1Microelement analysis of source of raw materials of terracotta warriors and horses of Qin's Mausoleum in pits No.1 and No.2显示文摘In order to search for sources of the raw material of the Qin’s terracotta warriors and horses, we selected 20 samples of pottery warriors and pottery horses of the Qin’s Mausoleum from pit No. 1,19 samples of pottery warriors and brick from pit No. 2, 20 samples of clays near the Qin’s Mausoleum and 2 samples of Yaozhou porcelain bodies. The 32 kinds of element content of each sample were measured by neutron activation analysis (NAA). These data were analyzed by fuzzy cluster analysis, the trend cluster analysis diagram was obtained. The results showed that samples of terracotta warriors and horses from pits No.1 and No. 2 were closely related to the loam layer near Qin’s Mausoleum, but their relations with the loess layers were not so close, and they were out of all relation to Yaozhou porcelain bodies. 2Circulating Current Suppression for MMC-HVDC Systems with Asymmetric Arm Impedance显示文摘The modular multilevel converter(MMC)has been a highly promising topology in the high-voltage direct-current(HVDC)transmission area,where each arm of the MMC may consist of hundreds of series-connected submodules and an inductor.Due to its parameter inaccuracy,component aging,and so on,the component parameter in different arms of the MMC may be different,which may cause circulating current in the MMC-HVDC transmission system,and result in current deterioration,power losses,and electromagnetic interference,etc.In this paper,the circulating current suppressing(CCS)in the MMC-HVDC system,due to asymmetric arm impedance,is analyzed.Based on the mathematical analysis,a method of using an auxiliary circuit is proposed for the MMC to realize the CCS and improve the performance of the MMC-HVDC system.Simulation studies are conducted with PSCAD/EMTDC in the HVDC system,which confirms the feasibility of the proposed method.Fujin Deng Qian Heng Chengkai Liu Yongqing Lyu Qingsong Wang Dan Liu Rongwu Zhu 2021CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2021,7,3:3

4Neutron activation analysis and Mossbauer spectroscopy research on coloring mechanism of Chinese Ru porcelain显示文摘The characteristic spectrum and its main wavelength of Ru porcelain glaze are measured by color difference instrument to determine the relations between glaze color and its main wavelength. The content of the 30 coloring elements in Ru porcelain is determined by neutron activation analysis (NAA), which showed that iron is the major coloring element. Mossbauer spectroscopy analysis shows that the iron element in the glaze exists in the form of structural iron (Fe2+, Fe3+). The quantitative relationship between the main wavelength of glaze in various colors and the relative content of structural iron (Fe2+/Fe3+) is determined. 5Neutron activation analysis and Mdssbauer spectroscopy research on coloring mechanism of ancient Chinese Guan porcelain显示文摘The content of 30 kinds of coloring elements in Guan porcelain in the Southern Song Dynasty has been determined by neutron activation analysis (NAA). Iron is the major coloring element. Mossbauer spectroscopy has shown that the iron of the glaze exists in the form of structural iron (Fe2+, Fe3+). The quantitative relationship between the main wavelength of every color glaze and the relative content (Fe2+/Fe3+) of structural iron has been determined. 6Shadow–highlight feature matching automatic small crater recognition using high-resolution digital orthophoto map from Chang’E Missions显示文摘This paper introduces a new method of small lunar craters’ automatic identification, using digital orthophoto map(DOM) data. The core of the approach is the fact that the lunar exploration DOM data reveal contrasting highlight and shadow characteristics of small craters under sunlight irradiation. This research effort combines image processing and mathematical modeling. Overall it proposes a new planetary data processing approach, to segment and extract the highlight and shadow regions of small craters,using the image gray frequency(IGF) statistical method.IGF can also be applied to identify the coupling relationships between small craters’ shape and their relative features. This paper presents the highlight and shadow pair matching(HSPM) model which manages to perform highprecision automatic recognition of small lunar craters.Testing was performed using the DOM data of Chang’E-2(CE-2). The results have shown that the proposed method has a high level of successful detection rate. The proposed methodology that uses DOM data can complement the drawbacks of the digital elevation model(DEM) that has a relatively high false detection rate. A hybrid fusion model(FUM) that combines both DOM and DEM data, was carried out to simultaneously identify small, medium, and large-sized craters. 16Development prospects of metal-based two-dimensional nanomaterials in lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘A lithium-sulfur(Li-S)system is an important candidate for future lithium-ion system due to its low cost and high specific theoretical capacity(1675 m Ah/g,2600 Wh/kg),which is greatly hindered by the poor conductivity of sulfur,large volume change and dissolution of lithium polysulfides.Two-dimensional(2D)materials with monolayers or few-layers usually have peculiar structures and physical/chemical properties,which can resolve the critical issues in Li-S batteries.Especially,the metal-based 2D nanomaterials,including ferrum,cobalt or other metal-based composites with various anions,can provide high conductivity,large surface area and abundant reaction sites for restraining the diffusion for lithium polysulfides.In this mini-review,we will present an overview of recent developments on metal-based 2D nanomaterials with various anions as the electrode materials for Li-S batteries.Since the main bottleneck for the Li-S system is the shuttle of polysulfides,emphasis is placed on the structure and components,physical/chemical interaction and interaction mechanisms of the 2D materials.Finally,the challenges and prospects of metal-based 2D nanomaterials for Li-S batteries are discussed and proposed.Yuxue Mo Liling Liao Dongyang Li Rongwu Pan Yanhong Deng Yanliang Tan Haiqing Zhou 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,1:1
17Flexible, self-cleaning, and high-performance ceramic nanofiber-based moist-electric generator enabled by interfacial engineering显示文摘Due to their long-term stability, even under extreme conditions, oxide ceramics have attracted significant attention in emerging fields like moist-electric generation. However, the inherent brittleness and low voltage output of oxide ceramic-based moistelectric generators(MEGs) limit their applications in wearable electronics. Herein, a facile strategy involving the combination of sol-gel electrospinning and calcination is used to fabricate flexible and freestanding Ti O_(2)/Zr O_(2)(TZ) composite nanofiber-based MEGs. The excellent flexibility of the TZ nanofiber membranes can be attributed to the suppression of their crystal structure transformation, dispersion of stress concentration, and reduction of crack propagation via interfacial engineering. The porous structure of the electrospun nanofiber membrane features an abundance of charged narrow channels for the diffusion of water molecules and generates a streaming potential. The optimal voltage output reached ~0.8 V, which is the highest value reported for an oxide ceramic-based MEG. Furthermore, the as-fabricated nanofiber-based MEG exhibits good self-cleaning capability to degrade organic pollutants under ultraviolet irradiation. 18Controllable diameter of electrospun nanofibers based on the velocity of whipping jets for high-efficiency air filtration显示文摘Electrospun nanofibers are regarded as a promising candidate for filtration because of their prominent size effect.The precise control of nanofiber diameter is the key to the material’s outstanding filtration capability,but it remains a challenge.Herein,an electrohydrodynamic scaling model is established for the accurate prediction of fiber diameter based on the velocity of the whipping jet.In this model,the velocity reflects jet stretching and is tuned by adding salt.The theoretical predictions agree well with the experimental results.With the proposed diameter model,the filtration property of the membrane is significantly optimized by governing the fiber diameter.When the nanofiber is slenderized to 183 nm,an ultralight (0.521 g m;) membrane exhibits high filtration efficiency (99.93%) and low pressure drop (105.2 Pa) against ultrafine aerosol particles (≤0.26μm) under an airflow face velocity of 5.33 cm s^(-1).These findings demonstrate that the established surface charge-based diameter model provides an excellent platform to timely and accurately control the nanofiber diameter via the velocity of whipping jets for highefficiency air filtration.LEI SaiLing WANG LiMing WANG RongWu QIN XiaoHong YU JianYong 2022Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,2:1
