1The wide-area difference system for the regional satellite navigation system of COMPASS显示文摘The regional satellite navigation system of COMPASS (Phase I) provides both open services and authorized services. Authorized services offer differential corrections and integrity information to users to support higher positioning, navigation and timing precision. Experimenting with real data, positioning accuracy is estimated with a 3GEO/4IGSO COMPASS constellation. The results show that with dual-frequency and single-frequency pseudo-range measurements, the positioning errors are respectively 8 and 10 m (RMS) for open service users, while for authorized users, the errors are 4 and 5 m (RMS), respectively. The COMPASS constellation geometry may cause large error to occur in the height component by 7-9 m for dualor single-frequency users, which can be effectively reduced with the differential corrections supplied by the authorized services. 2Analysis of RDSS positioning accuracy based on RNSS wide area differential technique显示文摘The BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS) provides Radio Navigation Service System(RNSS) as well as Radio Determination Service System(RDSS).RDSS users can obtain positioning by responding the Master Control Center(MCC) inquiries to signal transmitted via GEO satellite transponder.The positioning result can be calculated with elevation constraint by MCC.The primary error sources affecting the RDSS positioning accuracy are the RDSS signal transceiver delay,atmospheric trans-mission delay and GEO satellite position error.During GEO orbit maneuver,poor orbit forecast accuracy significantly impacts RDSS services.A real-time 3-D orbital correction method based on wide-area differential technique is raised to correct the orbital error.Results from the observation shows that the method can successfully improve positioning precision during orbital maneuver,independent from the RDSS reference station.This improvement can reach 50% in maximum.Accurate calibration of the RDSS signal transceiver delay precision and digital elevation map may have a critical role in high precise RDSS positioning services.XING Nan SU RanRan ZHOU JianHua HU XiaoGong GONG XiuQiang LIU Li HE Feng GUO Rui REN Hui HU GuangMing ZHANG Lei 2013Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,10:6

4Enhanced host immune responses in presence of HCV facilitate HBV clearance in coinfection显示文摘Hepatitis B virus(HBV)/Hepatitis C virus(HCV)coinfection is frequently observed because of the common infection routine.Despite the reciprocal inhibition exerted by HBV and HCV genomes,the coinfection of HBV and HCV is associated with more severe forms of liver diseases.However,the complexity of viral interference and underlying pathological mechanism is still unclarified.With the demonstration of absence of direct viral interplay,some in vitro studies suggest the indirect effects of viral-host interaction on viral dominance outcome.Here,we comprehensively investigated the viral replication and host immune responses which might mediate the interference between viruses in HBV/HCV coinfected Huh7-NTCP cells and immunocompetent HCV human receptors transgenic ICR mice.We found that presence of HCV significantly inhibited HBV replication in vitro and in vivo irrespective of the coinfection order,while HBV did not affect HCV replication.Pathological alteration was coincidently reproduced in coinfected mice.In addition to the participation of innate immune response,an involvement of HCV in up-regulating HBV-specific immune responses was described to facilitate HBV clearance.Our systems partially recapitulate HBV/HCV coinfection and unveil the uncharacterized adaptive anti-viral immune responses during coinfection,which renews the knowledge on the nature of indirect viral interaction during HBV/HCV coinfection.Shuhui Liu Kaitao Zhao Xi Su Xiaoxiao Gao Yongxuan Yao Ranran Kong Yun Wang Chunchen Wu Mengji Lu Xinwen Chen Rongjuan Pei 2022Virologica Sinica2022,37,3:1
5Promoter variations in DBR2-like affect artemisinin production in different chemotypes of Artemisia annua显示文摘Artemisia annua is the only known plant source of the potent antimalarial artemisinin,which occurs as the low-and high-artemisinin producing(LAP and HAP)chemotypes.Nevertheless,the different mechanisms of artemisinin producing between these two chemotypes were still not fully understood.Here,we performed a comprehensive analysis of genome resequencing,metabolome,and transcriptome data to systematically compare the difference in the LAP chemotype JL and HAP chemotype HAN.Metabolites analysis revealed that 72.18%of sesquiterpenes was highly accumulated in HAN compared to JL.Integrated omics analysis found a DBR2-Like(DBR2L)gene may be involved in artemisinin biosynthesis.DBR2L was highly homologous with DBR2,belonged to ORR3 family,and had the DBR2 activity of catalyzing artemisinic aldehyde to dihydroartemisinic aldehyde.Genome resequencing and promoter cloning revealed that complicated variations existed in DBR2L promoters among different varieties of A.annua and were clustered into three variation types.The promoter activity of diverse variant types showed obvious differences.Furthermore,the core region(-625 to 0)of the DBR2L promoter was identified and candidate transcription factors involved in DBR2L regulation were screened.Thus,the result indicates that DBR2L is another key enzyme involved in artemisinin biosynthesis.The promoter variation in DBR2L affects its expression level,and thereby may result in the different yield of artemisinin in varieties of A.annua.It provides a novel insight into the mechanism of artemisinin-producing difference in LAP and HAP chemotypes of A.annua,and will assist in a high yield of artemisinin in A.annua.Xingwen Wang Lan Wu Li Xiang Ranran Gao Qinggang Yin Mengyue Wang Zhaoyu Liu Liang Leng Yanyan Su Huihua Wan Tingyu Ma Shilin Chen Yuhua Shi 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,9:0
6Design of refractory multi-principal-element alloys for high-temperature applications显示文摘Refractory multi-principal-element alloys(RMPEAs)exhibit high specific strength at elevated temperatures(T).However,current RMPEAs lack a balance of room-temperature(RT)ductility,high-T strength,and high-T creep resistance.Using density-functional theory methods,we scanned composition space using four criteria:(1)formation energies for operational stability:-150250 GPa;(3)inverse Pugh ratio for ductility:G/B<0.57;and(4)high melting points:T_(m)>2500°C.Using rapid bulk alloy synthesis and characterization,we validated theory and down-selected promising alloy compositions and discovered Mo72.3W12.8Ta10.0Ti2.5Zr2.5 having well-balanced RT and high-T mechanical properties.This alloy has comparable high-T compressive strength to well-known MoNbTaW but is more ductile and more creep resistant.It is also superior to a commercial Mo-based refractory alloy and a nickel-based superalloy(Haynes-282)with improved high-T tensile strength and creep resistance.Gaoyuan Ouyang Prashant Singh Ranran Su Duane D.Johnson Matthew J.Kramer John H.Perepezko Oleg N.Senkov Daniel Miracle Jun Cui 2023npj Computational Materials2023,,1:0
7Inter-satellite link augmented BeiDou-3 orbit determination for precise point positioning显示文摘Precise Point Positioning(PPP) requires precise products, including high-accuracy satellite orbit and clock parameters. It is impossible to obtain an orbit solution that is sufficiently accurate for PPP services with a regional tracking network;therefore, satellite orbits are usually estimated by a global tracking network with a large number of ground stations. However, it is expensive to build globally distributed stations. Fortunately, BeiDou-3 satellites carry an InterSatellite Link(ISL) payload, which can track the whole arc of the BeiDou-3 satellites and enhance the orbit determination accuracy with regional ground stations. In this contribution, a novel orbit determination strategy for BeiDou-3 PPP is proposed, in which the BeiDou-3 satellite orbits are enhanced by the ISL. First, the generation of precise satellite products is demonstrated in detail.In addition, the products are assessed by Satellite Laser Ranging(SLR) residuals and overlap comparisons. Moreover, the products are used for receivers in China's Mainland to carry out the static and kinematic modes to research the PPP performance of Bei Dou-3’s 3IGSO/24MEO constellation.The SLR validations of the satellite orbits demonstrate an accuracy better than 0.1 m in the radial component, and the orbit overlap comparisons show accuracies of 0.016 m in the radial component,0.088 m in the along-track component and 0.087 m in the cross-track component. The Standard Deviation(STD) in the differences in overlapping arcs for the estimated satellite clocks is approximately 0.10 ns. The static PPP results demonstrate that the error in both the horizontal and vertical components is smaller than 10 cm after 30 minutes of convergence. After 24 hours of convergence,the errors are 0.70 cm, 0.63 cm and 1.99 cm for the north, east and up components, respectively.The kinematic PPP experiment illustrates that the Root Mean Square(RMS) position errors in the north, east and up components are approximately 3.23 cm, 5.27 cm and 8.64 cm, respectively,after convergence.
