Landing site topographic mapping and rover localization for Chang’e-4 mission显示文摘This paper presents the techniques and results of landing-site topographic mapping and rover localization using orbital, descent and rover images in the Chang’e-4 mission.High-resolution maps of the landing site are generated from orbital and descent images.Local digital elevation models and digital orthophoto maps with 0.02 m resolution are generated at each waypoint. The location of the lander is determined as(177.588?E,45.457?S)using festure-matching techniques. The cross-site visual localization method is routinely used to localize the rover at each waypoint to reduce error accumulation from wheel slippage and IMU drift in dead reckoning. After the first five lunar days, the rover travels 186.66 m from the lander, according to the cross-site visual localization. The developed methods and results have been directly utilized to support the mission’s operations. The maps and localization information are also valuable for supporting multiple scientific explorations of the landing site.Zhaoqin LIU Kaichang DI Jian LI Jianfeng XIE Xiaofeng CUI Luhua XI Wenhui WAN Man PENG Bin LIU Yexin WANG Sheng GOU Zongyu YUE Tianyi YU Lichun LI Jia WANG Chuankai LIU Xin XIN Mengna JIA Zheng BO Jia LIU Runzhi WANG Shengli NIU Kuan ZHANG Yi YOU Bing LIU Jiangang LIU 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,4:3

Synergistic lubricating effect of graphene/ionic liquid composite material used as an additive显示文摘We prepared a graphene/ionic liquid(G/IL)composite material by the hybridization of G and an IL for use as a lubricating oil additive. The friction coefficient and wear volume of a base oil containing 0.04 wt%of the G/IL composite was reduced by 45%and 90%,respectively.Furthermore,the base oil containing the G/IL composite exhibited better lubricating properties than the base oil containing G,IL,or a mixture of IL and G at the same mass fraction.A synergistic lubrication mechanism was also revealed. The G/IL composite was adsorbed and deposited on the wear surface, forming a more ordered protective film and a unique tribochemical reaction film during rubbing. Therefore, the G/IL composite exhibited the synergistic lubricating effects of G and IL,which significantly improved the lubricating performance of the base oil. This study also suggested a way to limit the out-of-plane puckering of G at the macroscale.Lincong LIU Ming ZHOU Youtang MO Pengpeng BAI Qilin WEI Long JIN Shengli YOU Mingyue WANG Liangchuan LI Xin CHEN Xiao LI Yu TIAN 2021Friction2021,9,6:1
Estimation of the Postmortem Interval by Measuring Blood Oxidation‑reduction Potential Values显示文摘Accurate estimation of the postmortem interval(PMI)is an important task in forensic practice. In the last half-century,the use of postmortem biochemistry has become an important ancillary method in determining the time of death. The present study was carried out to determine the correlation between blood oxidation-reduction potential(ORP)values and PMIs,and to develop a three-dimensional surface equation to estimate the PMI under various temperature conditions.A total of 48 rabbits were placed into six groups and sacrificed by air embolism.Blood was obtained from the right ventricle of each rabbit, and specimens were stored at 10℃,15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃,and 35℃.At different PMIs(once every 4 h),the blood ORP values were measured using a PB-21 electrochemical analyzer.Statistical analysis and curve fitting of the data yielded cubic polynomial regression equations and a surface equation at different temperatures.Result:The results showed that there was a strong positive correlation between the blood ORP values at different temperatures and the PMI.This study provides another example of using a three-dimensional surface equation as a tool to estimate the PMI at various temperature conditions.Zhuqing Jiang Meng You Xu Wang Di Lu Haidong Zhang Shengli Di Fengqin Zhang Zhaoming Guo Xiaofei E Lin Chang Jian Xiang Rufeng Bai Tiantong Yang 2016Journal of Forensic Science and Medicine2016,2,1:0
Analyses of Medical Malpractice in Judicial Appraisal: 505 Cases显示文摘The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the current situation of medical malpractice and make suggestions for preventative measures from a judicial appraisal standpoint. From 2002 to 2011,we conducted and analyzed 505 medicolegal malpractice experiments at the Fada Institute of Forensic Medicine and Science(FIFMS)in Beijing,People’s Republic of China(PRC).We found that the occurrence of medical disputes in surgical and obstetrical/gynecological cases seemed more frequent. The main causes of medical disputes included issues regarding medical ethics, poor quality of the medical staff, equipment malfunctions, and dereliction of duty by the medical personnel. The reasons for dissatisfaction varied among the different levels of medical service.Basic medical services garnered the most complaints. If we can work to improve the moral and professional standards of the medical staff members, intensify their ethics, and foster good relationships between patients and medical professionals, the quality of medical care would improve and the number of disputes regarding medical services would be reduced.Meng You Xu Wang Di Lu Haidong Zhang Shengli Di Fengqin Zhang Zhaoming Guo Li Yuan Lin Chang Jian Xiang Lili Yu Yingkai Yang Tiantong Yang 2015Journal of Forensic Science and Medicine2015,1,1:0
Metagenomic analysis reveals oropharyngeal microbiota alterations in patients with COVID-19显示文摘COVID-19 remains a serious emerging global health problem, and little is known about the role of oropharynx commensal microbes in infection susceptibility and severity. Here,we present the oropharyngeal microbiota characteristics identified by shotgun metagenomic sequencing analyses of oropharynx swab specimens from 31 COVID-19 patients,29 influenza B patients, and 28 healthy controls. Our results revealed a distinct oropharyngeal microbiota composition in the COVID-19 patients, characterized by enrichment of opportunistic pathogens such as Veillonella and Megasphaera and depletion of Pseudopropionibacterium,Rothia, and Streptococcus.Based on the relative abundance of the oropharyngeal microbiome,we built a microbial classifier to distinguish COVID-19 patients from flu patients and healthy controls with an AUC of 0.889,in which Veillonella was identified as the most prominent biomarker for COVID-19 group.Several members of the genus Veillonella, especially Veillonella parvula which was highly enriched in the oropharynx of our COVID-19 patients, were also overrepresented in the BALF of COVID-19 patients, indicating that the oral cavity acts as a natural reservoir for pathogens to induce co-infections in the lungs of COVID-19 patients. We also found the increased ratios of Klebsiella sp.,Acinetobacter sp.,and Serratia sp.were correlated with both disease severity and elevated systemic inflammation markers(neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio,NLR),suggesting that these oropharynx microbiota alterations may impact COVID-19 severity by influencing the inflammatory response. Moreover, the oropharyngeal microbiome of COVID-19 patients exhibited a significant enrichment in amino acid metabolism and xenobiotic biodegradation and metabolism. In addition, all 26 drug classes of antimicrobial resistance genes were detected in the COVID-19 group, and were significantly enriched in critical cases. In conclusion,we found that oropharyngeal microbiota alterations and functional differences were associated with COVID-19 severity.Shengli Ma Fan Zhang Fengxia Zhou Hui Li Wenyu Ge Rui Gan Huan Nie Biao Li Yindong Wang Meng Wu Duo Li Dongmei Wang Zheng Wang Yuhong You Zhiwei Huang 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,6:0
