Under normal growth conditions, disruption of AtctpA1 did not result in any apparent alterations in growth rate and thylakoid membrane protein components. However the mutant plants exhibited increased sensitivity to high irradiance. Degradation of PSII reaction center protein D1 was accelerated in the mutant during photoinhibition. | 4 | Bonding Interface of W-CuCrZr Explosively Welded Composite Plates for Plasma Facing Components显示文摘In order to realize the effective jointing of tungsten and Cu Cr Zr alloys manufactured for plasma facing components(PFCs), explosive welding is employed for its some unique advantages. Different welding characteristics were investigated in this study. The interfacial waveform of the welded plates changed periodically from flat-wavelet to a large wave and finally to a stable wave, which began with the detonation point. The bonding strength of the specimens is higher than 32.9 MPa. Welding hardening and the formation of microcracks occurred at the interface zone. | 5 | Al-free cladding-layer blue laser diodes with a low aspect ratio in far-field beam pattern显示文摘c-plane GaN-based blue laser diodes(LDs) were fabricated with Al-free cladding layers(CLs) and deepened etching depth of mesa structure, so the aspect ratio of the far-field pattern(FFP) of the laser beam can be reduced to as low as 1.7, which is nearly the same as conventional AlGa In P-based red LDs. By using GaN CLs,the radiation angle of the laser beam θ⊥ is only 10.1° in the direction perpendicular to the junction plane. After forming a deeply etched mesa, the beam divergence angle parallel to the junction plane of FFP, θ_(//), increases from4.9° to 5.8°. After using the modified structure, the operation voltage of LD is effectively reduced by 2 V at an injection current of 50 mA, but the threshold current value increases. | 7 | Mesh Deformation Method Based on Mean Value Coordinates Interpolation显示文摘Mesh deformation technique is widely used in many application fields, and has received a lot of attentions in recent years. This paper focuses on the methodology and algorithm of algebraic type mesh deformation for unstructured mesh in numerical discretization. To preserve mesh quality effectively, an algebraic approach for two and three dimensional unstructured mesh is developed based on mean value coordinates interpolation combined with node visibility analysis.The proposed approach firstly performs node visibility analysis to find out the visible boundary for each grid point to be moved, then evaluates the mean value coordinates of each grid point with respect to all vertices on its visible boundary. Thus the displacements of grid points can be calculated by interpolating the boundary movement by the mean value coordinates. Compared with other methods, the proposed method has good deformation capability and predictable computational cost, with no need to select parameters or functions. Applications of mesh deformation in different fields are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
