2Reliability Sensitivity Algorithm Based on Stratified Importance Sampling Method for Multiple Failure Modes Systems显示文摘Combining the advantages of the stratified sampling and the importance sampling,a stratified importance sampling metho(SISM) is presented to analyze the reliability sensitivity for structure with multiple failure modes.In the presented method,th variable space is divided into several disjoint subspace by n-dimensional coordinate planes at the mean point of the random vec tor,and the importance sampling functions in the subspaces are constructed by keeping the sampling center at the mean poin and augmenting the standard deviation by a factor of λ.The sample size generated from the importance sampling function i each subspace is determined by the contribution of the subspace to the reliability sensitivity,which can be estimated by iterativ simulation in the sampling process.The formulae of the reliability sensitivity estimation,the variance and the coefficient o variation are derived for the presented SISM.Comparing with the Monte Carlo method,the stratified sampling method and th importance sampling method,the presented SISM has wider applicability and higher calculation efficiency,which i demonstrated by numerical examples.Finally,the reliability sensitivity analysis of flap structure is illustrated that the SISM ca be applied to engineering structure.Zhang Feng Lu Zhenzhou Cui Lijie Song Shufang 2010Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2010,23,6:7
3Role of VEGF-A/C and CCR-7 in the enhanced metastasis of A549 cells induced by 2 and 4 Gy X-rays in vitro and in vivo显示文摘Radiotherapy is a common strategy in treating lung cancer.Accumulating evidence suggested that radiotherapy has the potential to promote the metastasis and invasion of carcinoma cells.In this study,we aimed to testify the role of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and C-C chemokine receptor-7(CCR-7)in the metastasis of human adenocarcinoma A549 cells in vivo and in vitro.Nude mice were injected with A549 cells irradiated by 0,2 and 4 Gy X-rays,respectively.Quantitative detections of VEGF-A/C and CCR-7 mRNA from lung sample were performed by real-time RT-PCR.Small interfering RNA(siRNA)transfection technology was further used to testify the role of the genes in the metastasis of A549 cells.VEGF and CCR-7mRNA could only be detected 10 weeks post injection in vivo when visible tumor foci scattered in lung.In addition,VEGF-A/C mRNA expressed significantly higher in mice injected with A549 cells irradiated by 2 and 4 X-rays than those with 0 Gy X-rays irradiation.On the other hand,A549 cells with or without X-rays irradiation transfected with VEGF siRAN and CCR-7 siRNA showed a dramatic decrease of invasiveness compared to normal A549 cells with or without irradiation.The migration indexes were?0.7,?0.48,?0.34 and?0.32 for A549 cells with CCR-7 siRNA,VEGF siRNA,X-rays combined CCR-7 siRNA and X-rays combined VEGF-siRNA respectively.These results demonstrated that X-rays could promote the metastasis of A549 cells,and VEGF-A/C and CCR-7 mRNA were closely related to the metastasis of A549 cells in vivo and in vitro.LV Jin JIANG QiSheng SONG XiuJun WANG CuiLan GUO LiJie WANG SiNian LI FengSheng HU WenWei 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,5:4

13CmRCD1 represses flowering by directly interacting with CmBBX8 in summer chrysanthemum显示文摘The CmBBX8-CmFTL1 regulatory module is a key determinant in the transition from vegetative growth to reproductive development in summer-flowering chrysanthemum.However,the detailed regulatory mechanism of CmBBX8-mediated flowering remains elusive.In this study,we revealed that RADICAL-INDUCED CELL DEATH 1(CmRCD1)physically associated with CmBBX8 through bimolecular fluorescence complementation(BiFC),pulldown and Coimmunoprecipitation(CoIP)assays.Furthermore,the RCD1-SRO1-TAF4(RST)domain of CmRCD1 and the B-box of CmBBX8 mediated their interaction.In addition,Luciferase(LUC)assays and electrophoretic mobility shift assay(EMSAs)showed that CmRCD1 repressed the transcriptional activity of CmBBX8 and interfered with its binding to the CmFTL1 promoter,thereby leading to delayed flowering in the summer chrysanthemum‘Yuuka’.These results provide insight into the molecular framework of CmRCD1-CmBBX8-mediated flowering in chrysanthemum.Lijun Wang Hua Cheng Qi Wang Chaona Si Yiman Yang Yao Yu Lijie Zhou Lian Ding Aiping Song Dongqing Xu Sumei Chen Weimin Fang Fadi Chen Jiafu Jiang 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:1
