| 2 | All-trans retinoic acid reverses malignant biological behavior of hepatocarcinoma cells by regulating miR-200 family members显示文摘As a potential chemo-therapeutic agent,all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA)can signif-icantly reverse epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)of hepal-6 hepatocarcinoma cell line in vitro,but the mechanism is unclear.The expression profile of microRNA-200(miR-200)families is different in hepatocellular carcinoma.In this study,we found that ATRA trea tment could up-regulate the expression of miR-200a-3p,200c-3p,and 141-3p,which were involved in ATRA regulated proliferation and apoptosis of hepal-6 cell,but not colony formation.Meanwhile,miR-200a-3p,200c-3p,and 141-3p could recovery ATRA inhibited migration and invasion abilities of hepal-6 cells at various levels.miR-200a-3p and 200c-3p prevented ATRA from inducing the differentia tion and hepatic functions of hepal-6 cells.An-tagomir specific for miR-200a-3p and 200c-3p down-regulated the expression of CK18,but only miR-200a-3p anta gomir played prominent role in regula ting the expression of these mesenchymal markers,N-Cadherin,Snail and Twist.The transcriptional activities of 8 tran-scription factors were up-regulated and 35 transcription factors were down-regulated by ATRA.Compared with ATRA group,inhibition of miR-200a-3p,200c-3p,and 141-3p significantly strengthened the expression of Fra1/Jun(AP1),Ets1/PEA3,Brn3,and Zeb1/AREB6 at varying degrees.Therefore,this result suggested that ATRA may suppress EMT through down-regulating miR-200a-3p,200c-3p and 141-3p related transcription factors.miR-200 and their downstream genes might be the potentially specific targets for the treat-ment of hepatocarcinoma. | Jiejie Cui Mengjia Gong Shuyu Fang Chaoqun Hu Yi Wang Jingfang Zhang Ni Tang Yun He | 2021 | Genes & Diseases2021,8,4: | 2 |

| 6 | Building multipurpose nano-toolkit by rationally decorating NIR-Ⅱ fluorophore to meet the needs of tumor diagnosis and treatment显示文摘Phototheranostics have attracted tremendous attention in cancer diagnosis and treatment because of the noninvasiveness and promising effectiveness.Developing advanced phototheranostic agents with long emission wavelength,excellent biocompatibility,great tumor-targeting capability,and efficient therapeutic effect is highly desirable.However,the mutual constraint between imaging and therapeutic functions usually hinders their wide applications in biomedical field.To balance this contradiction,we herein rationally designed and synthesized three novel tumor-targeted NIR-Ⅱ probes(QR-2PEG_(321),QR-2PEG_(1000),and QR-2PEG_(5000)) by conjugating three different chain lengths of PEG onto an integrin α_(v)β_(3)-targeted NIR-Ⅱ heptamethine cyanine fluorophore,respectively.In virtue of the essential amphiphilic characteristics of PEG polymers,these probes display various degree of aggregation in aqueous buffer accompanying with differential NIR-Ⅱ imaging and photothermal(PTT) therapeutic performance.Both in vitro and in vivo results have demonstrated that probe QR-2PEG_(5000) has the best NIR-Ⅱ imaging performance with prominent renal clearance,whereas QR-2PEG_(321)possesses excellent photoacoustic signal as well as PTT effect,which undoubtedly provides a promising toolbox for tumor diagnosis and therapy.We thus envision that these synthesized probes have great potential to be explored as a toolkit for precise diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. | Chaoxiang Cui Jiachen Li Jing Fang Yan Zhao Yuqi Zhang Shuyue Ye Anna Wang Yali Feng Qiulian Mao Hongni Qin Haibin Shi | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,7: | 0 |
| 7 | Risk factors for postpartum posttraumatic stress disorder after emergency admission显示文摘BACKGROUND:Postpartum posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD)can occur in women who give birth after emergency admission.The identification of risk factors for this condition is crucial for developing effective preventive measures.This retrospective study aimed to explore the incidence and risk factors for postpartum PTSD in women who give birth after emergency admission.METHODS:Medical records of women who gave birth after emergency admission were collected between March 2021 and April 2023.The patients’general conditions and perinatal clinical indicators were recorded.The puerperae were divided into PTSD group and control group based on symptom occurrence at six weeks postpartum.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to identify risk factors.RESULTS:A total of 276 puerperae were included,with a PTSD incidence of 20.3% at six weeks postpartum.Multivariate logistic regression analysis identified emergency cesarean section(odds ratio[OR]=2.102;95%confidence interval[CI]:1.114-3.966,P=0.022),admission to the emergency department after midnight(12:00 AM)(OR=2.245;95%CI:1.170-4.305,P<0.001),and cervical dilation(OR=3.203;95%CI:1.670–6.141,P=0.039)as independent risk factors for postpartum PTSD.Analgesia pump use(OR=0.500;95%CI:0.259–0.966,P=0.015)was found to be a protective factor against postpartum PTSD.CONCLUSION:Emergency cesarean section,admission to the emergency department after midnight,and cervical dilation were identified as independent risk factors for postpartum PTSD,while analgesic pump use was a protective factor.These findings provide insights for developing more effective preventive measures for women who give birth after emergency admission. | Fengxia Du Jun Zha Yan Li Lichao Fang Shuyu Xia Youjia Yu | 2024 | World Journal of Emergency Medicine2024,15,2: | 0 |
