1System Integration of Terrestrial Mobile Communication and Satellite Communication——The Trends, Challenges and Key Technologies in B5G and 6G显示文摘Mobile communication standards have been developed into a new era of B5G and 6G.In recent years,low earth orbit(LEO)satellites and space Internet have become hot topics.The integrated satellite and terrestrial systems have been widely discussed by industries and academics,and even are expected to be applied in those huge constellations in construction.This paper points out the trends of two stages towards system integration of the terrestrial mobile communication and the satellite communications:to be compatible with 5G,and to be integrated within 6G.Based on analysis of the challenges of both stages,key technologies are thereafter analyzed in detail,covering both air interface currently discussed in 3GPP for B5G and also novel network architecture and related transmission technologies toward future 6G.Shanzhi Chen Shaohui Sun Shaoli Kang 2020China Communications2020,17,12:57
2A Comprehensive Survey of TDD-Based Mobile Communications Systems from TD-SCDMA 3G to TDLTE-Advanced 4G and 5G directions显示文摘TDD(Time Division Duplex) is one of the two duplex modes.TD-SCDMA(Time division Synchronous CDMA) is the first TDD-based cellular mobile system which is commercialized in wide area and large scale and TD-SCDMA is also the first cellular mobile system which adopted smart antenna technology,also called as beamforming.As the long term evolution of TD-SCDMA,TDLTE(A)(Time Division-Lone Term Evolution,and TD-LTE Advanced) introduced OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)and enhanced smart antenna technology together with MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output),which are adopted by LTE FDD(Frequency Division Duplex) either.It is indicated that TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE(A)have opened a sustainable utilization era of TDD and smart antenna Technologies in the wireless mobile communication.This paper aims to present a systematic introduction to TDD-based mobile communications from TD-SCDMA to TD-LTE and beyond and its comparisons to FDD,with particular focuses on TDD key technologies,principles of TDD cellular mobile systems,TDD evolution path,and future TDD 5G directions.We hope that this paper will provide a comprehensive overview of TDD technology upgrade and its standard evolution,and serve as a valuable reference for research on 5G mobile communication systems.It is believed that TDD will play more important role in 5G.CHEN Shanzhi SUN Shaohui WANG Yingmin XIAO Guojun Rakesh Tamrakar 2015China Communications2015,12,2:17

4Enhancement of innate immune system in monocot rice by transferring the dicotyledonous elongation factor Tu receptor EFR显示文摘The elongation factor Tu(EF-Tu) receptor(EFR) in cruciferous plants specifically recognizes the N-terminal acetylated elf18 region of bacterial EF-Tu and thereby activates plant immunity.It has been demonstrated that Arabidopsis EFR confers broad-spectrum bacterial resistance in the EFR transgenic solanaceous plants.Here,the transgenic rice plants(Oryza sativa L.ssp.japonica cv.Zhonghua 17) and cell cultures with constitutive expression of AtEFR were developed to investigate whether AtEFR senses EF-Tu and thus enhances bacterial resistance in the monocot plants.We demonstrated that the Xanthomonas oryzae-derived elf18 peptide induced oxidative burst and mitogen-activated protein kinase activation in the AtEFR transgenic rice cells and plants,respectively.Pathogenesis-related genes,such as OsPBZ1,were upregulated dramatically in transgenic rice plant and cell lines in response to elf18 stimulation.Importantly,pretreatment with elf18 triggered strong resistance to X.oryzae pv.oryzae in the transgenic plants,which was largely dependent on the AtEFR expression level.These plants also exhibited enhanced resistance to rice bacterial brown stripe,but not to rice fungal blast.Collectively,the results indicate that the rice plants with heterologous expression of AtEFR recognize bacterial EF-Tu and exhibit enhanced broad-spectrum bacterial disease resistance and that pattern recognition receptor-mediated immunity may be manipulated across the two plant classes,dicots and monocots.Fen Lu Huiqin Wang Shanzhi Wang Wendi Jiang Changlin Shan Bin Li Jun Yang Shiyong Zhang Wenxian Sun 2015Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2015,57,7:6
5Effects of Planting Density on Growth of New Clones in Populus tomentosa显示文摘Effects of seven planting densities on the growth and tree form of nine 5-year-old new clones in Populus tomentosa were studied. The plantations, arranged with completely random block design, were located in Wuzhi County, Henan Province. Results indicated that effects of planting density on the diameter at breast height (DBH), individual volume and growing stock increment of all new clones in P. tomentosa were significant at the 1% level of probability, effects of planting density on the tree height increment of new clones B2 and B31 and on the live branches height (LBH) increment of new clones B5 and B30 were significant at the 5% level of probability, while the interaction between planting density and clone was not significant at the 5% level of probability. It was concluded that the degree of differences among new clones within the same planting density was different with different planting densities and traits. For short rotation industrial timber, clones B1, B3, B4, B5, B7, B9, B31 were suitable with the density of 1 0002 500 trees per hectare, while for bigger diameter timber, clones B1, B3, B4, B7, B9, B31 could be used with the planting density of 660833 trees per hectare. 7Physical modeling of spent-nuclearfuel container显示文摘A new physical simulation model was developed to simulate the casting process of the ductile iron heavy section spent-nuclear-fuel container.In this physical simulation model,a heating unit with DR24 Fe-Cr-Al heating wires was used to compensate the heat loss across the non-natural surfaces of the sample,and a precise and reliable casting temperature controlling/monitoring system was employed to ensure the thermal behavior of the simulated casting to be similar to the actual casting.Also,a mould system was designed,in which changeable mould materials can be used for both the outside and inside moulds for different applications.The casting test was carried out with the designed mould and the cooling curves of central and edge points at different isothermal planes of the casting were obtained.Results show that for most isothermal planes,the temperature control system can keep the temperature differences within 6 ℃ between the edge points and the corresponding center points,indicating that this new physical simulation model has high simulation accuracy,and the mould developed can be used for optimization of casting parameters of spent-nuclear-fuel container,such as composition of ductile iron,the pouring temperature,the selection of mould material and design of cooling system.In addition,to maintain the spheroidalization of the ductile iron,the force-chilling should be used for the current physical simulation to ensure the solidification of casting in less than 2 h.Wang Liping Guo Erjun Jiang Wenyong Xue Muyu Liu Dongrong Ren Shanzhi 2012China Foundry2012,9,4:5
8CO2 corrosion behaviors of 13Cr steel in the high-temperature steam environment显示文摘The study aims to explore the corrosion behaviors of 13Cr steel in the high-temperature steam environment.The corrosion behaviors of 13Cr steel were tested in CO2 auxiliary steam drive environment simulated with the HTHP autoclave.The corrosion morphology and product composition were explored by SEM,EDS,XRD and XPS.The exploration results showed the corrosion rate of 13Cr steel in the high-temperature steam environment was less than 0.04 mm/a.The corrosion behaviors of 13Cr steel were mainly affected by temperature and chloride ion concentration.Temperature inhibited steam condensation and the compactness of Cr-rich layer.With the increase in temperature,more droplets were adsorbed on the surface of 13Cr steel and the compactness of the Crrich layer is worse.Chloride ions affects the activity of Fe atoms in the metal matrix.When chloride concentration increased,Fe^2+concentration in the solution and FeCO3 content in the rich-Cr layer were increased and the rich-Cr layer became looser.Guoqing Xiao SiZhou Tan Zhiming Yu Baojun Dong Yonggang Yi Gang Tian Huiyong Yu Shanzhi Shi 2020Petroleum2020,6,1:5

10Erosive Wear and Wear Mechanism of in situ TiC_P/Fe Composites显示文摘The base structure of in situ TiCp/Fe composites fabricated under industrial condition was changed by differentheat treatments. Erosive wear tests were carried out and the results were compared with that of wear-resistant whitecast iron. The results suggest that the wear resistance of the in situ TiCP/Fe composite is higher than that ofwear-resistant white cast iron under the sand erosive wear condition. The wear mechanism of the wear-resistantwhite cast iron was a cycle process that base surface was worn and carbides were exposed, then carbides was brokenand wear pits appeared. While the wear mechanism of in situ TiCP/Fe composite was a cycle process that basesurface was worn and TiC grains were exposed and dropped. The wear resistance of in situ TiCP/Fe composite waslower than that of wear-resistant white cast iron under the slurry erosive wear condition. Under such circumstance,the material was not only undergone erosive wear but also electrochemistry erosion due to the contact with waterin the medium. 11A Trajectory Prediction Based Intelligent Handover Control Method in UAV Cellular Networks显示文摘The airborne base station(ABS) can provide wireless coverage to the ground in unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) cellular networks.When mobile users move among adjacent ABSs,the measurement information reported by a single mobile user is used to trigger the handover mechanism.This handover mechanism lacks the consideration of movement state of mobile users and the location relationship between mobile users,which may lead to handover misjudgments and even communication interrupts.In this paper,we propose an intelligent handover control method in UAV cellular networks.Firstly,we introduce a deep learning model to predict the user trajectories.This prediction model learns the movement behavior of mobile users from the measurement information and analyzes the positional relations between mobile users such as avoiding collision and accommodating fellow pedestrians.Secondly,we propose a handover decision method,which can calculate the users' corresponding receiving power based on the predicted location and the characteristic of air-to-ground channel,to make handover decisions accurately.Finally,we use realistic data sets with thousands of non-linear trajectories to verify the basic functions and performance of our proposed intelligent handover controlmethod.The simulation results show that the handover success rate of the proposed method is 8% higher than existing methods.Bo Hu Hanzhang Yang Lei Wang Shanzhi Chen 2019China Communications2019,16,1:3
12A CSI Acquisition Approach for mm Wave Massive MIMO显示文摘Massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output(MIMO)is considered as a key technology for 4G and 5G wireless communication systems to improve spectrum efficiency by supporting large number of concurrent users.In addition,for the target frequency band of 5G system,mmWave band,massive MIMO is pivotal in compensating the high pathloss.In this paper,we investigate the channel state information(CSI)acquisition problem for mmWave massive MIMO.With hybrid analog-digital antenna architecture,how to derive the analog beamforming and digital beamforming is studied.An iterative analog beam acquisition approach is proposed to save system overhead and reduce beam searching complexity.Regarding the digital beamforming,a grouping based codebook is proposed to facilitate CSI feedback.The codebook is then extended to incorporate also analog beam acquisition.Furthermore,channel reciprocity is exploited to save CSI reporting overhead and a two-stage approach is proposed to fully utilize the channel reciprocity at both mobile station and base station side and accelerate the CSI acquisition procedure.Shanzhi Chen Qiubin Gao Runhua Chen Hui Li Shaohui Sun Zhengxuan Liu 2019China Communications2019,16,9:2
13Comparison of G6PDH Activity and LT50 Between P. tomentosa and P. suaveolens During Freezing Acclimation显示文摘The differences of glucose-6P dehydrogenase (G6PDH) activity and freezing resistance induced by freezing acclima-tion between cuttings of freezing-sensitive P. tomentosa and freezing-resistant P. suaveolens were compared for exploring the role ofG6PDH on the enhancement of freezing resistance induced by freezing acclimation. After 5 d of freezing acclimation at -3 ℃, thcLT50 of P. tomentosa has decreased from -6.2 ℃ in control cuttings to -14.3 ℃ in freezing acclimated ones, and the increase ofG6PDH activity was observed in freezing acclimated cuttings as compared with control ones. Whereas, when P. suaveolens wasfreezing acclimated at -20℃ for 5 d, the LT50 has decreased from -27. 1℃ in control cuttings to -43.5 ℃ in freezing acclimated ones,and the activity of G6PDH increased considerably. In addition, the increase of LT50 and the decrease of G6PDH activity resultingfrom 2 d of deacclimation at 25 ℃ were found in two kinds of freezing acclimated cuttings. 15Numerical simulation and transonic wind-tunnel test for elastic thin-shell structure considering fluid–structure interaction显示文摘Aerodynamic force can lead to the strong structural vibration of flying aircraft at a high speed. This harmful vibration can bring damage or failure to the electronic equipment fixed in aircraft. It is necessary to predict the structural dynamic response in the design course. This paper presents a new numerical algorithm and scheme to solve the structural dynamics responses when considering fluid–structure interaction(FSI). Numerical simulation for a free-flying structural model in transonic speed is completed. Results show that the small elastic deformation of the structure can greatly affect the FSI. The FSI vibration tests are carried out in a transonic speed windtunnel for checking numerical theory and algorithms, and the wind-tunnel test results well accord with that of the numerical simulation. 16Mobility driven network slicing: an enabler of on demand mobility management for 5G显示文摘As different requirements on mobility support will be introduced by diversified communication scenarios in the fifth generation(5G), on demand mobility management is put forward to simplify signaling process, reduce terminal power consumption, improve network efficiency and so on. In order to enable on demand mobility management in 5G networks, a mobility driven network slicing(MDNS) was proposed, which takes individual mobility support requirements into account while customizing networks for different mobile services. Within the MDNS framework, the actual levels of required mobility support are determined by a mobility description system, and network slice templates with the corresponding mobility management schemes are defined by a network slice description function. By instantiating the network slices, each mobile terminal could be directed to the network slice with the most appropriate mobility management scheme. Based on this, a prototype was implemented to validate the feasibility of MDNS framework, i.e. creating multiple network slices with different mobility management schemes. 18Experimental modeling of sanding fracturing and conductivity of propped fractures in conglomerate:A case study of tight conglomerate of Mahu sag in Junggar Basin,NW China显示文摘True tri-axial sanding fracturing experiments are carried out on conglomerate samples from the Permian Wuerhe Formation of Mahu sag,Junggar Basin,to study hydraulic fracture propagation geometry and quartz sand transport in ma-trix-supported fine conglomerate and grain-supported medium conglomerate.The effect of rough fracture surface on conduc-tivity is analyzed using the 3D-printing technology to reconstruct the rough surface formed in the fractured conglomerate.The hydraulic fractures formed in the matrix-supported fine conglomerate are fairly straight,and only more tortuous when en-countering large gravels at local parts;thus,proppants can get into the fractures easily with transport distance about 70%–90%of the fracture length.By contrast,in the grain-supported medium conglomerate,hydraulic fractures tend to bypass the gravels to propagate in tortuous paths and frequently change in width;therefore,proppants are difficult to transport in these fractures and only move less than 30%of the fracture length.As the ma trix-supported fine conglomerate has high matrix content and low hardness,proppants embed in the fracture surface severely.In contrast,the grain-supported medium conglomerate has higher gravel content and hardness,so the quartz sand is crushed more severely.Under the high proppant concentration of 5 kg/m^(2),when the closure stress is increased(above 60 MPa),fractures formed in both matrix-supported fine conglomerate and grain-supported medium conglomerate decrease in width significantly,and drop 88%and 92%in conductivity respectively compared with the case under the low closure stress of 20 MPa.The field tests prove that under high closure stress above 60 MPa,using a high proportion of fine proppants with high concentration allow the proppant to move further in the fracture;meanwhile proppant places more uniformly in the ro ugh fracture,resulting in a higher fracture conductivity and an improved well per-formance.ZOU Yushi SHI Shanzhi ZHANG Shicheng YU Tianxi TIAN Gang MA Xinfang ZHANG Zhaopeng 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,6:1

20Proactive Platooning Based on C-V2X to Relieve Congestion at a Signalized Intersection显示文摘Nowadays urban traffic congestion becomes a major issue due to the increase in vehicles that lead to more commuting time,accidents,traffic violations,and high fuel consumption.Platooning is a good way to solve traffic congestion because it drives with a smaller inter-vehicle distance than human-driving.This paper proposes proactive platooning based on C-V2X(cellular vehicle-to-everything)to relieve congestion.Proactive platooning reduces the inter-vehicle distance and increases the throughput of signalized intersections through integrating the networked control platooning and computation-centralized platooning.Model and simulation experiments of proactive platooning were conducted to verify the impact of inter-vehicle distance on platooning latency,platooning safety,and traffic throughput.Simulation results show that the optimal inter-vehicle distance under proactive platooning is less than half of human-driving at a signalized intersection.Wei Gao Yan Shi Shanzhi Chen 2023China Communications2023,20,2:1
