1Issues and Development Opportunities of Aquatic Product Industry in China显示文摘China is the largest producer and trader of aquatic products in the world, but does not mean that it belongs to the strongest power group of aquatic production and trade. This paper objectively analyzed the main problems existing in the high-speed development of China's aquatic product industry by empirical analysis. For example, the situation of quality and safety of aquatic products is serious now; the basic conditions of aquaculture lag behind the production development; aquatic industry is still in a low level of development and organization; and the quality and safety of aquatic products is the most main problem. This paper also revealed that fish would be the main source of animal-derived food, and the demand of characteristic aquatic products would continuously go up. Aquatic processing has initially formed a standard system. 3Vertical Profiles of Volatile Organic Compounds in Suburban Shanghai显示文摘As Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)are one of the precursors of ozone,their distribution and variable concentrations are highly related to local ozone pollution control.In this study,we obtained vertical profiles of VOCs in Shanghai’s Jinshan district on 8 September and 9 September in 2016 to investigate their distribution and impact on local atmospheric oxidation in the near surface layer.Vertical samples were collected from heights between 50 m and 400 m by summa canisters using an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV).Concentrations of VOCs(VOCs refers to the 52 species measured in this study)varied minimally below 200 m,and decreased by 21.2%from 100 m to 400 m.The concentrations of VOCs above 200 m decreased significantly in comparison to those below 200 m.The proportions of alkanes and aromatics increased from 55.2%and 30.5%to 57.3%and 33.0%,respectively.Additionally,the proportion of alkenes decreased from 13.2%to 8.4%.Toluene and m/p-xylene were the key species in the formation of SOA and ozone.Principal component analysis(PCA)revealed that the VOCs measured in this study mainly originated from industrial emissions.Yuhan LIU Hongli WANG Shengao JING Ming ZHOU Shenrong LOU Kun QU Wanyi QIU Qian WANG Shule LI Yaqin GAO Yusi LIU Xiaobing LI Zhong-Ren PENG Junhui CHEN Keding LU 2021Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,7:1

6Characterization of the negative thermal expansion material Zr_(1-x)Hf_xW_2O_8显示文摘The oxide ZrW2Osdisplays unusual property of isotropic negative thermal expansion in a large wide temperaturerange, which makes it have a number of important potential applications. The cubic Zrl-xHfxW2O8 (x = 0, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, and1.0) weresynthesized by standard solid state reaction technique. The high and low temperature X-ray diffraction analysisindicate that the substitution of the Hf4+ for Zr4+ only leads to reducing the lattice constants, and the changes of negativethermal expansion coefficients are not obvious. The linear expansion coefficients of Zrl-xHfxW2O8 (x = 0, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, and1.0) are about -6 × 10-6 K-1 in the temperature range of 298 to 973 K, while that of Zr0.5Hf0.5W2O8 is -9.6 × 10-6 K-1 from83 to 298 K. The phase transition temperatures from α-ZrW2O8 to β-ZrW2O8 structure were also determined by X-ray dif-fraction method. 7Crystal Structures of Dy_2(WO_4)_3 and GdY(WO_4)_3显示文摘Two compounds, Dy2(WO4)3 and GdY(WO4)3; were synthesized by using the standard solid state reaction tech-nique. The crystal structure was determined by powder X-ray diffraction and Rietveld refinement method. It is found thatboth compounds have Eu2(WO4)3-type monoclinic structure, with space group C 2/c, Z = 4. The unit cell parameters ofDy2(WO4)3 are a = 0.75981(1) nm, b = 1.13220(1) nm, c = 1.13254(1) nm, and β= 109.8001(3)°, and those of GdY(WO4)3are a = 0.76175(1) nm, b = 1.13543(1) nm, c = 1.13496(2) nm, and β= 109.8015(13)°. Each W atom has four oxygen near-est neighbors, while each rare-earth atom is surrounded by eight oxygen atoms. WO4 tetrahedra share their four verticeswith REO8 (RE = Dy, Gd, or Y) trigondodecahedra and some REO8 trigondodecahedra share an edge with each other. 8Phosphate deficiency induced by infection promotes synthesis of anthracnose-resistant anthocyanin-3-O-galactoside phytoalexins in the Camellia sinensis plant显示文摘Tea(Camellia sinensis)is a well-known beverage crop rich in polyphenols with health benefits for humans.Understanding how tea polyphenols participate in plant resistance is beneficial to breeding resistant varieties and uncovering the resistance mechanisms.Here,we report that a Colletotrichum infection-induced‘pink ring’symptom appeared outside the lesion,which is highly likely to occur in resistant cultivars.By identifying morphological feature-specific metabolites in the pink ring and their association with disease resistance,and analysis of the association between metabolite and gene expression,the study revealed that the accumulation of anthocyanin-3-O-galactosides,red phytotoxin compounds resistant to anthracnose,plays a pivotal role in the hypersensitive response surrounding infection sites in tea plants.The results of genetic manipulation showed that the expression of CsF3Ha,CsANSa,CsUGT78A15,CsUGT75L43,and CsMYB113,which are involved in anthocyanin biosynthesis,is positively correlated with anthracnose-resistance and the formation of the pink ring.Further phosphorus quantification and fertilization experiments confirmed that phosphate deficiency caused by anthracnose is involved in the occurrence of the pink ring.Genetic manipulation studies indicated that altering the expression levels of Pi transporter proteins(CsPHT2-1,CsPHT4;4)and phosphate deprivation response transcription factors(CsWRKY75-1,CsWRKY75-2,CsMYB62-1)enhances resistance to anthracnose and the formation of the pink ring symptom in tea plants.This article provides the first evidence that anthocyanin-3-O-galactosides are the anthracnose-resistant phytoalexins among various polyphenols in tea plants,and this presents an approach for identifying resistance genes in tea plants,where genetic transformation is challenging.Tongtong Li Shenrong Wang Dandan Shi Wen Fang Ting Jiang Lixin Zhang Yajun Liu Liping Gao Tao Xia 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,12:0
