| 1 | Effect of antisense oligonucleotides targeting telomerase catalytic subunit on tumor cell proliferation in vitro显示文摘To screen specific antitumor drugs targeting telomerase catalytic subunit (hEST2), 12 different hEST2 antisense oligonucleotides were designed based on hEST2 mRNA second structure and transfected into tumor cell lines by the lipofectin-mediated method. Cell growth activity was evaluated by MTT assay. HEST212 was picked out and its specificity, antitumor tree and continuous effect were analyzed. | 2 | Bottom water temperature measurements in the South China Sea,eastern Indian Ocean and western Pacific Ocean显示文摘文章报道了一批新的海底底水温度(BWT)数据,其中南海(SCS)158个站位、东印度洋(EIO)30个站位及西太平洋(WPO)37个站位。基于这批新的BWT数据,获得南海和西太平洋海域底水温度与水深经验关系,可为地球物理和物理海洋提供准确、可靠的海底温度边界。这将有助于海底油气资源调查与评估。同时,这批实测数据表明:1)水深超过3500m的海域,其底水温度在南海约为2.47℃,比东印度洋(~1.34℃)和西太平洋(~1.60℃)稍微偏高。这与大洋传送带模式所预测的情况比较吻合。该模式认为:低温高盐的海水,从北大西洋格陵兰岛和冰岛附近海域下沉到深层,然后向南流动,再与南极洲周围海域的低温高盐海水一同向北进入印度洋和太平洋。而南海是一个相对比较封闭的热带边缘海,其内部海水与印度洋和菲律宾海交换有限,导致海水温度整体高于印度洋和太平洋。2)台西南盆地水深在2700~3000m的部分站位,其底水温高达约3.00℃,明显高于其周边同水深海域底水温度(平均值约为2.33℃)。这可能是台西南盆地海底水热活动导致的结果。3)在东印度洋和西太平洋水深超过4800m海域,底水温度随着水压增大稍有升高,其升高率分别为10.6mK·MPa^(-1)和12.0mK·MPa^(-1)。这与理论估算的深层底水绝热压力温度梯度范围较为吻合。这也意味着东印度洋和西太平洋深层底水,主要由绝热自压作用导致其温度随着深度的增大而升高。 | YANG Xiaoqiu SHI Xiaobin ZHAO Junfeng YU Chuanhai GAO Hongfang CHEN Aihua LU Yuanzheng CEN Xianrong LIN Weiren ZENG Xin XU Hehua REN Ziqiang ZHOU Shengqi XU Ziying SUN Jinlong KAMIYA Nana LIN Jian | 2018 | 热带海洋学报2018,37,5: | 8 |
| 3 | Selective electrocatalytic conversion of methane to fuels and chemicals显示文摘The increase in natural gas reserves makes methane a significant hydrocarbon feedstock. However, the direct catalytic conversion of methane into liquid fuels and useful chemicals remains a great challenge,and many studies have been devoted to this field in the past decades. Electrocatalysis is considered as an important alternative approach for the direct conversion of methane into value-added chemicals, although many other innovative methods have been developed. This review highlights recent advances in electrocatalytic conversion of methane to ethylene and methanol, two important chemicals. The electrocatalytic systems efficient for methane conversions are summarized with an emphasis on catalysts and electrolytes. | 5 | Solid-gas Phase Preparation Method for Porous Molybdenum Trioxide显示文摘A novel solid-gas reaction preparation technology was used to adjust the composition and microstructure of the composite crystal materials by changing the preparation parameters. Compared with the commonly used sol-gel method, acid base neutralization sedimentation method, hydrothermal method, and gas phase deposition method, the technology was relatively simplified and the elemental composition was controllable, without the use of openings and additives. A kind of multi-element composite porous metal oxide was obtained by pre-intercalation and decarburization. In order to increase the porosity of MoO3 material and promote the adsorption and diffusion of reactant molecules, the microstructure of MoO3 was studied. | 6 | 实时荧光PCR法检测肺癌细胞系中吉西他滨耐药相关基因的表达(英文)显示文摘Objective: To explore the molecular mechanism of gemcitabine-resistance, the relative mRNA expression of five genes related to gemcitabine-resistance was detected in six lung cancer cell lines. Methods: The total RNA was extracted from six lung cancer cell lines GLC-82, NCI-H460, A549, 95-C, 95-D and QG56. Then the cDNA was amplified by real-time quantitative PCR method to quantify the gene expression of RRM1, PTEN, ERCC1, dCK and CDA. The cytotoxicity of gem- citabine to cell lines was tested by MTT method. Results: Among the detected six lung cancer cell lines, the mRNA level of RRM1, PTEN and ERCC1 in lung squamous cell line QG56 was highest, and the IC50 of gemcitabine to QG56 cell line was also highest. | 7 | Effects of Simvastatin on Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress-Mediated Apoptosis in Atherosclerotic Calcification显示文摘Objective:The effectiveness of statins in reducing atherosclerotic calcification remains controversial.The aim of this study was to confirm that simvastatin reduces atherosclerotic calcification and stabilizes plaque by restricting endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)-mediated apoptosis.Methods:Twenty-four 8-week-old male apolipoprotein E(ApoE)-/-mice(C57BL/6J genetic background)were selected and randomly divided into model(n=12)and simvastatin(n=12)groups.Twelve male C57BL/6J mice were selected as control group(n=12).The mice were adaptively fed for 2 weeks and were put on a high-fat diet thereafter.After 9 weeks,they were treated with simvastatin(20 mg/kg)or phosphate-buffered saline daily for 8 weeks.Aortic sinus samples were obtained from ApoE-/-and C57BL/6J mice for hematoxylin and eosin,von Kossa,alizarin Red S,terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling,and immunohistochemical staining after in vivo treatment with simvastatin.In addition,mouse vascular smooth muscle cells were analyzed after exposure to simvastatin in vitro.Results:Administration of simvastatin in vivo drastically attenuated the atherosclerosis,calcification,and apoptosis,and decreased the serum levels of triglycerides,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.The expression levels of glucose-regulated protein,78 kDa(GRP78),C/EBP homologous protein(CHOP),and caspase 12(CASP12)in the aortic sinus decreased in the simvastatin group compared with the model group.In vitro,simvastatin or simvastatin plus ERS inhibitor(taurine)attenuated calcification and apoptosis,and reduced the expression of ERS-related proteins GRP78,CHOP,and CASP12.Conclusion:Treatment with simvastatin suppressed atherosclerotic calcification.This effect may be mediated through the inhibition of ERS-related apoptosis. | Jianhua Li Libo Zhao Zhe Zhou Lin Liu Xiao Zou Weihao Xu Li Fan Muyang Yan Shengqi Wang | 2022 | Cardiology Discovery2022,2,4: | 0 |
