11991—2010年中国棉花病虫害经济损失分析显示文摘【目的】棉花病虫害发生种类繁多和暴发频繁,是威胁我国棉花安全生产的重要因素,但对其变化趋势与实际危害损失不清楚。【方法】本文利用中国植物保护统计数据、棉花产量数据和农田土地覆盖类型分布遥感数据,重点分析了中国1991—2010年20年期间棉花病虫害发生面积、防治程度、挽回损失量、挽回损失率和实际损失率的变化趋势。【结果】分析结果表明:1)1991到2010年棉花虫害发生面积、防治面积分别下降24.2%和15.1%,但由于害虫发生强度增加15.9%,导致虫害防治后挽回损失量和实际损失量仍分别增长25.3%和22.4%;而棉花病害发生面积、防治面积、防治后挽回损失量与实际损失量都分别增加了16.2%,38.3%,303.8%和175.4%。2)无论是发生面积、防治面积、防治后挽回损失量拟或实际损失量,棉花虫害造成的影响程度均高于病害。3)尽管开展了一系列控制措施,但棉花病虫害实际损失率还是从1991年的4.0%上升到2010年的5.7%;其中,由于虫害引起实际损失量从1991年的19.06万t到2010年的23.33万t,病害引起棉花实际损失量从3.90万t到10.72万t。4)1991—2010年20年期间棉花病虫害主要分布在我国黄河流域和新疆地区。【结论】我国棉花病虫害危害仍严重,而且未来有加重的趋势。建议加强农田景观变化和气候变化等对棉花病虫害发生与灾变的风险评估和监测预警,开展区域性棉花病虫害综合治理研究,并建立相应的对策。房雪 GE Saiying 张永生 曹婧 欧阳芳 2014应用昆虫学报2014,51,4:10
2Expression of neurocan mRNA and ultrastructure of brain tissue after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in stroke-prone renovascular hypertensive rats treated by electroacupuncture显示文摘We established a stroke-prone renovascular hypertensive rat model by bilateral constriction of the renal artery with sliver loop clips. After ten weeks, middle cerebral artery occlusion was induced for 2 hours. The rats then received electro-acupuncture at Baihui (DU 20) and Dazhui (DU 14) after onset of ischemia for 30 days. In situ hybridization study showed that electroacupuncture significantly reduced the number of neurocan mRNA-positive cells in the ischemic penumbra and hippocampal tissues of rats. Electron microscopy results demonstrated that the structure of neurons and blood vessels in the ischemic tissues were restored with electroacupuncture. 3Effects of coal damage on permeability and gas drainage performance显示文摘Coal permeability is a measure of the ability for fluids to flow through coal structures. It is one of the most important parameters affecting the gas drainage performance in underground coal mines. Despite the extensive research conducted on coal permeability, few studies have considered the effect of coal damage on permeability. This has resulted in unreliable permeability evaluation and prediction. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of coal damage on permeability and gas drainage performance. The Cui-Bustin permeability model was improved by taking into account the impact of coal damage on permeability. The key damage coefficient of the improved permeability model is determined based on the published permeability data. A finite-element numerical simulation was then developed based on the improved permeability model to investigate the damage areas and the permeability distribution around roadway. Results showed that the tensile failure occurs mainly on the upper and lower sides of the roadway while the shear failure symmetrically occurs on the left and right sides. With the increase in the friction angle value, the damage area becomes small. A good agreement was obtained between the results of the improved permeability model(c = 3) and the published permeability data. This indicated a more accurate permeability prediction by the improved permeability model. 4Advances in fibre optic based geotechnical monitoring systems for underground excavations显示文摘Geotechnical stability is a major concern for the long-term safety and integrity of underground infrastructures such as tunnels, railway stations, mine shafts and hydraulic power chambers. An effective geotechnical monitoring system is able to provide adequate warning to underground personnel prior to any unexpected major geotechnical failure. This paper reviews the conventional geotechnical monitoring sensors and the emerging Fibre Optic Sensing(FOS) techniques, pointing out their unique features and major differences. Recent advances in various FOS based monitoring systems, including Brillouin time domain distributed optical sensors and fibre Bragg grating(FBG) sensors, are investigated through a critical review of the laboratory studies and field applications used for underground geotechnical monitoring. Particular emphasis is given to fibre packaging, temperature compensation, installation methods and instrumentation performance in the underground environment. 5Development of a multi-layer perceptron artificial neural network model to determine haul trucks energy consumption显示文摘The mining industry annually consumes trillions of British thermal units of energy,a large part of which is saveable.Diesel fuel is a significant source of energy in surface mining operations and haul trucks are the major users of this energy source.Cross vehicle weight,truck velocity and total resistance have been recognised as the key parameters affecting the fuel consumption.In this paper,an artificial neural network model was developed to predict the fuel consumption of haul trucks in surface mines based on the gross vehicle weight,truck velocity and total resistance.The network was trained and tested using real data collected from a surface mining operation.The results indicate that the artificial neural network modelling can accurately predict haul truck fuel consumption based on the values of the haulage parameters considered in this study.Soofastaei Ali Aminossadati Saiied M. 6Analysis on the multi-phase flow characterization in cross-measure borehole during coal hydraulic slotting显示文摘Hydraulic slotting in a gas drainage borehole is an effective method of enhancing gas drainage performance. However, it frequently occurs that a large amount of slotting products(mainly the coal slurry and gas) intensely spurt out of the borehole during the slotting, which adversely affects the slotting efficiency. Despite extensive previous investigations on the mechanism and prevention-device design of the spurt during ordinary borehole drilling, a very few studies has focused on the spurt in the slotting process. The slotting spurt is mainly caused by two reasons: the coal and gas outburst in the borehole and the borehole deslagging blockage. This paper focuses on the second reason, and investigates the hydraulic deslagging flow patterns in the annular space between the drill pipe and borehole wall.Results show that there are six deslagging flow patterns when the drill pipe is still: pure slurry flow, pure gas flow, bubble flow, intermittent flow, layering flow and annular flow. When the drill pipe rotates, each of those six flow patterns changes due to the Taylor vortex effect. 14阴道镜筛查细胞学阴性的光滑宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床意义(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to evaluate the clinical value of the video colposcopy in screening cervica intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) in cytological negative and smooth cervices by optically gynecological examination. Methods:The 1050 women, whose cervices had been shown smooth and cytological negative by optical examine, were examined with electronic colposcopy in gynecological clinic, and biopsy was taken when the double abnormality of aceto-white epithelium and iodine negative, and other abnormal images were shown. A retrospective analysis of these cases was performed. Results:(1) The 514 samples from 458 cases, including 458 samples of abnormal tissues under colposcopy and 56 samples of polyp or polypoid tumors by optically, were examined by biopsy. Among them, 68 samples were found to be CIN, including11 cases of CINII/CINIII;(2) The 72 of 1050 cases showed the double-abnormality of aceto-white epithelium and iodine negative. Among them, 64 cases were CIN determined by biopsy. And the positive predictive value of the double-abnormality o aceto-white epithelium and iodine negative under colposcopy was 88.9%, with a false negative rate of 3.3%;(3) Among 458women examined by biopsy, only one of 350 samples from cervical polyp tissue was CIN(0.3%), while 67 of 164 samples from the tissues with abnormal colposcopic images were found to be CIN(40.9%), indicating the close relation between abnorma colposcopic findings and CIN;(4) The results of age-distribution analysis showed that, in the 164 cases with abnormal features under colposcopy, the incidence of double abnormality of aceto-white epithelium and iodine negative was higher in the age o sexual activity, just the same as the age distribution feature of CIN; while single abnormality of iodine negative appeared more in the age of over 50 years. Conclusion: Abnormal features displayed by colposcopy, especially the double abnormality o aceto-white epithelium and iodine negative, has an important significance for the screening of cervical precancerous lesions such as CIN.
