| 1 | Dynamic changes in proteins during apple(Malus x domestica)fruit ripening and storage显示文摘A proteomic study,using two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight/time-of-flight,was conducted in apple fruit(cv.‘Golden Delicious’)starting at 10 days prior to harvest through 50 days in storage.Total protein was extracted using a phenol/sodium dodecyl sulfate protocol.More than 400 protein spots were detected in each gel and 55 differentially expressed proteins(p,0.05)were subjected to matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight/time-of-flight analysis.Fifty-three of these proteins were finally identified using an apple expressed sequence tag database downloaded from Genome Database for Rosaceae and placed into six categories.The categories and the percentage of proteins placed in each category were stress response and defense(49.0%),energy and metabolism(34.0%),fruit ripening and senescence(5.6%),signal transduction(3.8%),cell structure(3.8%)and protein synthesis(3.8%).Proteins involved in several multiple metabolic pathways,including glycolysis,pentose–phosphate pathway,anti-oxidative systems,photosynthesis and cell wall synthesis,were downregulated,especially during the climacteric burst in respiration and during the senescent stages of fruit development.Proteins classified as allergens or involved in cell wall degradation were upregulated during the ripening process.Some protein spots exhibited a mixed pattern(increasing to maximal abundance followed by a decrease),such as 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate oxidase,L-ascorbate peroxidase and abscisic acid response proteins.The identification of differentially expressed proteins associated with physiological processes identified in the current study provides a baseline of information for understanding the metabolic processes and regulatory mechanisms that occur in climacteric apple fruit during ripening and senescence. | Yun Shi Li Jiang Li Zhang Ruoyi Kang Zhifang Yu | 2014 | Horticulture Research2014,1,1: | 8 |
| 2 | A Novel Robust Zero-Watermarking Algorithm for Audio Based on Sparse Representation显示文摘Behind the prevalence of multimedia technology,digital copyright disputes are becoming increasingly serious.The digital watermarking prevention technique against the copyright infringement needs to be improved urgently.Among the proposed technologies,zero-watermarking has been favored recently.In order to improve the robustness of the zero-watermarking,a novel robust audio zerowatermarking method based on sparse representation is proposed.The proposed scheme is mainly based on the K-singular value decomposition(K-SVD)algorithm to construct an optimal over complete dictionary from the background audio signal.After that,the orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP)algorithm is used to calculate the sparse coefficient of the segmented test audio and generate the corresponding sparse coefficient matrix.Then,the mean value of absolute sparse coefficients in the sparse matrix of segmented speech is calculated and selected,and then comparing the mean absolute coefficient of segmented speech with the average value of the selected coefficients to realize the embedding of zero-watermarking.Experimental results show that the proposed audio zerowatermarking algorithm based on sparse representation performs effectively in resisting various common attacks.Compared with the baseline works,the proposed method has better robustness. | Longting Xu Daiyu Huang Xing Guo Wei Rao Yunyun Ji Ruoyi Li Xiaochen Lu | 2021 | China Communications2021,18,8: | 1 |
| 3 | Does weight loss affect the center of pressure of children with obesity: a follow-up study显示文摘Background:Children with obesity were found to show the greater postural instability compared to the normal-weighted children.However,it’s still unclear if their altered postural control ability would recover towards normal pat-tern after weight loss.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of weight loss on the center of pressure(COP)for obese children.Method:Totally 147 children were conducted a follow-up study in three years.A total number of 22 participants aged 7-13 years were recruited for their remission of obesity problem after 36 months.Their dynamic plantar pressure data were collected by Footscan pressure plate.The normalized time of four sub-phases,displacements and velocities of COP in anterior-posterior(AP)and medial-lateral(ML)directions were calculated to perform the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and paired sample t test for statistical analyses.Results:After weight loss,children’s normalized time of forefoot contact phase(FFCP)increased significantly,and their duration of flat foot phase(FFP)decreased significantly.They also exhibited the more medial and posterior ori-entated COP path after weight loss.In ML-direction,the COP displacement during FFP and FFPOP increased,and the COP velocity during FFPOP increased.In AP-direction,COP velocity during FFP and FFPOP increased.Conclusions:The findings indicated that weight loss would have effects on the COP characteristics and postural stability for obese children.COP trajectory can provide essential information for evaluating foot function.The findings may be useful for obese children,medical staff,and healthcare physician. | Linshan Zhang Shiyang Yan Ruoyi Li Weihua Dan Luming Yang | 2022 | Journal of Leather Science and Engineering2022,4,1: | 0 |

| 6 | Glycogen metabolism-mediated intercellular communication in the tumor microenvironment influences liver cancer prognosis显示文摘Glycogen metabolism plays a key role in the development of hepatoellular carcinoma(HCC),but the function of glycogen metabolism genes in the tumor microenvironment(TME)is still to be elucidated.Single cell RNA-seq data were obtained from ten HCC tumor samples totaling 64,545 cells and 65 glycogen metabolism genes were analyzed bya nonnegative matrix factorization(NMF).The prognosis and immune response of new glycogen TME cell dusters were predicted by using HCC and immunotherapy cohorts from public databases.HOC single cell analysis was divided into fibroblasts,NT T cells,macrophages,endothelial clls,and B cells,which were separately divided into new cell clusters by glycogen metabolism gene annotation.Pseudo temporal trajectory analysis demonstrated the temporal differentiation trajectory of different glycogen subtype cell dusters.Cellular communication analysis revealed extensive interactions between endothelial cells with glycogen metabolizing TME cell.related subtypes and diferent glycogen subtype cell clusters.SCENIC analysis of transcription factors upstream of TME cell clusters with different glycogen metabolism.In addition,TME cell dusters of glycogen metabolism were found to be enriched in expression in CAF subtypes,CD8 depleted,M1,and M2 types.Bulk seq analysis showed the prognostic signifcance of glycogen metabolism.mediated TME cell dusters in HCC,while a significant immune response was found in the immunotherapy cohort in patients treated with immune checkpoint blockade(ICB),especially for CAFs,T cells,and macrophages In summary,our study reveals for the first time that glycogen metabolism mediates intercellular communication in the hepatocellular carcinoma microenvironment while elucidating the anti-tumor mechanisms and immune prognostic responses of different subtypes of cell dusters. | YANG ZHANG NANNAN QIN XIJUN WANG RUI LIANG QUAN LIU RUOYI GENG TIANXIAO JIANG YUNFEI LIU JINWEI LI | 2024 | Oncology Research2024,32,3: | 0 |

| 8 | Differences in loading patterns between fast walking and jogging at the same speed in male adults显示文摘Fast walking and jogging are two common exercises for people to maintain health in daily life.But the differences in loading patterns of fast walking and jogging are still unclear.The purpose of this study was to compare loading patterns in fast walking and jogging at the same speed,and to identify how differences in foot mechanics influence plantar pressure distribution between the two modes of gait.Totally,49 healthy males participated in this study.Data of pressure parameters,including maximum force(MF),peak pressure(PP),contact area(CA),force-time integral(FTI),were recorded by Pedar-X insole plantar pressure measurement system in participants’fast walking and jogging process at 7 km/h.A Load transfer analysis method was used to quantify the plantar load transference from fast walking to jogging.The results showed that MF,PP and CA increased in metatarsal regions and midfoot regions while decreased in toes regions and heel during jogging when compared with fast walking.FTI decreased in all foot regions during jogging compared to fast walking.Under the effects of spring mechanics and the varus of rearfoot during jogging,fast walking and jogging reveal different loading patterns.Compared jogging to fast walking,load transferred as follow:1)in transverse direction,load transferred from lateral foot to medial foot in metatarsal regions and midfoot regions,2)in longitudinal direction,load transferred from toes to the metatarsal,and from heel to the metatarsal and midfoot.These results also provide suggestions for footwear designs. | Ruoyi Li Hao Liu Mengyuan Guo Jitka Badurova Luming Yang Haojun Fan | 2020 | Journal of Leather Science and Engineering2020,2,1: | 0 |
