| 1 | 颅内动静脉畸形合并动脉瘤的血管内治疗显示文摘目的 总结血管内治疗颅内动静脉畸形 (AVM) 合并动脉瘤的经验。 方法 回顾性分析25例颅内AVM合并动脉瘤的临床资料。所有病例均经全脑血管造影 (DSA) 确诊,按照Redekop分型进行治疗。 结果 动脉瘤完全栓塞23例,部分栓塞2例。畸形血管团完全消失7例,消失90%以上9例,消失80%~90% 7例,消失80%以下2例。栓塞后手术切除12例,栓塞后伽玛刀治疗6例。所有病人均未出现与血管内治疗相关的并发症。随访25例,时间0.5~3年,无再次出血及死亡。DSA复查18例,其中动脉瘤和畸形血管团均不显影14例,动脉瘤不显影但畸形血管团少许残留4例。 结论 血管内治疗是颅内AVM合并动脉瘤安全、有效的治疗方法,Redekop分型可对其治疗提供指导。 | 张紫寅 王朝华 谢晓东 张昌伟 范锋 Sarvesh Gyawali Srijana Bista | 2011 | 中国微侵袭神经外科杂志2011,16,12: | 14 |
| 2 | 微弹簧圈栓塞难治性外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘的疗效观察显示文摘目的探讨和研究微弹簧圈血管内栓塞难治性外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘的疗效。方法回顾13例用微弹簧圈栓塞治疗的难治性外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘患者。所有患者均有持续性颅内血管杂音、搏动性突眼及球结膜充血水肿。均采用微弹簧圈栓塞治疗,其中经动脉入路9例,经眼上静脉入路4例。结果 12例术后造影瘘口消失且颈内动脉通畅。1例填入5枚微弹簧圈后,微导管脱离瘘口,反复尝试不能再次进入,术中造影瘘口仍显影,1周后球囊阻断试验阴性后闭塞颈内动脉主干。术中1例微弹簧圈解旋,将解旋部分置于患侧颈外动脉固定。术后3~12个月(平均7.5个月)对10例患者随访了脑血管造影复查。1例复发,原因多与弹簧圈解旋后长期服用抗血小板药物均有关。结论对于球囊闭塞困难的难治性外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘,微弹簧圈栓塞安全、有效。 | 张紫寅 王朝华 谢晓东 张昌伟 范锋 Sarvesh Gyawali Srijana Bista | 2011 | 介入放射学杂志2011,20,7: | 10 |
| 3 | 超选择性微导管插管术前栓塞富血供脑膜瘤28例分析显示文摘目的探讨超选择性微导管插管术前栓塞富血供脑膜瘤的效果与治疗经验。方法 28例富血供脑膜瘤患者(男11例,女17例,年龄14~63岁,平均51.2岁),先行全脑血管造影(DSA),随后将微导管超选至肿瘤的供血动脉进行栓塞。栓塞材料包括聚乙烯醇(PVA)颗粒、弹簧圈及液态栓塞系统(商品名:Onyx)胶,可根据术中情况联合使用。栓塞后3~5d行外科手术切除肿瘤。结果栓塞术后,肿瘤染色完全消失16例,大部分消失9例,部分消失3例。无与介入栓塞相关的并发症发生。肿瘤全切26例,次全切除2例。术中肿瘤出血明显减少,其中11例患者切除瘤体时基本未出血,平均出血量约500mL,手术时间较未行术前栓塞患者明显缩短。结论微导管超选择插管栓塞富血供脑膜瘤能有效的闭塞肿瘤的血管床,有效地减少外科手术中的出血,可作为富血供脑膜瘤切除术前的一种重要的、常规性的辅助措施。 | 张紫寅 谢晓东 王朝华 张昌伟 范锋 Sarvesh Gyawali Srijana Bista | 2013 | 重庆医学2013,42,19: | 5 |

| 5 | Composition and diversity of five major forest types in moist temperate climate of the western Himalayas显示文摘The present study was undertaken in five major forest types (dominated by Quercus semecarpifolia, Quercus floribunda, Acer acuminatum, Abies pindrow and Aesculus indica, respectively) between 2400 and 2850 m a.s.l. in a moist temperate forest of the Mandal-Chopta area in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand, India. The aim was to assess the variation in composition and diversity in different vegetation layers, i.e., herb, shrub and tree, among these five forest types. Diversity indices, such as the Shannon-Wiener diversity index, density, total basal cover, Simpson’s concentration of dominance index, Simpson’s diversity index, Pielou’s equitability, species richness, species heterogeneity and β-diversity, were calculated to understand community structures. | 7 | A robust approach to identify roof bolts in 3D point cloud data captured from a mobile laser scanner显示文摘Roof bolts such as rock bolts and cable bolts provide structural support in underground mines.Frequent assessment of these support structures is critical to maintain roof stability and minimise safety risks in underground environments.This study proposes a robust workflow to classify roof bolts in 3 D point cloud data and to generate maps of roof bolt density and spacing.The workflow was evaluated for identifying roof bolts in an underground coal mine with suboptimal lighting and global navigation satellite system(GNSS)signals not available.The approach is based on supervised classification using the multi-scale Canupo classifier coupled with a random sample consensus(RANSAC)shape detection algorithm to provide robust roof bolt identification.The issue of sparseness in point cloud data has been addressed through upsampling by using a moving least squares method.The accuracy of roof bolt identification was measured by correct identification of roof bolts(true positives),unidentified roof bolts(false negatives),and falsely identified roof bolts(false positives)using correctness,completeness,and quality metrics.The proposed workflow achieved correct identification of 89.27%of the roof bolts present in the test area.However,considering the false positives and false negatives,the overall quality metric was reduced to 78.54%. | Sarvesh Kumar Singh Simit Raval Bikram Banerjee | 2021 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2021,31,2: | 3 |

| 10 | Is myopia a protective factor against central serous chorioretinopathy?显示文摘AIM: To evaluate if any association exists between central serous chorioretinopathy(CSCR) and the refractive status of the eye.· METHODS: This retrospective, institutional, case control study included 499 patients, wherein 262 patients diagnosed as acute CSCR, were compared with an age and gender matched control group of 237 patients. All patients were evaluated with a detailed systemic and ocular history, objective and subjective refractions for both eyes and complete ocular examination by a retina specialist, at all visits. Optical coherence tomography confirmed the diagnosis of CSCR.·RESULTS: The mean age was found to be 40±7y in the study group(Group 1) compared to 38±10y in the control group(Group 2). Most common refractive status in the study group, was emmetropia seen in 191 patients(72.9%), followed by hypermetropia seen in 47 patients(17.9%) and astigmatism seen in 21 patients(8.0%). Only3 subjects(1.1%) had myopia, which was less than or equal to 1.0 D, compared to 70 subjects(29.5%) in the control group, suggesting a statistically significant lower incidence of CSCR among the myopic patients(P <0.0001). With respect to the systemic factors, 26(9.9%)patients were using systemic steroids in the study group(Group 1) compared to none in the control group(Group 2)suggesting a statistically significant association of CSCR with systemic steroid use(P <0.05). The aim of the present study was to understand the regeneration dynamics of the dominant tree species along an altitudinal gradient in naturally regenerating, restricted access forest. The overall regeneration status was fairly high in the study area. Most of the native canopy and undercanopy dominants had frequent reproduction and expanding populations, which suggests the stability of forest structure/composition and further expansion of dominant species. The overall regeneration of trees in the forest had a greater contribution of middle and understorey species. Because of infrequent reproduction and declining populations of some of the dominant native species viz., Abies pindrow, Alnus nepalensis and Betula alnoides, structural/compositional changes in the future are expected in respective forests dominated by them. Abies pindrow and Taxus baccata need immediate attention by forest managers for their survival in the area.
