| 1 | 超声生物显微镜斑点追踪应变成像评价mdx小鼠内外膜心肌收缩功能显示文摘目的应用超声生物显微镜(UBM)二维斑点追踪应变成像(2D-STI)评价mdx小鼠/S内、外膜下心肌收缩功能异常。方法对24只mdx小鼠(C57BL/10ScSn-Dmdmdx/J)和24只正常对照小鼠(C57BL/10ScSn)进行研究。小鼠分别在3、6、9和12月龄时接受超声检查,常规心动图采集胸骨旁左心室(LV)长轴、乳头肌水平LV短轴二维图像,测量LV腔体积、射血分数(EF)及内径缩短率(FS)等指标。脱机分析两个不同切面LV心肌内外膜的纵向应变、圆周向应变及径向应变的收缩期峰值。结果 M型常规超声心动图发现,与正常对照小鼠相比,9月龄mdx小鼠心脏收缩功能异常,包括LV舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、LV收缩末期内径(LVESD)、LV舒张末期容积(LVEDV)和LV收缩末期容积(LVESV)增加,EF和FS降低。2D-STI分析发现6月龄mdx小鼠心脏收缩功能异常,与3月龄小鼠相比,6、9和12月龄小鼠的峰值应变(长轴、径向及圆周向)显著下降,6月龄与9月龄小鼠之间、9月和12月龄小鼠之间差异显著,与同期正常对照小鼠测值间差异也有统计学意义;而外膜下长轴及圆周向应变,与3月龄小鼠相比,9和12月龄时比较差异有统计学意义,与同月龄正常对照小鼠相比,9、12月龄mdx小鼠外膜下心肌长轴向应变及圆周向应变的峰值应变差异有统计学意义。结论 mdx小鼠6月龄时已经出现心肌收缩功能减低。UBM 2D-STI可发现这种变化,而传统M型超声心动图仅能发现9月龄及以上的心肌收缩功能异常。 | 李振洲 郑敏娟 李泉水 Shuping Ge Xiongwen Chen | 2011 | 中国医学影像技术2011,27,12: | 2 |
| 2 | 超声微泡靶向递送aFGF对糖尿病心肌病大鼠左心室收缩功能的保护作用显示文摘目的探讨应用携酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(aFGF)的脂质微泡结合超声靶向击破技术对糖尿病心肌病(DCM)大鼠左室收缩功能的保护作用。方法64只健康雄性SD大鼠中52只通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立DCM模型,其余12只作为正常对照组。DCM大鼠随机平均分为4组进行相应干预:DCM模型组、单纯aFGF用药组、Sono Vue-aFGF组及Sono Vue-aFGF+超声辐照组。干预前及干预后4周所有大鼠均行M型超声心动图及速度向量成像(VVI)检查,测定左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、收缩期乳头肌水平左室壁平均圆周应变(Sc)及径向应变(Sr)。处死大鼠后取心肌组织,行CD31免疫组织化学染色检测心肌微血管密度(MVD)。结果干预前,各实验组LVEF、LVFS、Sc及sr均明显低于正常对照组(P〈0.01)。干预后4周,Sono Vue-aFGF+超声辐照组大鼠Sc、Sr及MVD均较DCM模型组明显增高(P〈0.01),而单纯aFGF用药组和Sono Vue-aFGF组上述指标较DCM模型组略有增高(P〉0.05)。干预后4周,Sono Vue—aFGF+超声辐照组大鼠Sc、Sr较干预前明显增高(P〈0.05~0.01),DCM模型组上述指标较干预前明显减低(P〈0.05~0.01),单纯aFGF用药组和Sono Vue-aFGF组上述指标较干预前略有增高(P〉0.05)。结论超声联合脂质微泡靶向递送aFGF能有效改善DCM大鼠的左心室收缩功能。 | 茹翱 田新桥 赵应征 郑磊 厉星 李剑敏 金可可 张超 Shuping Ge | 2013 | 中华超声影像学杂志2013,22,12: | 1 |

| 12 | Physical and Mechanical Properties of Flakeboard Reinforced with Bamboo Strips显示文摘The objective of this study was to investigate the physical and mechanical performance of flakeboard reinforced with bamboo strips. The study investigated three different bamboo strip alignment patterns and an experimental control. All panels were tested in static bending both along parallel and perpendicular to the lengths of the bamboo strips. Internal bond strength (IB), thickness swelling (TS), linear expansion (LE), and water absorption (WA) were also examined. As expected, modulus of rupture (MOR) and modulus of elasticity (MOE) were substantially greater for all three experimental panel types as compared to the control group. LE was also improved for all three experimental panel groups. The bamboo strip alignment patterns had no significant effect on TS, WA and IB. The sample means for MOR, MOE and LE tested perpendicular to the bamboo strip lengths yielded slightly lower mean values than corresponding samples tested parallel to the bamboo strips lengths. | 14 | Experimental study of large-amplitude standing-wave field obtained in a standing-wave tube with uniform cross section显示文摘A large-amplitude standing-wave field of 182.1 dB is obtained under the excitation at the resonant frequency of the lst-order peak of the sound pressure transfer function in an improved standing-wave tube experimental system,and saturation of harmonics and waveform distortion are investigated experimentally for the large-amplitude standing-wave fields obtained under the excitations at the resonant frequencies of the 1 st-to the 5 th-order peaks.The results show that although the sound pressure level has reached 182.1 dB under the excitation at the resonant frequency of the 1 st-order peak,the waveform distortion is the minimum and the harmonic saturation is not observed.However,the large-amplitude standing-wave field excited at the resonant frequency of the 3 rd-order peak exhibits the trend of the harmonic saturation.Comparison of the large-amplitude standing-wave fields obtained under the excitations at valley resonant frequencies shows that the standing-wave field excited at the resonant frequency of the 1 st-order valley has the largest SPL,but also has the largest waveform distortion.Under the same source-driving voltage,the standing-wave field excited at the resonant frequency of the 1 st-order peak always has greater SPL than the standing-wave field excited at the resonant frequency of the 1 st-order valley.Hence,to obtain a large-amplitude standing-wave field,it’s better to excite at the resonant frequency of the 1 st-order peak of the SPTF by using loudspeaker in a standing-wave tube with uniform cross section. | MIN Qi HE Wanquan WANG Quanbiao GE Shuping WANG Shengyu | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2019,38,3: | 0 |
