| 1 | Time synchronization in communication networks based on the Beidou foundation enhancement system显示文摘Communication networks rely on time synchronization information generated by base station equipment(either the Global Navigation Satellite System receiver or rubidium atomic clock) to enable wireless networking and communications. Meanwhile, the time synchronization among base stations depends on the Network Time Protocol. With the development of mobile communication systems, the corresponding time synchronization accuracy has increased as well. In this case, the use of sparsely distributed-high-precision synchronization points to synchronize time for an entire network with high precision is a key problem and is the foundation of the enhanced network communication. The current receiver equipment for China's digital synchronous network typically includes dedicated multi-channel GPS receivers for communication; however, with the development of GPS by the USA, network security has been destabilized and reliability is low. | 2 | CircRNA expression profiles in decidual tissue of patients with early recurrent miscarriage显示文摘Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are a novel class of endogenous noncoding RNAs that play important roles in gene expression regulation.This study aimed to evaluate the potential role of circRNAs in decidual tissue of patients with early recurrent miscarriage(RM).We constructed circRNA expression profiles in decidual tissue using microarray data.A total of 123 differentially expressed circRNAs,including 78 upregulated and 45 downregulated circRNAs were detected in the early RM group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis also revealed the enrichment of specific circRNAs.The verified circRNA-targeted miRNA-mRNA network was constructed,most of the circRNAs harbored miRNA binding sites.The network involved 3 circRNAs,27 microRNAs and 82 mRNAs.Hsa_circRNA_103092-miR-224-PRLR network was selected to verify by qRT-PCR.These results showed that circRNAs are aberrantly expressed in the decidual tissue in early RM patients and play potential roles in the development of early RM.It gives new insights into the mechanism of recurrent miscarriage. | Chunli Li Xuemei Chen Xueqing Liu Xiaoli Liu Junlin He Yubin Ding Chao Tong Chuan Peng Yingxiong Wang Rufei Gao | 2020 | Genes & Diseases2020,7,3: | 3 |
| 3 | Injectable melatonin-loaded carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)-based hydrogel accelerates wound healing by reducing inflammation and promoting angiogenesis and collagen deposition显示文摘Carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)-based hydrogels have antibacterial activity,and have shown the abilities of preventing wound infection,promoting cell proliferation,accelerating collagen deposition,and stimulating hyaluronic acid formation during wound healing.As a hormone produced by the pineal gland in humans and animals,melatonin promotes skin wound healing by regulating the release of inflammatory mediators and accelerating the proliferation and migration of cells,angiogenesis,and collagen deposition.However,the combined effects of CMCS and melatonin on wound healing remain unclear.Injectable CMCS-based hydrogels containing melatonin were prepared,and their healing effects were evaluated using a full-thickness cutaneous wound model in rats.Compared with the control and the hydrogel with no melatonin groups,the melatonin-loaded hydrogel significantly increased the percentage of wound closure,promoted the proliferation of granulation tissue and re-epithelialization,and accelerated collagen deposition.Additionally,the melatonin-loaded hydrogel promoted angiogenesis and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor protein expression and increased the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 and inducible nitric oxide synthase.The melatonin-loaded hydrogel also markedly increased the expression of collagen III,α-smooth muscle actin,and transforming growth factor-β1 proteins and reduced collagen I expression.These results suggest that the melatonin-loaded hydrogel promoted granulation tissue formation and accelerated wound healing by reducing inflammation and promoting angiogenesis and collagen deposition. | Kai Chen Changci Tong Jinge Yang Peifang Cong Ying Liu Xiuyun Shi Xu Liu Jun Zhang Rufei Zou Keshen Xiao Yuyang Ni Lei Xu Mingxiao Hou Hongxu Jin Yunen Liu | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,4: | 2 |

| 5 | 胰岛素样生长因子-1对胶质瘤C6细胞垂体瘤转化基因影响的研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To investigate the effect of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) on pituitary tumor transforming gene (PTTG) in glioma C6 cells. Methods: Glioma C6 cells were divided into four groups: A group, treated without IGF-1; B group, treated with 0.1 ng/mL dose of IGF-1; C group, treated with 1 ng/mL dose of IGF-1; D group, treated with 10 ng/mL dose of IGF-1. PTTG mRNA was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), western blotting was used to detect the expression of PTTG protein. Results: The expressions of PTTG mRNA were 1.370 ± 0.212, 2.198 ± 0.354, 3.452 ± 0.332, and 4.576 ± 0.387 respectively in the four groups, and there was a significantly difference between any two groups (P < 0.01). The protein expressions of PTTG in the four groups were 1.407 ± 0.334, 1.813 ± 0.465, 2.412 ± 0.576, and 3.128 ± 0.665 respectively, and there was a significantly difference between any two groups (P < 0.01). | 11 | Inhibitory effect of cyclosporin A on the immunological rejection of rats with cerebral hemorrhage following transplantation of nerve growth factors transfected glial cells显示文摘BACKGROUND: At present, it has been confirmed that immunological rejection exists in the cell transplantation in brain tissue, the effects of immunosuppressant on the immunological rejection and the survival of grafts in brain cell transplantation are worthy being investigated further. OBJECTIVE: To observe the immunological rejection after transgeneic cell transplantation in treating cerebral hemorrhage in rats, and investigate the interventional effect of cyclosprin. DESIGN: A randomized controlled study. SETTINGS: Second Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical College; First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. MATERIALS: Thirty-five healthy clean-degree SD rats of 6-8 weeks old were used, weighing 200-250 g, either male or female; The FACSort flow cytometer (American BD Company) and NYD-1000 image analytical system were used. The rat-anti-rat CD4 monoclonal antibody, rat-anti-rat CD8 monoclonal antibody, and rat-anti-rat MHC Ⅱ antigen monoclonal antibody were purchased from Santa Cruz Company; SP and DAB kits were purchased from Beijing Zhongshan Bio-engineering Company. XSP-8C2 light microscope was the product of Shanghai Zousun Optical Instrument, Co.,Ltd, and KYKY-3800B electron microscope was the product of China KYKY Technology Development Co.,Ltd. METHODS: The experiments were carried out in the animal experimental center of Nanjing Medical University from April to July in 2003. ① Model establishment: The rats were anesthetized, and then the coordinates of left internal capsule were identified, and the needle was withdrawn after 120 μL blood was injected into the internal capsule. Adenoviruses were taken as the carriers, after the astrocytes were successfully transfected by nerve growth factor(NGF) gene, 0.2 mL cell suspension was injected into the sites of cerebral hemorrhage. Thirty successfully established rat models were randomly divided into cyclosporin A group (n=18) and control group, the rats were treated with intraperitoneal injection of cyclosporin A (10 mg/kg per day) intraperitoneal injection of saline of the same dosage from the 1st day after transplantation, once a day for 7 days continuously. ② CD4+ and CD8+ detection: The CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes in caudal vein were counted with flow cytometer at 15 days after treatment. ③ Morphological observation in the transplanted sites: The rats were killed and then brain tissues were taken out, the transplanted sites and the structure of the normal brain tissue around the transplanted sites were observed with light and electron microscopes. ④ Detections of the infiltration of T lymphocyte subsets and expression of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) Ⅱ antigen in the transplanted sites: The image analysis of immunohistochemical sections was performed with the image analytical system, and the integral optical density (IOD) was taken as the statistical value to observe the infiltration of T lymphocyte subsets and expression of MHCⅡ antigen in the transplanted sites, and the normal brain tissue around the transplanted sites were taken as controls. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① Countings of CD4+ and CD8+ in peripheral blood; ②Results of the morphological observation in the transplanted sites; ③ Infiltration of T lymphocyte subsets and expression of MHC Ⅱ antigen in the transplanted sites. RESULTS: Totally 35 rats were used, and 30 were successfully made into models, 5 died during the treatment, the other 25 were involved in the analysis of results. ① Results of CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood: The percentages of CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes in the cyclosporin A group were (29.20±3.97)% and (20.65±2.02)%, respectively, which were obviously lower than those in the control group [(47.39±3.01)%, (28.30±2.36)%, t=4.983, 4.012, P < 0.05], and the CD4+/CD8+ ratio was obviously lower than that in the control group (1.41±0.86, 1.68±0.69, t=3. 871, P < 0.05). ② Morphological results in the transplanted sites: Under optical and electron microscopes, the survival region of the transplant was round, and it had an unobvious migration region with the normal brain tissues, the grafts had normal cellular form. Infiltrations of lymphocytes and monocytes were observed in both groups, and mainly located in the transplanted sites, and the expression of lymphocytes in the cyclosporin A group was markedly lower than that in the control group, and no above-mentioned changes were observed in the normal brain tissue around the transplanted sites. ③ Results of CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes and expression of MHC Ⅱ antigen in the transplanted sites: The CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes and expression of MHC Ⅱ antigen in the transplanted sites were observed in both groups. The IOD of CD4+ and CD8+ antigen positive cells in the cyclosporin A group were obviously lower than those in the control group (1.85±0.38, 1.44±0.33; 3.33±0.37, 2.64±0.56, t=4.122, 4.434, P < 0.05), and the IOD of MHC Ⅱ antigen positive cells was markedly lower than that in the control group (0.76±0.22, 0.98±0.24, t=3.885, P < 0.05). | 13 | (Ba_(1−x)Na_(x))F(Zn_(1−x)Mn_(x))Sb: A novel fluoride-antimonide magnetic semiconductor with decoupled charge and spin doping显示文摘We report the successful synthesis and characterization of a novel 1111-type magnetic semiconductor(Ba_(1−x)Na_(x))F(Zn_(1−x)Mn_(x))Sb(0.05≤x≤0.175)with tetragonal ZrSiCuAs-type structure,which is isostructural to the layered iron-based superconductor La(O,F)FeAs.Na substitutions for Ba and Mn substitutions for Zn introduce carriers and local magnetic moments,respectively.Ferromagnetic interaction is formed when Na and Mn are codoped,demonstrating that local magnetic moments are mediated by carriers.Iso-thermal magnetization shows that the coercive field is as large as-12000 Oe,which is also reflected in the large split between the temperature-dependent magnetization in zero-field-cooling and field-cooling condition.AC susceptibility under zero field demonstrates that samples evolve into spin-glass state below spin freezing temperature T_(f).The measurements of temperature-dependent resistivity indicate that(Ba_(1−x)Na_(x))F(Zn_(1−x)Mn_(x))Sb exhibits semiconducting behaviour. | Xueqin Zhao Jinou Dong Licheng Fu Yilun Gu Rufei Zhang Qiaolin Yang Lingfeng Xie Yinsong Tang Fanlong Ning | 2022 | Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,11: | 0 |
