| 1 | Phosphorus recovery from biogas fermentation liquid by Ca-Mg loaded biochar显示文摘Shortage in phosphorus(P) resources and P wastewater pollution is considered as a serious problem worldwide. The application of modified biochar for P recovery from wastewater and reuse of recovered P as agricultural fertilizer is a preferred process. This work aims to develop a calcium and magnesium loaded biochar(Ca–Mg/biochar) application for P recovery from biogas fermentation liquid. The physico-chemical characterization, adsorption efficiency, adsorption selectivity, and postsorption availability of Ca-Mg/biochar were investigated. The synthesized Ca–Mg/biochar was rich in organic functional groups and in Ca O and Mg O nanoparticles. With the increase in synthesis temperature, the yield decreased, C content increased, H content decreased, N content remained the same basically, and BET surface area increased. The P adsorption of Ca–Mg/biochar could be accelerated by nano-Ca O and nano-Mg O particles and reached equilibrium after 360 min.The process was endothermic, spontaneous, and showed an increase in the disorder of the solid–liquid interface. Moreover, it could be fitted by the Freundlich model. The maximum P adsorption amounts were 294.22, 315.33, and 326.63 mg/g. The P adsorption selectivity of Ca–Mg/biochar could not be significantly influenced by the typical p H level of biogas fermentation liquid. The nano-Ca O and nano-Mg O particles of Ca–Mg/biochar could reduce the negative interaction effects of coexisting ions. The P releasing amounts of postsorption Ca–Mg/biochar were in the order of Ca–Mg/B600 > Ca–Mg/B450 > Ca–Mg/B300. | 2 | Multiple transgenes Populus xeuramericana 'Guariento' plants obtained by biolistic bombardment显示文摘A JERF36 regulation gene, a selection marker gene (NPT-II), and the foreign genes levansucrase (SacB), Vitreoscilla hemoglobin (vgb), and Binary coleopterus insect resistance (BtCry3A+OC-I) were co-transferred into Populus xeuramericana 'Guariento' using biolistic bombardment; 25 kanamycin resistant plants were obtained. The results of PCR and Southern hybridization showed that the foreign genes had been integrated into the genome of P. xeuramericana 'Guariento' and 5 genes were all transferred into 7 poplar plants. | 4 | A sea temperature data assimilation system for the China Seas and adjacent areas显示文摘A sea temperature data assimilation system forthe China Seas and adjacent areas is developed based on anested regional ocean circulation model and variational op-timal interpolation assimilation method. A 12-year assimila-tion experiment is performed by using the observationaltemperature profiles from World Ocean Database 1998(WOD98) and ECMWF reanalysis surface wind stress. Ex-perimental results indicate that the variational schemeshows good skill in assimilating the observed sea temperatureinto a regional ocean circulation model. Compared withsimulation alone, the sea temperature data assimilation sig-nificantly improves the performance of a regional oceanmodel and obtains comprehensive description of the circula-tions in the China Seas and adjacent areas. | 6 | Composition engineering of Sb_2S_3 film enabling high performance solar cells显示文摘Sb_2S_3 is a kind of stable light absorption materials with suitable band gap, promising for practical applications. Here we demonstrate that the engineering on the composition ratio enables significant improvement in the device performance. We found that the co-evaporation of sulfur or antimony with Sb_2S_3 is able to generate sulfur-or antimony-rich Sb_2S_3. This composition does not generate essential influence on the crystal structure, optical band and film formability, while the carrier concentration and transport dynamics are considerably changed. The device investigations show that sulfur-rich Sb_2S_3 film is favorable for efficient energy conversion, while antimony-rich Sb_2S_3 leads to greatly decreased device performance.
