2Carcinogenic potential of duodenal reflux juice from patients with long-standing postgastrectomy显示文摘AIM To determine, whether study on thecarcinogenic potential of reflux juice frompatients with remote gastrectomy could clarifythe inherent relationship between duodenalreflux and gastric stump cancer.METHODS A total of 37 reflux juice samples(13 Billroth T, 24 Billroth Ⅱ ) were employed inthe present study. A two- stage transformationassay using BALB/c 3T3 cells was carried out totest the initiating or promoting activity of thesesamples.RESULTS Two of 18 (11.1%) reflux samplesexerted initiating activities, whereas 9/19(47.4%) samples enhanced the MNNG-initiafingcell transformation, suggesting the duodenalreflux juice might more frequently possess thetumor-promoter activity (P = 0. 029). In addition,there was no difference in initiating activities ofthe samples irrespective of surgical procedures(P=0.488), while Billroth Ⅱ samples exhibitedstronger tumor-promoter activity than Billroth Ⅰsamples (P = 0.027). Furthermore, the promoteractivities were well correlated with thehistological changes of the stomas (rs = 0.625,P = 0.004), but neither their cytotoxicities norinitiating activities had this correlation( Probabilities were 0.523 and 0.085,respectively).CONCLUSION The duodenal reflux juice frompatients with remote postgastrectomy did havecarcinogenic potential, and suggested thattumor-promoting activity should principallyaccount for the high incidence of gastric cancerin gastrectomy patients. 8Design and Research of the EQ6105DTAA Diesel Engine显示文摘The EQ6105DTAA diesel engine which first pattern en gi ne is EQD6105T is developed through the original EQ6102 diesel engine and other advanced engine structures. This paper analyses performance parameters, general layout and parts design process of the diesel engine. The development cycle is s horten by CAD/CAE/CAM technology. Through experiment, the general performance of the engine is in keeping ahead in our country. With boosting mid-cooling technology and related designing correction in EQ6105 DTAA diesel engine, it had obtained better motivity and economy. The full load s teady smog emission and smog emission during simulated free accelerating are all meeting with GB14761.6-93, GB3847-1999 limit requirement. The prototype had p assed reliability test and has reliable parts. It performance indexes are in the leading position in same diesel engine in China. The 13 working conditions gas pollute and particle discharging in this pro totype can meet the limit requirement of GB17691-2001, phase I. 12The generation and its sealing condition of natural gas in the Tadong area显示文摘Focusing on the two natural gas exploration geological problems with abundant source of oil cracking gas in the late stage and the sealing condition of the oil cracking gas reservoir,the kinetics of oil cracking gas and the evaluation parameters of gas cap rock are adopted to the study on the natural gas accumulation conditions in the Tadong area. Both the study on the kinetics of oil cracking gas and the statistical results of reservoir bitumen reveal that the geological formation of oil cracking gas in the Tadong area is located in the top of Cambrian. Two kinds of oil cracking gas geological models at least,namely well Mandong-1's early rapid generation model(Middle Ordovician-end Silurian) and peak cracking model(with the natural gas conversion rate >90%) ,namely well Yingnan-2's two-stage generation model of oil cracking gas,have been set up. The oil cracking gas of Yingnan-2 in the late stage is very significant in the evaluation of natural gas exploration in the Tadong area. The evaluation results of the cap rock show that the microscopic parameters of cap rock from the lower assemblage of Cambrian-Ordovician are better than those from the upper assemblage. The former has strong capillary sealing ability and higher cap rock breakthrough pressure than the upper assemblage,with strong sealing ability,so that natural gas dissipates mainly by diffusion. 13The critical behavior of shear modulus in solid-liquid mixing phase显示文摘The behavior of shear modulus in solid-liquid mixing phase has been discussed and analyzed. The result was concluded that shear modulus went to zero as the melting mass ratio attained a critical value. The percolation theory model we pro-posed showed that this value was about 0.68742. 14Responses of CO_2 in surface water in subtropical West Pacific to El Nio event显示文摘In order to investigate the relationships between the change of T CO 2 , Δ P CO 2 and SST, current, upwelling and biological activities during El Nio event in the subtropical Pacific, the responses of T CO 2 and Δ P CO 2 in surface water in the subtropical Pacific during El Nio and La Nina have been simulated using a three dimension carbon cycle model with biota pump. The results of numerical simulations show that T CO 2 in sea water increases with reducing of SST during mature phase of El Nio in the subtropical West Pacific . At the same period ,the Kuroshio in this region was weakened ,the zonal currents were divergence , the upwelling carried the water with high concentrations of CO 2 to the sea surface , so both of T CO 2 and Δ P CO 2 in surface water were increased . But T CO 2 and Δ P CO 2 were decreased during La Nina period.
