| 1 | Sedimentary hydrodynamic study of sand bodies in the upper subsection of the 4th Member of the Paleogene Shahejie Formation in the eastern Dongying Depression, China显示文摘Petroleum is produced from a beach-bar sand reservoir in the upper subsection of the 4th member of the Paleogene Shahejie Formation(Es4s) in the eastern Dongying Depression, penetrated by many wells in the Guangli-Qingnan area and this subsection still has further exploration potential. Using drilling and logging data, we analyzed the sand body types, emphasizing the sedimentary characteristics of the beach-bar sand bodies. Combining these data with the concepts of lacustrine and oceanic hydrodynamics, we explain the formation and distribution of the beach-bar sands in the eastern Dongying Depression. The connectivity between beach-bar sand bodies within each individual hydrodynamic zone is better than that between sand bodies in any two adjacent zones. The tempestite sand bodies developed in this area are characterized by typical storm deposits and are located at the bottoms of the beachbar sand bodies. They grade upward to normal shore and shallow-lacustrine beaches and bars. We also propose a new simple method to estimate the paleo-water depth using the thicknesses of the bar sand bodies in parasequences combined with the principle of hydrodynamic zonation. | 2 | Formation of abnormal high pressure and its application in the study of oil-bearing property of lithologic hydrocarbon reservoirs in the Dongying Sag显示文摘The mechanisms of abnormal high pressures are studied in this paper, and it is concluded that the undercompaction, hydrocarbon generation and stratum denudation are obviously effective to fluid pressure buildup. Because of the episodic difference, the hydrocarbon generation and stratum denudation are the main factors influencing oil-gas migration. On the basis of basin evolutionary analysis in the Dongying Sag, it is considered that the undercompaction mainly caused the abnormal pressure before the first denudation by the uplift in Late Paleogene, while hydrocarbon generation was the main factor of abnormal pressure after the denudation. The second denudation occurred in Late Neogene, which changed the pressure field and induced the fluid migration. The development of overpressures is the necessary condition to the formation of lithologic hydrocarbon reservoirs, which have positive correlations to overpressures. | 4 | Apple leaf disease identification using genetic algorithm and correlation based feature selection method显示文摘Apple leaf disease is one of the main factors to constrain the apple production and quality.It takes a long time to detect the diseases by using the traditional diagnostic approach,thus farmers often miss the best time to prevent and treat the diseases.Apple leaf disease recognition based on leaf image is an essential research topic in the field of computer vision,where the key task is to find an effective way to represent the diseased leaf images.In this research,based on image processing techniques and pattern recognition methods,an apple leaf disease recognition method was proposed.A color transformation structure for the input RGB(Red,Green and Blue)image was designed firstly and then RGB model was converted to HSI(Hue,Saturation and Intensity),YUV and gray models.The background was removed based on a specific threshold value,and then the disease spot image was segmented with region growing algorithm(RGA).Thirty-eight classifying features of color,texture and shape were extracted from each spot image.To reduce the dimensionality of the feature space and improve the accuracy of the apple leaf disease identification,the most valuable features were selected by combining genetic algorithm(GA)and correlation based feature selection(CFS).Finally,the diseases were recognized by SVM classifier.In the proposed method,the selected feature subset was globally optimum.The experimental results of more than 90%correct identification rate on the apple diseased leaf image database which contains 90 disease images for there kinds of apple leaf diseases,powdery mildew,mosaic and rust,demonstrate that the proposed method is feasible and effective. | Zhang Chuanlei Zhang Shanwen Yang Jucheng Shi Yancui Chen Jia | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,2: | 7 |
| 5 | Fluid inclusion, siliceous rock geochemistry of Shewushan lateritic gold deposit, Hubei Province, eastern China: Implication for the genesis of primary orebody显示文摘The Shewushan gold deposit is located 16 km southwest of Jiayu County, Hubei Province, eastern China, which is the largest lateritic gold deposit in Asia, consisting of a series of mineralized faults containing gold grades of 1.0–19.5 g/t set within a larger, lower-grade(0.2–1.0 g/t) zone. According to the fluid inclusions study, the homogenization temperature ranges from 70–350℃, and concentrates between 140–220℃. The laser Rama results show that the CO2 and CH4 exist in mineralized fluid. In addition, the major and trace element and REE geochemical data show that the genesis of the siliceous rocks is hydrothermal genesis, formed by mineralized fluid bearing SiO2 transmitted along faults to the surface, and replace the carbonate rocks to begin deposition. Primary gold mineralization is attributed to hydrothermal activity that followed the main period of tectonic deformation of the Indosinian orogeny, which caused the regional detachment regime in southeast Hubei. The reversed fold and the fault system formed the fluid migration channel in the Shewushan area. EPMA results show that Au exists in arsenopyrite(850×10-6–1550×10-6 Au) and pyrite(470×10-6–1340×10-6 Au). | 6 | Clinical antiangiogenic effect of recombinant adenovirus-p53 combined with hyperthermia for advanced cancer显示文摘Objective:To assess the safety and clinical antiangiogenic effect of recombinant adenovirus-p53(rAd-p53)combined with hyperthermia plus or not plus radiotherapy in advanced cancer.Methods:Expression of Vascular epithelial growth factor(VEGF)after intratumoral injection of rAd-p53was assayed by immunohistochemistry(IHC)imaging.Forty-four patients with advanced cancer were enrolled into this clinical study.The patients were intratumorally injected with rAd-p53(Gendicine)at a dose of 1×1012vp once a week,with a total of 4-54(mean 7.7)times.Total of 4-29(mean 8.5)times of hyperthermia was given to the patients.Among the 44 patients,30 patients were concurrently added with radiotherapy of a total dose 30-76 Gy/15-38 f/3-8 w(mean 58 Gy).Results:Before and after intratumoral injection of rAd-p53,the VEGF IHC positive cell scores were 2.80and 1.50,respectively(P=0.031).The treatment of rAd-p53 combined with hyperthermia plus or not plus radiotherapy in advanced cancer achieved CR rate of 13.60%(6/44),and PR rate of 29.6%(13/44),and thus the effective rate was 43.2%.In addition to 6 patients with CR,19 patients(19/38,50.0%)had low density area(LDA)of more than 50%area on CT image within tumor indicating tumor tissue necrosis.Conclusions:Our data indicate that rAd-p53 inhibits VEGF expression and angiogenesis,and promotes tumor necrosis and shrinkage induced by hyperthermia plus or not plus radiotherapy in advanced cancer. | Xiaofan Li Shaowen Xiao Yongheng Li Shanwen Zhang | 2013 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2013,25,6: | 6 |

| 9 | Highly concentrated graphene oxide ink for facile 3D printing of supercapacitors显示文摘3D printing of functional energy storage devices is receiving escalating attention over the years due to the customizable manufacturing flexibility and imparted high areal and gravimetric energy density of three-dimensional structured devices, which contribute to the creation of numerous new opportunities for futuristic electronics. Graphene-based inks are ideal elements for the realization of 3D printed energy storage devices if the attractive intrinsic physiochemical properties of graphene could be preserved. However, it is still a great challenge to prepare uniformly dispersed graphene-based materials with desired rheological properties for 3D printing. Here we report a facile strategy for 3D printing of supercapacitors from a highly concentrated graphene oxide (GO) ink. The GO is properly dispersed and the ink fulfills the stringent rheological specifications for 3D printing. The printed GO electrode is functionalized with enhanced structural stability for proper reduction to graphene. The printed supercapacitors deliver the potential to linearly scale up in areal capacitance without jeopardizing the gravimetric capacitance when increasing printed layers.
