| 3 | Microstructure of fly ash cenosphere/AZ91D composite during solution treatment at 380-420℃显示文摘The fly ash cenosphere/AZ91D (FAC/AZ91D) composites containing 5 wt.% and 100 μm in size of fly-ash cenosphere particles were fabricated by means of the compcasting method.The microstructures of the as-cast samples and the effect of the solution treatment at 380℃,400℃,and 420℃ for 16 h on the microstructures of the samples were investigated by using of OM,SEM,XRD and EDS.The results showed that the cenospheres distributed homogeneously in the Mg alloy,and were almost filled with Mg alloy.The main interfacial phase between the cenospheres and AZ91D Mg alloy was identified as MgAl2O4 according to XRD,EDS and thermodynamic analysis.Mg2Si particles tended to be spheroidized via the solution treatment and the β phase (Mg17Al12) dissolved completely at 400℃. | Huang Zhiqiu Yu Sirong Li Muqin Liu Hongli | 2011 | China Foundry2011,8,1: | 1 |

| 13 | Large-scale fabrication of decoupling coatings with promising robustness and superhydrophobicity for antifouling,drag reduction,and organic photodegradation显示文摘It is still a challenge to achieve large-area preparation of robust superhydrophobic surfaces with strong mechanical stability.Here,a simple and low-cost method to prepare robust decoupling superhydrophobic coatings on aluminum(Al)alloys substrate has been presented.The superhydrophobicity and robustness of decoupling coatings are realized by structuring surfaces at two different length scales,with nanostructures for superhydrophobicity and microstructures for robustness.This prepared decoupling coating shows promising superhydrophobicity,with water contact angle(CA)of~158.4°and roll off angle(RA)of~3°.It also exhibits high repellency for impacting water droplets.Notably,the decoupling coating processes outstanding adhesion strength on the substrate after tape-peeling and cross-cut tests,also with promising wear resistantance after sandpaper abrasion and wear test.The friction coefficient of this decoupling coating is only~0.2.In addition,the robust decoupling superhydrophobic coating is applied to underwater buoyancy enhancement and fluid resistance reduction(drag reduction rate~30.09%).This decoupling superhydrophobic coating also displays promising self-cleaning and antifouling properties.Moreover,benefitting from the photocatalytic property of TiO2,this decoupling coating is also exploited for degrading organics to achieve seawater purification.This obtained decoupling superhydrophobic coating is expected to apply on other solids in marine fields,and the simple and eco-friendly method develops the potential practical application. | Lei XIN Hao LI Jian GAO Zhongwei WANG KaiJie ZHOU Sirong YU | 2023 | Friction2023,11,5: | 1 |

| 19 | Influence of current density on nano-Al_2O_3/Ni+Co bionic gradient composite coatings by electrodeposition显示文摘Metal and nano-ceramic nanocomposite coatings were prepared on the gray cast iron surface by the electrodeposition method. The Ni-Co was used as the metal matrix,and nano-Al2O3 was chosen as the second-phase particulates. To avoid poor inter-face bonding and stress distribution,the gradient structure of biology materials was found as the model and therefore the gradient composite coating was prepared. The morphology of the composite coatings was flatter and the microstructure was denser than that of pure Ni-Co coatings. The composite coatings were prepared by different current densities,and the 2-D and 3-D morphologies of the surface coatings were observed. The result indicated that the 2-D structure became rougher and the 3-D surface density of apices became less when the current density was increased. The content of nanoparticulates reached a maximum value at the current density of 40mA·cm-2,at the same time the properties including microhardness and wear-resistance were analyzed. The microhardness reached a maximum value and the wear volume was also less at the current density of 40mA·cm-2. | 20 | Effect of Nb on the Interfacial Wettability in Al_2O_3/Medium Mn Steel显示文摘To develop medium Mn steel (MMS) matrix composites reinforced by AI203 particles, the effect of Nb on the interracial wettability of Al2O3/MMS and its mechanism were investigated in this paper. The results show that the wetting angle of the specimens with different Nb contents are bigger than that of the specimen without Nb at the first stage, and then decreases with time at 1450℃. At certain time, the wetting angle is lower than that of the specimen without Nb. At 1550 and 1600℃, the wetting angle of the specimens containing Nb decreases quickly with time at first stage. After 10 min, the wetting angle reaches a steady state, and hardly changes with time.
