| 1 | Hazard evaluation of ignition sensitivity and explosion severity for three typical MH_(2) (M=Mg,Ti,Zr)of energetic materials显示文摘MgH_(2),TiH_(2),and ZrH_(2) are three typical metal hydrides that have been gradually applied to composite explosives and propellants as additives in recent years.To evaluate ignition sensitivity and explosion severity,the Hartmann device and spherical pressure vessel were used to test ignition energy and explosion pressure,respectively.The results showed that the ignition sensitivity of ZrH_(2),TiH_(2) and MgH_(2) gradually increased.When the concentration of MgH_(2) is 83.0 g/m^(3) in Hartmann device,the ignition energy attained a minimum of 10.0 mJ.The explosion pressure of MgH_(2) were 1.44 times and 1.76 times that of TiH_(2) and ZrH_(2),respectively,and the explosion pressure rising rate were 3.97 times and 9.96 times that of TiH_(2) and ZrH_(2),respectively,through the spherical pressure vessel.It indicated that the reaction reactivity and reaction rate of MgH_(2) were higher than that of TiH_(2) and ZrH_(2).In addition,to conduct in edepth theoretical analysis of ignition sensitivity and explosion severity,gas production and combustion heat per unit mass of ZrH_(2),TiH_(2) and MgH_(2) were tested by mercury manometer and oxygen bomb calorimetry.The experimental results revealed that MgH_(2) had a relatively high gas production per unit mass(5.15 mL/g),while TiH_(2) and ZrH_(2) both had a gas production of less than 2.0 mL/g.Their thermal stability gradually increased,leading to a gradual increase in ignition energy.Furthermore,compared with theoretical combustion heat,the combustion ratio of MgH_(2),TiH_(2) and ZrH_(2) was more than 96.0%,with combustion heat value of 29.96,20.94 and 12.22 MJ/kg,respectively,which was consistent with the explosion pressure and explosion severity test results. | Xing-liang Wu Sen Xu Ai-min Pang Wei-guo Cao Da-bin Liu Xin-yu Zhu Fei-yang Xu Xu Wang | 2021 | Defence Technology(防务技术)2021，17，4： | 6 |
| 2 | Effects of Ligustrazine Combined with Cisdichlorodiamine Platinum on Anti-proliferation,Cell Cycle and Apoptosis of Human Gastric Carcinoma SGC-7901 Cell Lines显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the combination effects of ligustrazine and cis-dichlorodiamine platinum(DDP) on anti-proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis of SGC-7901 cell lines in vitro. [Method] SGC-7901 cells were treated with ligustrazine and DDP alone or combined for 48 h for morphology assay.Anti-proliferative effects with the same treatment for 24, 48 and 72 h were assayed by MTT method, respectively. Cell cycle distribution and apoptosis assay of treated cells were performed in flow cytometry. Zhengjun Jin's protocol was used to assay the effect of drug combination. [Result] Ligustrazine significantly increased the proliferation inhibition rate of DDP on SGC-7901 cells in combination with DDP, comparing with the effects of ligustrazine or DDP alone, and exhibited synergistic antitumor effect. | 3 | Effects of crystallization on corrosion behaviours of a Ni-based bulk metallic glass显示文摘The effects of microstructure change on the corrosion behaviours of Ni55Nb20Ti10Zr8Co7 bulk glass-forming alloy were investigated in 1 mol/L HCl and 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solutions. Different microstructures of the Ni-based alloy were achieved by annealing the bulk glassy rod prepared by copper mould casting. The microstructure, grain size, grain distribution, and phase composition were characterized. Electrochemical behaviours of the Ni-based alloy were revealed by static immersion and anodic potentiodynamic polarization tests. | 13 | Primary Research on UVB-irradiation Protective Effect of Total Flavonoids from Large-leaved Kuding Tea (Ilex latifolia Thunb.)显示文摘Total flavonoids extracted from large-leaved Kuding tea(Ilex latifolia Thunb.) were investigated to develop anti-UV sun-screening agents. The results showed that total flavonoids of I. latifolia Thunb.(TFILT) showed maximum absorb peak at 325 nm between UVB and UVA by wavelength scanning spectrum. TFILT could inhibit the decrease of cell viability induced by UVB irradiation by CCK-8 method, and 0.25 mg/ml of TFILT showed the most significant protective activity on cells. The dermal thickness and collagen fiber density as skin structural characteristic were analyzed by Histological staining. The results showed that TFILT protected mice skin by significantly attenuating the dermal thickness and inhibiting collagen fiber degradation. | 14 | Single-phase white-emitting and tunable color phosphor Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+): Synthesis, luminescence and energy transfer显示文摘A series of Eu^(2+)/Dy^(3+) single doped and co-doped Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3) phosphors were synthesized by the high-temperature solid-state method,and their phase,morphology,and luminescence properties were characterized.Under the excitation of 370 nm,the Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+) phosphor can emit white light whose spectrum is composed of a broad emission band centered at 460 nm and the other three peaks at 483,577,and 672 nm,respectively.There is energy transfer from Eu^(2+)to Dy^(3+)ion in Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+) phosphor due to the good overlap between the emission spectrum of Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+) and the excitation spectrum of Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Dy^(3+),which is further confirmed by the fluorescence lifetime decrease of Eu^(2+)ion with the increase of Dy^(3+) concentration.The process of energy transfer is via dipole–quadruple interaction which is confirmed by applying Dexter's theory.By increasing the Dy^(3+)concentration,the color coordinates of the Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):0.01Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+)phosphors can be adjusted from blue to white,and then to yellow.The optimized concentration of Dy^(3+)ions is 4.0 mol%,beyond which the concentration quenching will take place.The Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)phosphor shows fairly good resistance to thermal quenching behavior,of which the emission intensity at 423 K can maintain 90.3%of the initial value(298 K).These results suggest that the Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):0.01Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+)phosphors have potential applications as the color-tunable or a single-phase white emitting phosphor in white LEDs. | Sen Wang Haiyan Wu Xin Wen Yanqing Luo Tao Tan Shengjian Jiao Ran Pang Lihong jiang Su Zhang Da Li Guanyu Liu Chengyu Li Hongjie Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022，40，4： | 0 |

| 16 | Handmade tri-leaflet ePTFE conduits versus homografts for right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction显示文摘Background This study aimed to investigate the performance of handmade tri-leaflet expanded polytetrafluoroethylene(ePTFE)conduits in the absence of a suitable homograft.Methods Patients who underwent right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction with tri-leaflet ePTFE conduits or homografts between December 2016 and August 2020 were included.The primary endpoint was the incidence of moderate or severe conduit stenosis(>36 mmHg)and/or moderate or severe insufficiency.The secondary endpoint was the incidence of severe conduit stenosis(>64 mmHg)and/or severe insufficiency.Results There were 102 patients in the ePTFE group and 52 patients in the homograft group.The median age was younger[34.5(interquartile range:20.8-62.8)vs.60.0(interquartile range:39.3-81.0)months,P=0.001]and the median weight was lower[13.5(10.0-19.0)vs.17.8(13.6-25.8)kg,P=0.003]in the ePTFE group.The conduit size was smaller(17.9±2.2 vs.20.5±3.0 mm,P<0.001)and the conduit Z score was lower(1.48±1.04 vs.1.83±1.05,P—0.048)in the ePTFE group.There was no significant difference in the primary endpoints(log rank,T3=0.33)and secondary endpoints(log rank,P=0.35).Multivariate analysis identified lower weight at surgery[P=0.01;hazard ratio:0.75;95%confidence interval(CI)0.59-0.94]and homograft conduit use(P=0.04;hazard ratio:8.43;95%CI 1.14—62.29)to be risk factors for moderate or severe conduit insufficiency.No risk factors were found for moderate or severe conduit stenosis or conduit dysfunction on multivariate analysis.Conclusion Handmade tri-leaflet ePTFE conduits showed acceptable early and midterm outcomes in the absence of a suitable homograft,but a longer follow-up is needed. | Guan-Xi Wang Feng-Qun Mao Kai Ma Rui Liu Kun-Jing Pang Sen Zhang Yang Yang Ben-Qing Zhang Shou-Jun Li | 2022 | World Journal of Pediatrics2022，18，3： | 0 |
