| 1 | 以价值为本领导行为与领导效能在中国的实证研究显示文摘以价值为本(valuebasedleadership)的领导理论是沃顿商学院豪斯(House)在综合了70年代以来的领导理论后提出的,代表了最新的领导学理论进展,对这一理论的研究和推广在豪斯的领导下正在世界62个国家兴起,本文在豪斯项目基金和国家自然基金的支持下研究以价值为本的领导学理论在中国的有效性,是全球跨文化领导学项目在中国的部分。本文在95家企业访谈和问卷调查的基础上,对以价值为本的领导行为与领导有效性之间的关系进行了分析。结果表明,以价值为本的领导理论非常适合中国的经济环境,这种领导行为能导致下属的高度认同、满意和激励。本篇论文的特别贡献是用量化方法实证了企业竞争环境、领导的职业发展历程等情景因素对领导有效性的间接影响作用,企业领导者的发展及成长历程对领导行为的有效性有直接的影响,从而对价值型领导理论有所发展。 | 吴维库 刘军 张玲 Robert J House 富萍萍 | 2003 | 管理工程学报2003，17，4： | 15 |
