| 1 | Quasi-equilibrium glide adaptive guidance for hypersonic vehicles显示文摘The entry-glide guidance strategy for hypersonic vehicles that can satisfy both terminal and path constraints is investigated in this paper.We propose a quasi-equilibrium glide adaptive guidance methodology based on the quasi-equilibrium glide condition(QEGC),which innovatively utilizes the quasi-equilibrium glide phenomenon in lifting entry.With the aid of QEGC,both range and terminal velocity can be predicted analytically with high precision.The path constraints are converted into angle of attack constraints,which has been difficult to realize by using traditional predictive guidance methods.The algorithm is independent of the standard trajectory.All the guidance commands,including the bank angle and the angle of attack,are calculated analytically in real time,which endows the algorithm with sufficient adapbility.The results of a CAV-H vehicle guidance test show that the algorithm leads the vehicle along a quasi-equilibrium glide trajectory satisfying both the terminal and path constraints and has sufficient flexibility for occasional mission changes.Furthermore,the robustness of the guidance algorithm under disturbances is validated through a Monte Carlo simulation. | XU MingLiang CHEN KeJun LIU LuHua TANG GuoJian | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,3: | 30 |
| 2 | Nonlinear hierarchy-structured predictive control design for a generic hypersonic vehicle显示文摘A hierarchy-structured predictive controller is designed and analyzed for rotation motion dynamics of a generic hypersonic vehicle(GHV).This vehicle model has fast variability,is highly nonlinear,and includes uncertain parameters.The controller contains two subsystems,the inner-fast-loop nonlinear generable predictive controller(NGPC)and the outer-slow-loop NGPC,both of which are designed by the closed-form optimal generable predictive control method.Thus,the heavy on-line computational burden in the classical predictive control method is avoided.The hierarchy structure of the control system decreases the relative degree of each subsystem and helps increase the dynamic response speed of the attitude controller.In order to improve the robustness of the control system,a feedback correction algorithm is proposed that corrects the calculation error between the predictive model and the real dynamic model.Simulation studies are conducted for the trimmed cruise conditions of an altitude of 33.5 km and Mach 15 to investigate the responses of the vehicle to the step commands of angle of attack,sideslip angle,and bank angle.The simulation studies demonstrate that the proposed controller is robust with respect to the parametric uncertainties and atmospheric disturbance,and meets the performance requirements of GHV with acceptable control inputs. | WANG Peng TANG GuoJian LIU LuHua WU Jie | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,8: | 18 |

| 4 | Association of KIR Genotypes and Haplotypes with Susceptibility to Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Infection in Chinese Han Population显示文摘Killer immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) genes can regulate the activation of NK and T cells upon interaction with HLA class I molecules. Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection has been regarded as a multi-factorial disorder disease. Previous studies revealed that KIRs were involved in HCV and HIV infection or clearance. The aim of this study was to explore the possibility of the inheritance of KIR genotypes and haplotypes as a candidate for susceptibility to persistent HBV infection or HBV clearance. The sequence specific primer polymerase chain reaction (SSP-PCR) was employed to identify the KIR genes and pseudogenes in 150 chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients, 251 spontaneously recovered (SR) controls, and 412 healthy controls. The frequencies of genotype G, M, FZ1 increased in CHB patients compared with healthy control subjects. The frequency of genotype AH was higher in SR controls than that in both CHB patients and healthy controls. The carriage frequencies of genotype G and AH were higher; while, the frequencies of AF and AJ were lower in SR controls than those in healthy control subjects. The frequency of A haplotype was lower, whereas, the frequency of B haplotype was higher in CHB patients and SR controls than those in healthy controls. In healthy controls, haplotype 4 was found lower compared with that in CHB patients and SR controls and the frequency of haplotype 5 was higher in SR controls than that in other two groups. Based on these findings, it seems that the genotypes M and FZ1 are HBV susceptive genotypes; AH, on the other hand, may be protective genotypes that facilitate the clearance of HBV. | 8 | Trajectory generation of heat load test based on gauss pseudospectral method显示文摘A new trajectory generation for heat load test is proposed based on gauss pseudospectral method within limit range. Firstly,with multiple path constraints and flight task requirements taken into consideration, heat load parameters are introduced into the dynamics equations. In order to solve the problem of generating such a trajectory within limit range rapidly, the dynamics equations have been normalized by Earth related parameters. Secondly, since the gauss pseudospectral method is just employed to solve the discrete nonlinear programming problem, transformations are developed, which can relate the Lagrange multipliers of the discrete nonlinear programming problem to the costates of the continuous optimal control problem. In addtion, another approach of trajectory generation by tracking the given heat rate is also presented. Finally, simulation results with common aero vehicle(CAV-H) show that the trajectories obtained by both methods can well perform the heat load test with high stagnation heating rate and the large total aeroheating amount; meanwhile, gauss pseudospectral method is better than the compared one in the given range. | 9 | Effect of Ball Milling on the Defeat of Few-Layer Graphene and Properties of Copper Matrix Composites显示文摘Graphene-reinforced copper composites recently have attracted more attention, since they exhibited excellent mechanical properties and could be used widely in many fields. Few-layer graphene(FLG) and copper powder were mixed by ball milling to produce homogeneous composite powders. Then, FLG-reinforced copper composites(FLG/Cu) were fabricated by spark plasma sintering(SPS) using the composite powders with a FLG volume fraction of 2.4 vol%. The effects of the rotating speed and the time of ball milling were analyzed based on the microstructure evolution and properties of the FLG/Cu composites. Obvious strengthening effect of FLG was found for the composites, and the conductance of the composite reaches 70.4% of IACS. The yield strength of the composite produced by ball milling at a speed of 100 r/min for 4 h is 376 MPa, which is 2.5 times higher than that of copper and higher than that of copper composite enhanced by 5 vol% CNTs(360 MPa). | 10 | Efficacy of integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and anti-retroviral therapy on immunological nonresponse in patients with human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome: a Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To explore the efficacy of integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and anti-retroviral therapy(ART),a customized combination of different classes of medications which was also called cock-tail treatment,on the immunological nonresponse(INR)in people living with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)(PLWH).METHODS:Relevant literature in databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database(CNKI),Wanfang Digital Journal,Chinese Medical Journal Database(CMJD),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Pub Med,Cochrane,and Embase was reviewed by two independent investigators.Data were extracted from the studies according to the eligible criteria and analyzed using Review Manager 5.3.RESULTS:Nine randomized controlled trials(RCTs)with 1078 patients were analyzed.Our analyses showed that CD4 T cell counts in the treatment group improved compared with that in the control group[mean difference(MD)=13.51,95%confidence interval(CI):7.42-19.60,P<0.0001].There was no significant difference between the treated and control groups after 3 months(MD=25.31,95%CI:-2.78 to 53.41,P=0.08).However,after 6 and 12 months,the response of the treatment group was superior to the control group(MD=27.45,95%CI:7.09-47.81,P=0.008 and MD=27.34,95%CI:6.31–48.37,P=0.01,respectively).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was also higher than that of the control group(RR=1.75,95%CI:1.16-2.65,P=0.007).However,CD45 RO and CD45 RA T cell counts did not differ significantly between the two groups(MD=12.37,95%CI:-6.71 to 31.45,P=0.20 and MD=5.67,95%CI:-3.00 to14.35,P=0.20,respectively).CONCLUSION:The combined treatment strategy of integrated TCM and Western Medicine promotes long-term reconstitution of the immune system and thus,is beneficial and has potential use for improving INR in PLWH.However,large-scale RCTs are required to provide evidence for optimal intervention strategies. | TAO Zhuang HUANG Xiaojie LIU Ying WANG Ru DONG Jipeng LIANG Biyan ZOU Wen GAO Guojian WANG Zhuo ZHANG Ke WU Hao ZHANG Tong WANG Jian | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,5: | 6 |
| 11 | Sliding mode decoupling control of a generic hypersonic vehicle based on parametric commands显示文摘A sliding mode decoupling attitude controller based on parametric commands is proposed for a generic hypersonic vehicle(GHV). This vehicle model has fast time variability and strong coupling, is highly nonlinear, and includes uncertain parameters. The design of the controller takes these features into account.First, for the purpose of decoupling, the inner loop of the controller is designed using the dynamic inversion(DI) method. Input/output linearization is achieved using full-state feedback to globally linearize the nonlinear dynamics of selected controlled outputs. Second, to improve the robustness of the attitude control system, the sliding mode control(SMC) method is used to design the outer loop of the controller. Although the DI and SMC methods result in decoupling and robustness, there exists serious inconsistency between the commands of the attitude angles and the commands of the first-order differential of the attitude angles. To solve this problem and achieve a trade-off between dynamic response speed and attitude-tracking precision, we propose a parametric method for calculating the commands of the first-order differential of the attitude angles. Finally,simulation studies are conducted for the trimmed cruise conditions of 33.5 km altitude and Mach 15, and the responses of the vehicle to the step commands of pitch angle, yaw angle, and rolling angle are examined. Analyzing a sample of China business groups(the so-called'Xi Zu Ji Tuan' in Chinese) from 2003 to 2012, we find convincing evidence of the use of Relative Performance Evaluation(RPE) in the executive compensation of the subsidiaries of business groups. Specifically, when the change in performance of one subsidiary is lower than that of the other subsidiaries,the change in its executive compensation is significantly lower. Further, when the business group is private and the level of marketization is high, the subsidiary's executive compensation is more likely to be influenced by the performance of the other subsidiaries. The effect of the addition of yttrium at levels of 0.2 at.%, 0.4 at.%, 0.5 at.%, 0.6 at.%, and 1 at.% on the glass forming ability (GFA) of the alloy has been investigated by means of metallography, X-ray diffraction, and differential scanning calorimetry. Experimental data in-dicates that high impurity content dramatically reduces the glass forming ability. Microalloying with 0.5 at.% Y is effective in suppressing the crystalline phase formation and alleviating the detrimental effect of oxygen in the low-purity alloy. On the contrary, in the alloy contain-ing high-purity element, the effective yttrium addition is less than 0.4 at.%. | 17 | Artificial frozen orbit control scheme based on J_2 perturbation显示文摘Since the inclination of frozen orbit with non-rotation of the perigee that occurs due to J2 perturbation must be equal to the critical inclination, this regulation has restricted the application of frozen orbit a lot. In this paper, we propose two control strategies to eliminate the secular growth of the argument of the perigee for orbits that are not at the critical inclination. One control strategy is using transverse continuous low-thrust, and the other is using both the transverse and the radial continuous low-thrusts. Fuel optimization in the second control strategy is addressed to make sure that the fuel consumption is the minimum. Both strategies have no effect on other orbital parameters’ secular motion. It is proved that the strategy with transverse control could save more energy than the one with radial control. | 19 | Effect of H_2 Reduction Temperature on the Properties of Reduced Graphene Oxide and Copper Matrix Composites显示文摘Reduced graphene oxide(RGO) and copper composites(RGO/Cu) were successfully fabricated based on a molecular-level mixing method(MLM). The composite powders were reduced in H2 at 350, 450, and 550 °C and then consolidated by spark plasma sintering(SPS) in order to evaluate the effect of H2 reduction temperature on the properties of the composites. The results indicate that the strengths of the composite decrease with the increase of H2 reduction temperature, while the electrical conductivity reaches its maximum at 450 °C and minimum at 550 °C. Hot rolling could benefit the electrical conductivity. The yield strength of the RGO/Cu composite reduced to 337 MPa at 350 °C. The electrical conductivity of the RGO/Cu composite reduced at 450 °C after hot rolling reaches 60.26% IACS.
