| 1 | 经食管三维超声心动图引导经皮二尖瓣植入术和主动脉瓣Valve-in-Valve植入术1例显示文摘患者女,80岁,因反复胸闷由外院转入Germany Heart Center Munchen。体格检查:慢性病容,半卧位呼吸,颈静脉轻度怒张,双肺少量湿罗音,心房颤动,主动脉瓣听诊区可闻及3/6级收缩期杂音及轻度舒张期杂音,二尖瓣听诊区可闻及重度舒张期隆隆样杂音。肝肿大,剑突下5 cm,肋下3 cm,双下肢轻度凹陷性水肿。既往史:右侧乳腺癌术后多年,2008年于外院行冠状动脉搭桥术,2013年于外院行经心尖主动脉瓣植入术。心电图提示:慢室率心房颤动;胸部X线检查提示全心扩大,心脏瓣膜钙化严重。门诊以'多瓣膜病变、心功能不全'收入院。入院后实验室检查提示脑利钠肽(BNP)10800 ng/L,肾小球滤过率14 ml/min,促甲状腺素2.8 MU/L,血红蛋白98 g/L。经胸超声心动图提示冠状动脉搭桥术后、主动脉瓣植入术后:主动脉瓣生物瓣损毁,主动脉瓣重度狭窄伴轻度关闭不全,二尖瓣瓣环重度钙化,二尖瓣重度狭窄伴轻度关闭不全,三尖瓣轻度关闭不全,左心室收缩功能正常。多普勒测值提示主动脉瓣有效瓣口面积0.5 cm^2,跨瓣峰值压差56 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),跨瓣平均压差32 mmHg;二尖瓣瓣口面积0.8 cm^2,跨瓣峰值压差28 mmHg;肺动脉压60 mmHg,左室射血分数63%。全动脉CT造影提示全动脉钙化,二尖瓣瓣环钙化,左、右股动脉硬化、迂曲,内径约9 mm。冠状动脉造影提示血管桥通畅。患者在入院第2 d在杂交手术室内行'经皮二尖瓣植入术并Valve-in-valve主动脉瓣植入术'。 | 朱鹏 Magdalena Erlebach Johannes Amadeus Ziegelmueller 胡世军 Rudiger Lange Hendrik Ruge | 2020 | 中华超声影像学杂志2020，29，2： | 4 |

| 3 | An Overview of Formation Mechanism and Disaster Characteristics of Post-seismic Debris Flows Triggered by Subsequent Rainstorms in Wenchuan Earthquake Extremely Stricken Areas显示文摘The Wenchuan earthquake induced large amounts of debris flows and catastrophic incidents triggered by subsequent rainstorms occurred frequently in the past 6 rainy seasons,and thus resulted in serious casualties,huge economic loss and long-term impact.In this paper,post-seismic debris flows distributed in 10 Wenchuan earthquake extremely stricken counties were verified and debris flow database consisting of 609 debris flows was established based on detailed investigation organized by Land and Resources Department of Sichuan Province.Combined with database and related studies,the impact of Wenchuan earthquake on debris flows was analyzed.And then variation of formation conditions including rainfall threshold and landform condition was analyzed by contrasting pre-seismic and post-seismic debris flows.Followed are some typical viewpoints on initiation mechanism of post-seismic debris flows.In the end of this paper,characteristics of postseismic debris flows triggered by subsequent rainstorms were comprehensively summarized,such as regional group occurrence,high frequency,high viscosity,chain effect,huge dynamics,large scale and long duration.We hope this paper will be helpful in understanding the formation mechanism,disaster characteristics and prevention countermeasures of post-seismic debris flows in Wenchuan earthquake extremely stricken areas. | NI Huayong TANG Chuan ZHENG Wanmo XU Ruge TIAN Kai XU Wei | 2014 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2014，88，4： | 3 |

| 9 | Hierarchically porous Fe/N/S/C nanospheres with high-content of Fe-Nx for enhanced ORR and Zn-air battery performance显示文摘Heteroatom-doped carbon-based transition-metal single-atom catalysts(SACs) are promising electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR). Herein, with the aid of hierarchically porous silica as hard template, a facile and general melting perfusion and mesopore-confined pyrolysis method was reported to prepare single-atomic Fe/N–S-doped carbon catalyst(FeNx/NC-S) with hierarchically porous structure and well-defined morphology. The FeNx/NC-S exhibited excellent ORR activity with a half-wave potential(E_(1/2)) of 0.92 V, and a lower overpotential of 320 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2)for OER under alkaline condition. The remarkable electrocatalysis performance can be attributed to the hierarchically porous carbon nanospheres with S doping and high content of Fe-Nx sites(up to 3.7 wt% of Fe), resulting from the nano-confinement effect of the hierarchically porous silica spheres(NKM-5) during the pyrolysis process. The rechargeable Zn-air battery with FeNx/NC-S as a cathode catalyst demonstrated a superior power density of 194.5 mW cm-2charge–discharge stability.
