| 1 | Hierarchy modeling of subsurface palaeochannel reservoir architecture显示文摘The studies on fluvial reservoir architecture are mainly aimed at outcrop and modern deposition,but rarely at the subsurface reservoir,so there are few effective methods to predict the distribution of subsurface reservoir architectures. In this paper,taking the meandering river reservoir of Guantao formation Gudao Oilfield,Jiyang depression,Baohai Gulf Basin,East China as an example,the archi-tectural modeling method of complex meandering belt reservoir is proposed,that is hierarchy con-straint,pattern fitting and multi-dimensional interaction. Architectures of meandering river reservoir can be divided into three hierarchies: meandering channel sandbody,point bar and lateral accretion body. Different hierarchies of the quantitative architecture pattern are fitted to subsurface well data (including dynamic monitoring data) in different hierarchies through one-dimensional hole,2D profiles and plane and 3D space,which are verified by each other. And then 3D model in different hierarchies is established. At the same time,the quantificational relationship between width of active river and the scale of point bar is set up,and the scale of lateral accretion sand body and shale beddings is con-firmed with horizontal well data. | 4 | Ce and Er Co-doped TiO2 for rapid bacteria- killing using visible light显示文摘Bacterial infection and related diseases are threatening the health of human beings.Photocatalytic disinfection as a simple and low-cost disinfection strategy is attracting more and more attention.In this work,TiO2 nanoparticles(NPs)were modified by co-doping of Ce and Er using the sol-gel method,which endowed TiO2 NPs with enhanced visible light photocatalytic performance but not pure ultraviolet photocatalytic properties compared the untreated TiO2.Our results disclosed that as the doping content of Er increased,the photocatalytic activity of modified TiO2 NPs initially increased and subsequently decreased.The same trend occurred for Ce doping.When the doping dose of Er and Ce is 0.5 mol%and 0.2 mol%,the 0.5Ce0.2Ti-O calcined at 800℃ presented the best antibacterial properties,with the antibacterial efficiency of 91.23%and 92.8%for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,respectively.The existence of Er ions is thought to successfully turn the near-infrared radiation into visible region,which is easier to be absorbed by TiO2 NPs.Meanwhile,the addition of Ce ions can effectively extend spectral response range and inhibit the recombination of electrons and holes,enhancing the photocatalytic disinfection activity of co-doped TiO2. | Yawei Ren Yajing Han Zhaoyang Li Xiangmei Liu Shengli Zhu Yanqin Liang Kelvin Wai Kwok Yeung Shuilin Wu | 2020 | Bioactive Materials2020,5,2: | 7 |
| 5 | Review: Utilization of yeast of Saccharomyces cerevisiae origin in artificially raised calves显示文摘Yeast of Saccharomyces cerevisiae(SCY) origin has over long time been incorporated into domestic animal diets. In calves, several products have offered improved performance and health. Although several types of research have been completed, the mode of action of SCY is not clear in calves. Under this review, we have highlighted the works available in the literature on the use of SCY in calves performance, health, immunity, and the gut environment. Both active live yeast and yeast culture have positive effects on growth, rumen, small intestines, immunity and general health of the calf. Specifically, SCY can improve DMI, growth, feed efficiency and reduce diarrhea in calves. Furthermore, subtle improvements are seen in rumen fermentation(increased butyrate production) and rumen papillae growth. These positive results are, however, more pronounced in calves that are under stress or exposed to significant levels of disease-causing agents. | 6 | Application of forecasting structural cracks technique of 3DMove in Chengdao buried hill显示文摘3DMove software, based on the three-dimension structural model of geologic inter- pretation, can forecast reservoir cracks from the point of view of formation of the structural ge- ology, and analyze the characteristics of the cracks. 3DMove software dominates in forecasting cracks. We forecast the developments and directions of the cracks in Chengbei buried hill with the application of forecasting technique in 3DMove software, and obtain the chart about strain distributing on top in buried hill and the chart about relative density and orientation and the chart about the analysis of crack unsealing. In Chengbei 30 buried hill zone, north-west and north-east and approximately east-west cracks in Cenozoic are very rich and the main directions in every fault block are different. | 8 | Experimental study on nucleation process of stick-slip instability on homogeneous and non-homogeneous faults显示文摘The nucleation process of stick-slip instability was analyzed based on the experimental measurements of strain and fault slip on homogeneous and non-homogeneous faults. The results show that the nucleation process of stick-slip on the homogeneous fault is of weak slip-weakening behavior under constant loading point velocity. The existence of a short 'weak segment' on the fault makes slip-weakening phenomenon in nucleation process more obvious, while the existence of a long 'weak segment' on the fault makes the nucleation process changed. The nucleation is characterized by accelerating slip in a local region and rapid increase of shear stress along the fault in this case, which is more coincident with the rate and state friction law. Most research on SLAs has concentrated on protecting the user data through encryption. However, these methods can not supervise a cloud service provider(CSP) directly. In order to address this problem, we propose a privacy-based SLA violation detection model for cloud computing based on Markov decision process theory. This model can recognize and regulate CSP's actions based on specific requirements of various users. Additionally, the model could make effective evaluation to the credibility of CSP, and can monitor events that user privacy is violated. | 13 | Hydrocarbon accumulation in network and its application in the continental rift basin显示文摘The concept of hydrocarbon accumulation in network was presented on basis of the overall analysis of the formation and evolution characteristics of the continental faulted basin and of the systemic re-search on the major controlling factors on the hydrocarbon accumulation. The hydrocarbon accumu-lation in network can be defined as hydrocarbon accumulation in a three-dimensional network system which is constituted by the hydrocarbon migration passages under multiple dynamics,following the hydrocarbon generation from source rocks. The research shows that the hydrocarbon accumulation in network is composed of four elements,i.e.,hydrocarbon source (source rock kitchen),hydrocarbon accumulation terminal (trap),network pathway connecting source and terminal (transporting system),and network potential driving hydrocarbon migration in the network pathway (migration dynamics). Compared with other networks,hydrocarbon accumulation in network has three basic characteristics: the irreversible geological process of material and information flow in the network; the loss of material and information in the flow process in the network; the multiple dynamics in the flow process. Interac-tion of all the elements in the geological process can be called hydrocarbon accumulation in network. There are three basic models for hydrocarbon accumulation in network,that is,hydrocarbon accumu-lation in the network source area,hydrocarbon accumulation in the network pathway,and hydrocarbon accumulation in the network terminal. The key in the application of the hydrocarbon accumulation models in network in practice is to confirm the major accumulation stage and the function range of the four elements controlling the hydrocarbon firstly,to predict the profitable accumulation region by su-perposition of the favorable areas confirmed by four elements consequently,and to evaluate the oil-bearing property of the trap as well as confirm drilling targets. | 15 | The enhanced photocatalytic sterilization of MOF-Based nanohybrid for rapid and portable therapy of bacteria-infected open wounds显示文摘Open wounds are prone to infection and difficult to heal,which even threatens the life of patients because bacterial infections can induce other lethal complications without prompt treatment.The commonly used antibiotics treatment for bacterial infections has been reported to cause globally bacterial resistance and even the occurrence of superbacteria.The highly effective and antibiotic-independent therapeutic strategies are urgently needed for treating various kinds of bacteria-infected diseases.In this work,we synthesized an eco-friendly nanohybrid material(ZnDMZ)consisting of a kind of biodegradable metal organic framework(MOF,ZIF-8)combined with Zn-doped MoS_(2)(Zn-MoS_(2))nanosheets,which exhibited great ability to kill bacteria and promote the healing of bacteria-infected wounds under 660 nm light irradiation.The underlying mechanism is that besides the local hyperthermia,the nanohybrid material exhibits enhanced photocatalytic performance than single component in it,i.e.,it can also be excited by 660 nm light to produce more oxygen radical species(ROS)due to the following factors.On one hand,the Zn doping can reduce the work function and the band gap of MoS_(2),which promotes the movement of photoexcited electrons to the surface of the material.On the other hand,the combination between Zn-MoS_(2) and MOF induces the formation of a built-in electric field due to their work function difference,thus accelerating the separation of photoexcited electron-hole pairs.Because of the synergy of photocatalytic effect,photothermal effect and the released Zn ions,the synthesized ZnDMZ possessed a highly effective antibacterial efficacy of 99.9%against Staphylococcus aureus under 660 nm light irradiation for 20 min without cytotoxicity.In vivo tests showed that this nanohybrid material promoted the wound healing due to the released Zn ions.This nanohybrid will be promising for rapid and portable treatment of bacteria-infected open wounds in pathogenic bacteria contaminated environments. | Chaofeng Wang Yue Luo Xiangmei Liu Zhenduo Cui Yufeng Zheng Yanqin Liang Zhaoyang Li Shengli Zhu Jie Lei Xiaobo Feng Shuilin Wu | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,7: | 3 |

| 20 | Simultaneously enhancing the photocatalytic and photothermal effect of NH_(2)-MIL-125-GO-Pt ternary heterojunction for rapid therapy of bacteria-infected wounds显示文摘Infections caused by bacteria threaten human health,so how to effectively kill bacteria is an urgent problem.We therefore synthesized a NH_(2)-MIL-125-GO-Pt ternary composite heterojunction with graphene oxide(GO)and platinum(Pt)nanoparticles co-doped with metal-organic framework(NH_(2)-MIL-125)for use in photocatalytic and photothermal synergistic disinfection under white light irradiation.Due to the good conductivity of GO and the Schottky junction between Pt and MOF,the doping of GO and Pt will effectively separate and transfer the photogenerated electron-hole pairs generated by NH_(2)-MIL-125,thereby effectively improving the photocatalytic efficiency of NH_(2)-MIL-125.Meanwhile,NH_(2)-MIL-125-GO-Pt has good photothermal effect under white light irradiation.Therefore,the NH_(2)-MIL-125-GO-Pt composite can be used for effective sterilization.The antibacterial efficiency of NH_(2)-MIL-125-GO-Pt against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were as high as 99.94%and 99.12%,respectively,within 20 min of white light irradiation.In vivo experiments showed that NH_(2)-MIL-125-GO-Pt could effectively kill bacteria and promote wound healing.This work brings new insights into the use of NH_(2)-MIL-125-based photocatalyst materials for rapid disinfection of environments with pathogenic microorganisms. | Yue Luo Bo Li Xiangmei Liu Yufeng Zheng Erjing Wang Zhaoyang Li Zhenduo Cui Yanqin Liang Shengli Zhu Shuilin Wu | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,12: | 2 |
