卡因;脂肪乳剂复合肾上腺素组含2%脂肪乳剂复合0.15μg/ml肾上腺素及30μmol/L布比卡因;单独以30μmol/L布比卡因灌注为对照组。心脏复跳的定义为有自主规则的心律,恢复后心率血压乘积(rate.pressureproduct,RPP)值〉基础值的10%且持续1分钟以上。我们比较每组100μmol/L布比卡因输注结束至心脏复跳的时间。复跳后对心功能变化继续观察40分钟。4组中能复跳的心脏于试验末截取心尖心肌采用高效液相色谱法测定心肌组织中布比卡因的浓度。结果脂肪乳剂组和复合组的心脏复跳时间(Trecovery)显著短于肾上腺素组和对照组(P〈0.001),肾上腺素组的T短于对照组(P〈0.)。心脏复跳后分钟内4组平均值从高到低依次排序为复合组〉脂肪乳剂组、肾上腺素组〉对照组(P〈0.01)。心脏复跳过程中RPP的最大值(RPPmaximum)、RPPmaximum与基础值之比(RPPmaximum/RPPbaselinc)从最高到最低的依次排序为复合组〉脂肪乳剂组、肾上腺素组〉对照组(P〈0.01)。RPPmaximum 、RPPmaximum/RPPbaseline在脂肪乳剂组和肾上腺素组之间无显著差异。肾上腺素组和对照组中的心肌组织中布比卡因的浓度高于脂肪乳剂组和复合组(P〈0.001)。结论脂肪乳剂复合肾上腺素治疗布比卡因诱导的离体大鼠心脏停搏,较单纯使用脂肪乳剂或肾上腺素能更好地改善复苏后的心脏功能。Le Liu, MD Yun Xia, MD, PhD Ying Chen, MD Quanguang Wang, MD Tong Shi, MD Fangyan Wang, PhD Robert H.
