1Intervention effect and dose-dependent response of Tanreqing injection on airway inflammation in lipopolysaccharide-induced rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the effect of Tanreqing injection on airway inflammation in rats. METHODS: A rat model of airway inflammation was generated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Tanreqing injection was given by intratracheal instillation, and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from the right lung was collected. BALF total cell and neutrophil counts were then determined. In addition, BALF levels of inflammatory cytokines interleukin-1β, cytokine-induced neutrophil chemoattractant-1, and tumor necrosis factor-α were measured using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The middle lobe of the right lung was stained with hematoxylin-eosin and histological changes examined. RESULTS: LPS increased airway inflammation, decreased BALF inflammatory cell count, inflammatory cytokine levels, and suppressed leukocyte influx of the lung. The LPS-induced airway inflammation peaked at 24 h, decreased beginning at 48 h, and had decreased markedly by 96 h. 2Function of the auxin-responsive gene TaSAUR75 under salt and drought stress显示文摘Small auxin-upregulated RNAs(SAURs) are genes regulated by auxin and environmental factors. In this study, we identified a SAUR gene in wheat, Ta SAUR75. Under salt stress,Ta SAUR75 is downregulated in wheat roots. Subcellular localization revealed that Ta SAUR75 was localized in both the cytoplasm and nucleus. Overexpression of Ta SAUR75 increased drought and salt tolerance in Arabidopsis. Transgenic lines showed higher root length and survival rate and higher expression of some stress-responsive genes than control plants under salt and drought stress. Less H_2O_2 accumulated in transgenic lines than in control plants under drought stress. 4Predicting the Potential Distribution of Rubia cordifolia L.in China显示文摘[Objectives]We intend to conduct a study to predict habitat suitability and geographic distribution of Rubia cordifolia L.,to find the most suitable ecological environment for its growth,and to provide a theoretical basis for the development and cultivation of R.cordifolia L.industry.[Methods]Based on the environmental factors and the occurrence data,we predicted the potential geographic distribution of R.cordifolia L.in China by combining the MaxEnt model and ArcGIS.[Results]The training set and test set AUC were respectively 0.963 and 0.946,indicating that the MaxEnt model predicted well.The wettest monthly precipitation,precipitation in July,precipitation of driest season,and average monthly temperature in September and April were the dominant environmental factors affecting the distribution of R.cordifolia L.The highly habitable areas were mainly concentrated in central,eastern and northern China.[Conclusions]The results of this study can be used as a reference for the development of R.cordifolia L.industry in related areas.Wei QIN Suping JIANG Xueke ZHANG Dingkang CHEN Shoujin LIU Daiyin PENG 2021Medicinal Plant2021,12,3:2

12Graph-Based Chinese Word Sense Disambiguation with Multi-Knowledge Integration显示文摘Word sense disambiguation(WSD)is a fundamental but significant task in natural language processing,which directly affects the performance of upper applications.However,WSD is very challenging due to the problem of knowledge bottleneck,i.e.,it is hard to acquire abundant disambiguation knowledge,especially in Chinese.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a graph-based Chinese WSD method with multi-knowledge integration.Particularly,a graph model combining various Chinese and English knowledge resources by word sense mapping is designed.Firstly,the content words in a Chinese ambiguous sentence are extracted and mapped to English words with BabelNet.Then,English word similarity is computed based on English word embeddings and knowledge base.Chinese word similarity is evaluated with Chinese word embedding and HowNet,respectively.The weights of the three kinds of word similarity are optimized with simulated annealing algorithm so as to obtain their overall similarities,which are utilized to construct a disambiguation graph.The graph scoring algorithm evaluates the importance of each word sense node and judge the right senses of the ambiguous words.Extensive experimental results on SemEval dataset show that our proposed WSD method significantly outperforms the baselines.Wenpeng Lu Fanqing Meng Shoujin Wang Guoqiang Zhang Xu Zhang Antai Ouyang Xiaodong Zhang 2019Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,7:1
