| 1 | Surface chemical properties and pore structure of the activated coke and their effects on the denitrification activity of selective catalytic reduction显示文摘In order to study the mechanism of selective catalytic reduction of activated coke to remove NO in low-temperature flue gas and provide some theoretical basis for the development of related technologies.The pore sizedistribution and BET specific surface area of AC were obtain by data analyzing of N2 adsorption/desorption isotherm at -196 ℃ and carbon matrix and surface chemistry of virgin activated coke samples were characterized by acid-base titration and XPS.The process of selective catalytic reduction of activated coke (AC) samples with NH3 as reducing agent was studied in a fixed bed reactor at 150 ℃.The result shows that pore size distribution or BET specific surface of activated cokes have not correlation with denitrification activity for SCR.The NO reduction activities of the activated cokes are apparent to increase with their surface oxygen element content and total amount of acidic sites.Obviously there is good linear relationship between the NH3 adsorption capacity and activity for SCR with linear correlation coefficient 0.943.It has been presented that adsorption of NH3 on acidic functional groups in the edge of large polycyclic aromatic ring of activated coke is key rate controlling step in the SCR heterogeneous catalytic reaction. | Wei Xie Daming Liang Lanting Li Sijian Qu Wu Tao | 2019 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2019,6,4: | 8 |
| 2 | Mechanical analysis of effective pressure relief protection range of upper protective seam mining显示文摘This paper analyzes the control mechanism of coal and gas outbursts and proposes the concept of an effective pressure relief protection range, based on the stress relief of the underlying coal-rock mass and the development of a plastic zone. Also this study developed a stress change and fracture development model of the underlying coal-rock mass. In addition, the stress and depth of fracture of any point in the floor were deduced with the application of Maple Calculation Software. The specific engineering parameters of the Pingdingshan No. 12 colliery were applied to determine the relationship between the depth of fracture in the floor and the mining height. The pressure-relief principle of the underlying coal-rock mass was analyzed while varying the mining height of the upper protective seam. The findings indicate that as the depth of fracture in the floor increases, the underlying coal-rock mass experiences a limited amount of pressure relief, and the pressure relief protection range becomes narrower.Additionally, the stress distribution evolves from a ‘‘U' shape into a ‘‘V' shape. A 2.0 m mining height of protective seam situates the outburst-prone seam, Ji_(15), within the effective pressure relief protection range. The fracture development and stress-relief ratio rises to 88%, ensuring the pressure-relief effect as well as economic benefits. | 3 | Adsorption-oxidation of hydrogen sulfide on Fe/walnut-shell activated carbon surface modified by NH_3-plasma显示文摘Walnut-shell activated carbon(WSAC) supported ferric oxide was modified by non-thermal plasma(NTP), and the removal efficiency for hydrogen sulfide over Fe/WSAC modified by dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) was significantly promoted. The sample modified for10 min and 6.8 k V output(30 V input voltage) maintained 100% H2 S conversion over a long reaction time of 390 min. The surface properties of adsorbents modified by NTP under different conditions were evaluated by the methods of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller(BET) analysis and in-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), to help understand the effect of the NTP treatment. NTP treatment enhanced the adsorption capacity of Fe/WSAC, which could due to the formation of micro-pores with sizes of0.4, 0.5 and 0.75 nm. XPS revealed that chemisorbed oxygen changed into lattice oxygen after NTP treatment, and lattice oxygen is beneficial for H2 S oxidation. From the in-situ FTIR result,transformation of the reaction path on Fe/WSAC was observed after NTP modification. | 4 | Healthcare Services Demand in Post-disaster Settings:The 2014 Earthquake in Ludian County,Yunnan Province,China显示文摘Healthcare relief teams dispatched to rural areas often face difficulties due to limited initial and ongoing health information in the affected community.The present study investigated patterns of healthcare service demand for a rural displaced population in a post-disaster situation.Three weeks after the 2014 Ludian County earthquake,the Institute for Disaster Management and Reconstruction(IDMR) at Sichuan University and Hong Kong Polytechnic University organized a disaster nursing team to support the rural community in Longtoushan,at the epicenter of the earthquake.A cross-sectional,records-based study of 2484 records obtained from a temporary hospital in Longtoushan(for the period of 14 September-1 October 2014) was conducted.The daily number of records by patients' sociodemographic characteristics and medical diagnoses were plotted on a time series graph to explore the temporal change during the study period.Findings indicate that healthcare service demand from younger age groups was higher than that of the older adult group.Three major health problems were observed:respiratory disease,skin problems,and ear,eye,and throat(EET) problems.All of these very real health problems are chronic issues that require long-term care.They are not health issues directly related to the disaster emergency itself.Yet disaster relief nursing teams were selected on the basis of their ability to cope primarily with traumatic disaster-related injuries.The existing practice of teaming up disaster relief professions might not be optimal.To better understand the healthcare needs of a displaced population,short- and long-term planning is needed.Planning will allow disaster response professionals to better organize and deploy healthcare personnel to manage the above-listed problems in a postdisaster situation. | Ho Ting Wong Sijian Li | 2016 | International Journal of Disaster Risk Science2016,7,4: | 4 |

| 6 | Dynamic Multi-Task Allocation Method for Passenger Diffusion in Mobile Crowd Sensing显示文摘This paper aims to solve the problem of low efficiency,high cost and instability in opportunistic network transmission in the process of mobile group intelligence perception task allocation.Two multi-task dynamic distribution methods based on Lowest cost Participant selection algorithm(LC-PSA)based on user incentive cost and Least number Participant selection algorithm(LN-PSA)based on number of users are proposed respectively.Through these two algorithms,the goal of minimizing the number of people and moving distance required for the task and reducing the system’s incentive cost is achieved.Simulation experiments show that compared with similar algorithms,the number of participants in the task distribution scheme selected by the LN-PSA algorithm is reduced by 24.0%,and the system resource consumption is lower,which can provide stable services for the system when users are insufficient in emergencies.Compared with the traditional greedy heuristics algorithm,the LC-PSA algorithm reduces the total system cost by 37.74%and has better overall performance in the comparison experiment. | JIANG Weijin LYU Sijian | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2021,30,5: | 3 |

| 15 | Isotopic evidence for soil water sources and reciprocal movement in a semi-arid degraded wetland:Implications for wetland restoration显示文摘Understanding water dynamics is a prerequisite for the restoration of degraded ecosystems in arid and semiarid regions.In this study,we carried out δD and δ^(18)O analyses of precipitation,unsaturated soil water,overland flow,surface runoff,and groundwater samples from a seasonally flooded wetland in the Momoge National Nature Reserve of the Songnen Plain,Northeast China,to identify the water sources and understand the mechanisms of unsaturated soil water movement.Unsaturated soil water content(W/W%)at every 20 cm along with a soil profile(0–100 cm)was collected during the growing season,and the HYDRUS-1D model was used to simulate temporal-spatial variations.The results showed that the local meteoric water line(δD=5.90δ18O-7.34,R2=0.95)had a smaller slope and intercept than the global meteoric water line because of strong evaporation at our study site under semi-arid climate.The groundwater was partly recharged by local precipitation via overland flow and unsaturated soil water infiltration.Unsaturated soil water was sourced from both precipitation and groundwater with variations at different depths.The upper soil layer at 0–15 cm was mainly sourced from limited precipitation,while the groundwater could move up to a 25 cm layer during the dry period.The unsaturated soil water content increased with soil depth in the top 40 cm,decreased at depths of 40 to 80 cm,and increased again at depths of 80 to 100 cm.The HYDRUS-1D model could simulate the unsaturated soil water dynamics well in the upper(0–40 cm)and lower(80–100 cm)sections,but poorly for depths of 40–80 cm due to the upward and downward flow.The bidirectional unsaturated soil water movement highlights the importance of capillary groundwater for wetland plants with similar climatic or hydrogeological conditions. | Yuanchun Zou Sijian Zhang Xiaofei Yu Guobin Fu Xianguo Lu | 2023 | Fundamental Research2023,3,6: | 1 |

| 17 | Characterization of longshore currents in southern East China Sea during summer and autumn显示文摘Current characteristics and vertical variations during summer and autumn in the southern East China Sea were investigated by measuring current profile, tide, wind, and wave data for 90 d from July 28 to October 25, 2015. Our results are:(1) The current was mainly a(clockwise) rotating flow, displaying reciprocating flow characteristics,and vertically the current directions were the same throughout the vertical profile.(2) The horizontal current speed was strongest during August(summer) with an average speed of 51.8 cm/s. The average current speeds during spring tides were highest in August and weakest in September, with speeds of 59.9 and 42.8 cm/s,respectively.(3) Considerable differences exist in average current speeds in different layers and seasons. The highest average current speeds were found in the middle–upper layers in August and in the middle–lower layers in September and October.(4) The residual current speed was highest in August, when the speed was 12.5–47.1 cm/s,whereas the vertical average current speed was 34.3 cm/s. The depth-averaged residual current speeds in September and October were only 50% of that in August, and the residual current direction gradually rotated in a counter-clockwise direction from the lower to surface layers.(5) Typhoon waves had a significant influence on the currents, and even affected the middle and lower water layers at depths of >70.0 m.
