| 1 | 两性霉素B角膜基质内注射成功治疗真菌性角膜炎1例(英文)显示文摘目的:报告1例使用5mg/L两性霉素成功治疗难治性真菌性角膜炎的病例。方法:病例报告。结果:女性患者1例,48岁,以右眼红1wk,伴视力下降和角膜混浊2d入院。否认有外伤或异物史。检查发现:右眼视力:6/12,针孔视力:6/18。注射结膜前使眼分泌物保持最少。角膜旁中央区有一全层基质脓肿-形态不规则且伴有卫星病灶及羽状边缘,不伴有上皮缺损,有前房积脓液平。左眼正常。诊断为真菌性角膜炎。尽管在此前患者经历了3wk的局部两性霉素B点眼(1次/2h),那他霉素眼液点眼(1次/4h),但并无病情恢复的迹象。相反12点出现了一个新的更大的基质脓肿病灶。我们应用5mg/L两性霉素B角膜基质注射联合穿透性角膜移植术治疗后溃疡面积明显减少,前房积脓完全消失,没有毒性反应发生。患者干预后2mo视力恢复了正常视力(6/6)。结论:使用两性霉素B5mg/L基质内注射,使用过程安全有效,是一种治疗难治性真菌性角膜炎的理想方法。 | Yanti Muslikhan Nor Sharina Yusof Khairy Shamel Sonny Teo Azhany Y aakob Mohtar Ibrahim | 2010 | 国际眼科杂志2010，10，11： | 4 |
| 2 | 梅毒性葡萄膜炎3例(英文)显示文摘目的:评估梅毒性葡萄膜炎患者的临床表现和视力。方法:梅毒性葡萄膜炎患者3例在USM医院接受治疗。结果:患者3例被诊断为继发性梅毒性葡萄膜炎,这3例患者患病之前均不知道患有梅毒,但他们有明确的乱交史。并且每个月都伴有逐步的视力下降。其中两人伴有发热、眼痛、眼前悬浮物。视力从6/12到手动。所有患者均出现前葡萄膜炎,玻璃体炎和视神经炎。第一例患者出现了多灶性脉络膜视网膜炎,并伴有渗出性视网膜脱离。第二例患者出现渗出性视网膜脱离,而第三例患者仅出现了脉络膜视网膜炎。所有患者每周注射苄青霉素2.4MU,共4wk,其中2例患者口服多西霉素200mg2次/d,共3mo。治疗效果良好,其中2例患者有显著的视力上升,分别从6/120到6/21和6/12到6/6。其中较严重的1例患者出现逆转录酶为阳性。结论:眼梅毒作为非肉芽肿性的炎症与渗出性视网膜脱离有关。治疗后虽然视力恢复比较缓慢,但普遍有良好的效果。 | Shin Wei Pan Nor Sharina Yusof Wan Hazabbah Wan Hitam Raja Azmi Mohd Noor Zunaina Embong | 2010 | 国际眼科杂志2010，10，12： | 1 |

| 14 | Hedgehog signaling pathway gene variant influences bronchopulmonary dysplasia in extremely low birth weight infants显示文摘Background Genome wide association study identified hedgehog interacting protein gene(HHIP)variants with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma.Loss of HHIP,a key regulator of the hedgehog signaling pathway,leads to impaired lung morphogenesis and lethality in animal models,through unimpeded sonic hedgehog expression blocking mesenchymal-expressed fibroblast growth factor 10(FGF10).Since bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)is also associated with altered lung development and worsens with stimuli including mechanical ventilation,reactive oxygen species,and inflammation,HHIP and FGF10 may be candidate genes.Methods This was an observational,cohort study including extremely low birth weight infants that who developed BPD and those who did not.DNA was isolated from buccal swabs and subjected to allelic discrimination,using specific HHIP and FGF10 probes.Protein levels were measured in tracheal aspirates.Student's t test,Chi-square,Z test and logistic regression were used.Results Demographic characteristics did not differ except that birth weight(715±153 vs.835±132 g)and gestational age(25 vs.26 weeks)were less in babies with BPD.HHIP variant rs 13147758(GG genotype)was found to be independently protective for BPD(odds ratio 0.35,95%confidence interval 0.15-0.82,P=-0.02).Early airway HHIP protein levels were increased in infants with BPD compared to those without[median(interquartile range)130.6(55.6-297.0)and 41.2(22.1-145.6)pg/mL,respectively;P=0.05].The FGF10 single nucleotide polymorphisms were not associated with BPD.Conclusion HHIP,as a regulator of lung bud formation,affects BPD susceptibility,and may be valuable in understanding the specific mechanisms for this disease as well as for identifying therapeutic targets in the era of personalized medicine. | Shaili Amatya Sharina Rajbhandari Sandeep Pradhan Van Trinh Umesh Paudel Lance A.Parton | 2021 | World Journal of Pediatrics2021，17，3： | 1 |

| 19 | Coupling coordinated development among digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment:A case study in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle,China显示文摘Coordinative development across various systems,particularly the economic,social,cultural,and human resources subsystems,is a key aspect of urban sustainability and has a direct impact on the quality of urbanization.The Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle,comprising Hangzhou City,Huzhou City,Jiaxing City,and Shaoxing City,was the first metropolitan circle approved by the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)as a demonstration of economic transformation in China.To evaluate the coupling coordination degree of the four cities and analyze the coordinative development in three systems(including digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment),we collected panel data during 2015–2022 from these four cities.The development level of the three systems was evaluated by the standard deviation method and comprehensive development index.The results are as follows:(1)the level of coupling coordinated development of the three systems in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle was relatively low;(2)the coupling coordination degree of the four cities in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle showed significant regional differences,among which Hangzhou City was in the leading position,and Huzhou,Jiaxing,and Shaoxing cities made steady but slow progress in the coupling development of the three systems;and(3)the development of digital economy and talent employment needs to be strengthened.This study contributes to the coordinative development of Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle by innovatively focusing on the coupling coordination relationship among digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment,which also meets the industrial layout of Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle.In this way,the optimal allocation and sustainable development of digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle can be achieved. | QIU Luyi Sharina OSMAN HUA Yidi | 2024 | Regional Sustainability2024，5，1： | 0 |
