1恶性肿瘤骨转移及骨相关疾病临床诊疗中国专家共识(英文)显示文摘Since 1980s, palliative medicine has been an independent educational project. The development of palliative care in China started in the early 1990s. During the last 18 years, we have seen an increasing allocation of resources to palliative care, the establishment of an academic chair in palliative medicine, and more focused interest and awareness of the need for palliative care in the society at large. So the doctors in China have established principles of treatment on clinical diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumor bone metastases and bone related complications. In order to share our experience with the world, after two years’ preparation, the top-level experts in palliative medicine have written the consensus statement on clinical diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumor bone metastases and bone related complications. The overview includes not only the achievements in the world, but the hands-on experience in clinic, especially the experience in combination of TCM and Western medicine. 2ITS2 barcoding DNA region combined with high resolution melting(HRM) analysis of Hyoscyami Semen, the mature seed of Hyoscyamus niger显示文摘Hyoscyami Semen, the mature dried seed of Hyoscyamus niger L., has long been used as a traditional Chinese medicine to treat human diseases. Hyoscyami Semen is found in local markets in China. In markets, sellers and buyers commonly inadvertently mix the seeds of H. niger with the seeds of related species such as Hygrophila salicifolia(Vahl) Nees, Astragalus complanatus R. Br., Cuscuta australis R. Br., Cuscuta chinensis Lam., and Impatiens balsamina L. because of their similar morphologies or similar names. Thus, developing a reliable method for discriminating H. niger seeds from its adulterants is necessary to reduce confusion and ensure the safe use of Hyoscyami Semen. The present study was designed to evaluate the efficiency of high-resolution melting analysis combined with DNA barcoding(Bar-HRM) with internal transcribed spacer 2 to discriminate H. niger. Our results show that Bar-HRM successfully identified the adulterants and detected the proportion of H. niger DNA extract within an admixture. In particular, HRM detected H. niger DNA extract in A. complanatus DNA extract at concentrations as low as 1%. In conclusion, the Bar-HRM method developed in the present study for authenticating H. niger is rapid and cost-effective. 3Regulation of pathological BBB restoration via nanostructured ROS-responsive glycolipid-like copolymer entrapping siVEGF for glioblastoma targeted therapeutics显示文摘Glioblastoma(GBM)is one of the malignant brain tumors with high mortality and no curative treatments.Abnormally elevated vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in GBM seriously disrupts the blood brain barrier(BBB)with an increased permeability,resulting in poor outcome and prognosis.RNAi interference has shown strong potential to inhibit VEGF expression,thus it is necessary to development an effective and safe gene delivery system possessing the ability to cross the BBB and target GBM cells.This study aims to explore the anti-GBM effect of angiopep-2(Ap)peptide modified reactive oxygen species(ROS)cleavable thioketal(TK)linked glycolipid-like nanocarrier(CSTKSA)delivering anti-VEGF siRNA(R),termed as Ap-CSTKSA/R complexes.Ap functionalized modification produced an enhanced cellular uptake and a stronger bio-distribution of Ap-CSTKSA/R complexes in U87 MG cells and brain tumor tissues,respectively.Ap-CSTKSA/R complexes exhibited great superiority in GBM growth inhibition and finally translated into the longest survival period mainly via receptor-mediated targeting delivery,VEGF gene silencing accompanied with remarkable angiogenesis inhibition,and suppressed expression of caveolin-1 which is involved in BBB functional regulation in the occurrence and treatment of GBM.The study indicated that Ap functionalization on ROS-responsive glycolipid-like copolymer exhibits a promising and effective gene delivery platform for GBM targeted treatment.Lijuan Wen Yu Peng Kai Wang Zhihua Huang Shiying He Ruiwen Xiong Longping Wu Fengtian Zhang Fuqiang Hu 2022Nano Research2022,15,2:2

5Frameless stereotactic aspiration and thrombolysis of moderate thalamic hemorrhage显示文摘To the editor:Frameless stereotactic aspiration and thrombolysis (FSAT) is appropriate for treating deep-seated brain hematoma such as thalamic haemorrhage (TH).1 We performed FSAT to determine the efficacy and safety of this method for treating moderate TH (hematoma volume of 10-30 ml). 6Evaluation of CMPAS precipitation products over Sichuan,China显示文摘高质量和高分辨率的降水产品在天气预报,数值模式模拟和气象防灾减灾方面起着重要的作用.本文利用四川地区高密度的地面降水传感器观测数据,比较CMPAS四种不同时空尺度的降水实况分析产品,评估CMPAS的融合准确性与在四川地区的适用性.研究表明:四种CMPAS降水产品都在四川盆地内精度较高,攀西地区和川西高原次之.随着降水量的增加,产品的误差也随之增加.CMPAS在夏秋两季对降水量高估,在春冬两季对降水量低估.总而言之,CMPAS在四川盆地内与观测数据的融合准确性较高.由于高原地区气象观测站点数量不足且观测数据受复杂地形和气候条件影响较大,CMPAS在高原地区的适用性检验仍需进一步研究.Shiying Li Xiaolong Huang Wei Wu Bing Du Yuhe Jiang 2022Atmospheric and Oceanic Science Letters2022,15,2:2
7Celastrol enhances transcription factor EB (TFEB)-mediated autophagy and mitigates Tau pathology:Implications for Alzheimer's disease therapy显示文摘Alzheimer's disease(AD),characterized by the accumulation of protein aggregates including phosphorylated Tau aggregates,is the most common neurodegenerative disorder with limited therapeutic agents.Autophagy plays a critical role in the degradation of phosphorylated Tau aggregates,and transcription factor EB(TFEB)is a master regulator of autophagy and lysosomal biogenesis.Thus,small-molecule autophagy enhancers targeting TFEB hold promise for AD therapy.Here,we found that celastrol,an active ingredient isolated from the root extracts of Tripterygium wilfordii(Lei Gong Teng in Chinese)enhanced TFEB-mediated autophagy and lysosomal biogenesis in vitro and in mouse brains.Importantly,celastrol reduced phosphorylated Tau aggregates and attenuated memory dysfunction and cognitive deficits in P301S Tau and 3xTg mice,two commonly used AD animal models.Mechanistical studies suggest that TFEB-mediated autophagy-lysosomal pathway is responsible for phosphorylated Tau degradation in response to celastrol.Overall,our findings indicate that Celastrol is a novel TFEB activator that promotes the degradation of phosphorylated Tau aggregates and improves memory in AD animal models.Therefore,Celastrol shows potential as a novel agent for the treatment and/or prevention of AD and other tauopathies.Chuanbin Yang Chengfu Su Ashok Iyaswamy Senthil Kumar Krishnamoorthi Zhou Zhu Sichang Yang Benjamin Chunkit Tong Jia Liu Sravan G.Sreenivasmurthy Xinjie Guan Yuxuan Kan Aston Jiaxi Wu Alexis Shiying Huang Jieqiong Tan Kingho Cheung Juxian Song Min Li 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,4:2

9In_(2)O_(3-)x(OH)y/Bi_(2)MoO_(6) S-scheme heterojunction for enhanced photocatalytic performance显示文摘Surface heterojunction engineering has been extensively studied to promote efficient charge separation in semiconductor materials.Designing an effective heterojunction system to optimize the separation and transport of photo-induced charges is an appealing strategy to enhance the photocatalytic efficiency.In this work,In_(2)O_(3)-x(OH)y in situ decorated Bi_(2)MoO_(6) two-dimensional step-scheme heterojunctions were synthesized through a controlled dehydroxylation process of indium-based precursors.The charge transfer mechanism of this step-scheme heterojunctions was confirmed by the characterization of electron structures,reactive species,photoelectric properties and DFT theoretical calculation.The band bending and the internal electric field caused by the charge transfer upon hybridization can effectively promote the separation of charges and present the optimal redox capacity.In addition,surface residual hydroxyl groups can regulate the surface energy state and optimize the interfacial charge transfer kinetics of the prepared step-scheme heterojunction.Eventually,the step-scheme heterojunction exhibits superior performance in photocatalytic reduction of hexavalent chromium and degradation of organic pollutants under visible light irradiation.This work provides an innovative perspective to construct photocatalyst with superior activity.Zhongfu Li Zhaohui Wu Rongan He Long Wan Shiying Zhang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,56,21:1

17Engineering Sodium Metal Anode with Sodiophilic Bismuthide Penetration for Dendrite-Free and High-Rate Sodium-Ion Battery显示文摘Sodium(Na)metal batteries with a high volumetric energy density that can be operated at high rates are highly desirable.However,an uneven Na-ion migration in bulk Na anodes leads to localized deposition/dissolution of sodium during high-rate plating/stripping behaviors,followed by severe dendrite growth and loose stacking.Herein,we engineer the Na hybrid anode with sodiophilic Na_(3)Bi-penetration to develop the abundant phase-boundary ionic transport channels.Compared to intrinsic Na,the reduced adsorption energy and ion-diffusion barrier on Na_(3)Bi ensure even Na^(+)nucleation and rapid Na^(+)migration within the hybrid electrode,leading to uniform deposition and dissolution at high current densities.Furthermore,the bismuthide enables compact Na deposition within the sodiophilic framework during cycling,thus favoring a high volumetric capacity.Consequently,the obtained anode was endowed with a high current density(up to 5 mA∙cm^(−2)),high areal capacity(up to 5 mA∙h∙cm^(−2)),and long-term cycling stability(up to 2800 h at 2 mA∙cm^(−2)).Wanyu Zhao Min Guo Zhijun Zuo Xiaoli Zhao Huanglin Dou Yijie Zhang Shiying Li Zichen Wu Yayun Shi Zifeng Ma Xiaowei Yang 2022Engineering2022,8,4:0
18Real time observation of the photocleavage of single DNA molecules显示文摘A method for real time observation of photo-cleavage of stretched λDNA at single molecular level by a fluorescent microscope coupled with CCD is developed. DNA molecules stained with YOYO-1 are stretched by the mo-lecular combing technique and fixed on a modified slide. Then the process of photocleavage and relaxation of DNA under radiation of blue light is observed. We speculate that the conformation change of stretched DNA and the effect of water are likely to facilitate the effect of YOYO photocleav-age DNA molecules. 20Different physiopsychological changes between AMS-susceptible and AMS-resistant pre-selected Antarctic expeditioners in Tibet显示文摘Through dynamically monitoring changes of acute mountain sickness(AMS)occurrences,cardiopulmonary function and mood states from Shanghai(4 m)to Lhasa(3650 m)and Yambajan(4300 m),Tibet,we obtained physiopsychological data of the 37th Chinese Antarctic pre-selected expeditioners for Kunlun Station.Through analyzing different physiopsychological changes between AMS-susceptible(AMS-S)and AMS-resistant(AMS-R)expeditioners,we would explore indicators to screen hypoxia-susceptible expeditioners.According to AMS occurrences evaluated by Lake Louise Score(LLS)in Yambajan,we divided the expeditioners(n=24,31.92±5.76 a)into AMS-S and AMS-R groups.Using a series of medical instrumentsand questionnaires,we monitored their cardiopulmonary function and mood states,and analyzed the differences of physiopsychological parameters between AMS-S and AMS-R groups.Compared with Shanghai,when expeditioners arrived in Yambajan,in both AMS-S and AMS-R groups,oxygen saturation(SpO2)significantly decreased,and blood pressure significantly increased(P<0.05).As for electrocardiogram(ECG),interval from the beginning to the end of QRS complex wave(QRS),interval from the beginning of QRS complex wave to the end of T wave(QT),interval between 2 adjacent P waves(PP)and interval between 2 adjacent R waves(RR)significantly decreased,heart rate(HR)and HR-corrected QT interval(QTc)significantly increased(P<0.05).Cardiac contractility and pumping function significantly decreased,systemic vascular resistance significantly increased(P<0.05).Pulmonary airway patency significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with AMS-R group,AMS-S group showed significantly lower SpO2 and higher stroke volume variation(SVV)in Shanghai,however,significantly lower maximal expiratory flow at 75%of forced vital capacity(MEF75),higher levels of anxiety,fatigue and confusion in Yambajan(P<0.05).In conclusion,when expeditioners arrived at 4300 m,their cardiopulmonary function and mood states changed significantly.SpO2,SVV,MEF75,anxiety,fatigue and confusion maybe could be used as clues for screening hypoxia-susceptible individuals.WU Xiaopei LIU Shiying WANG Xi WANG Jianan QIN Pengrui XU Chengli 2021Advances in Polar Science2021,32,3:0
