| 2 | Geometry,kinematics and evolution of the Tongbai orogenic belt显示文摘The Tongbai orogenic belt (TOB) is composed of six tectonic units. From south to north these units are: Tongbai gneiss rise (TGR); Hongyihe-Luozhuang eclogite belt (HLE); Ma- opo-Hujiazhai igneous rock belt (MHI); Zhoujiawan flysch belt (ZFB); Yangzhuang greenschist belt (YGB); and Dongjiazhuang marble belt (DMB).The geometry and kinematic images of the TOB in- clude: the antiformal structures caused by a later uplift process, the top-to-north ductile shear struc- ture that related to a process that the ultrahigh pressure rocks are brought to surface, the top-to-south ductile shear thrust and the sinistrial shear structures related to a south-north direction compression, and the east-west direction fold structures in the upper crust. | 3 | The Effect of Home-Based Cardiac Rehabilitation on Functional Capacity,Behavior,and Risk Factors in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome in China显示文摘Aim:To investigate the effect of home-based cardiac rehabilitation on functional capacity,health behavior,and risk factors in patients with acute coronary syndrome in China.Methods:Eighty patients with acute coronary syndrome were enrolled in this prospective randomized controlled study.Patients in the cardiac rehabilitation group(n=52)received home-based cardiac rehabilitation with a heart manual and a home exercise video for 3 months and patients in the control group(n=28)received only routine secondary prevention.The 6-min walk distance,laboratory test results,healthy behavior(questionnaire),quality of life(12-item Short Form Health Survey),anxiety(7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire),and depression(9-item Patient Health Questionnaire)were evaluated at the beginning and after treatment for 3 months.Results:Compared with baseline data,52 patients who participated in cardiac rehabilitation had longer 6-min walk distance(515.26±113.74 m vs 0.445.30±97.92 m,P<0.0002),higher proportions of“always exercise”(78.26% vs.28%,P<0.05),“always limit food with sugar”(65.22% vs 12%,P<0.05),“always eat fruits 200–400 g every day”(82.61% vs.4%,P<0.05).and“always eat vegetables 300–500 g every day”(21.74%vs.12%,P<0.06)after treatment for 3 months.The low-density lipoprotein cholesterol control rate(52.17% vs.28%,P<0.05)and the systolic blood pressure control rate(100%vs.68%,P<0.05)were also signifi cantly increased after treatment for 3 months in the cardiac rehabilitation group.No signifi cant increase was found in the control group after treatment for 3 months.No cardiac-event related to home exercise was reported in both groups.Conclusion:Home-based cardiac rehabilitation is a feasible and available cardiac rehabilitation mode in China. | Rongjing Ding Jianchao Li Limin Gao Liang Zhu Wenli Xie Xiaorong Wang Qin Tang Huili Wang Dayi Hu | 2017 | Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2017,,B02: | 5 |
| 4 | Efficient and stable genera-tion of transgenic silkworm, Bombyx mori with the lepi-dopteran derived transposon piggyBac显示文摘The piggyBac transposable element was suc-cessfully used for generation of the transgenic silkworm, Bombyx mori. The EGFP was adopted in this study as a screening marker in transgenic vector under the control of an artificial promoter containing Pax-6 binding sites that can drive eye-specific genes expression in various insect species including B. mori and Drosophila. 111 independent trans-genic lines were obtained among 700 fertile G0 moths. Most of the transgenic lines contained two or more chromosomal insertions of the EGFP marker, which were stably inherited over more than six generations during the time of this pro-ject. PiggyBac-mediated transposition was confirmed by identifying the characteristic TTAA duplication sequence at the insertion sites. | 8 | Sensing cytochrome P4501A1 activity by a resorufin-based isoform-specific fluorescent probe显示文摘Cytochrome P4501 A1(CYP1A1),a heme-containing monooxygenase,is of particular importance for human health because of its vital roles in the metabolic activation of pro-carcinogenic compounds to the carcinogens.Deciphering the relevance of CYP1A1 to human diseases and screening of CYP1A1 modulators require reliable tool(s)for probing this key enzyme in complex biological matrices.Herein,a practical and ultrasensitive fluorescence-based assay for real-time sensing CYP1A1 activities in biological systems has been developed,via designing an isoform-specific fluorogenic sensor for CYP1A1(CHPO).The newly developed fluorogenic substrate for CYP1A1 has been carefully investigated in terms of specificity,sensitivity,precision,quantitative linear range and the anti-interference ability.The excellent selectivity,strong anti-interference ability and fast response kinetics,making the practicability of CHPObased CYP1A1 activity assay is better than that of most reported CYP1A1 activity assays.Furthermore,CHPO has been successfully used for imaging CYP1A1 activities in living cells and human tissues,as well as for high-throughput screening of CYP1A1 inhibitors using tissue preparations as enzyme sources.Collectively,this study provided a practical fluorogenic sensor for real-time sensing CYP1A1 in complex biological systems,which would strongly facilitate the investigations on the relevance of CYP1A1 to human diseases and promote high-throughput screening of CYP1A1 modulators for biomedical applications. | Qiang Jin Hongying Ma Lei Feng Ping Wang Rongjing He Jing Ning Ling Yang Guangbo Ge | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,11: | 2 |
