1Vitamin B6 regulates IL-33 homeostasis to alleviate type 2 inflammation显示文摘Interleukin-33(IL-33)is a crucial nuclear cytokine that induces the type 2 immune response and maintains immune homeostasis.The fine-tuned regulation of IL-33 in tissue cells is critical to control of the type 2 immune response in airway inflammation,but the mechanism is still unclear.Here,we found that healthy individuals had higher phosphate-pyridoxal(PLP,an active form of vitamin B6)concentrations in the serum than asthma patients.Lower serum PLP concentrations in asthma patients were strongly associated with worse lung function and inflammation.In a mouse model of lung inflammation,we revealed that PLP alleviated the type 2 immune response and that this inhibitory effect relied on the activity of IL-33.A mechanistic study showed that in vivo,pyridoxal(PL)needed to be converted into PLP,which inhibited the type 2 response by regulating IL-33 stability.In mice heterozygous for pyridoxal kinase(PDXK),the conversion of PL to PLP was limited,and IL-33 levels were increased in the lungs,aggravating type 2 inflammation.Furthermore,we found that the mouse double minute 2 homolog(MDM2)protein,an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase,could ubiquitinate the N-terminus of IL-33 and sustain IL-33 stability in epithelial cells.PLP reduced MDM2-mediated IL-33 polyubiquitination and decreased the level of IL-33 through the proteasome pathway.In addition,inhalation of PLP alleviated asthma-related effects in mouse models.In summary,our data indicate that vitamin B6 regulates MDM2-mediated IL-33 stability to constrain the type 2 response,which might help develop a potential preventive and therapeutic agent for allergy-related diseases.Songling Zhu Shufen Zhong Kebin Cheng Li-Sha Zhang Jiu-wu Bai Zu Cao Su Wang Wen Chen Shipeng Cheng Liyan Ma Zhiyang Ling Yuying Huang Wangpeng Gu Xiaoyu Sun Chunyan Yi Meng Zhao Shuo Liang Jin-Fu Xu Bing Sun Yaguang Zhang 2023Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,7:1
2Design and test of the key components for a combing-type tobacco harvester显示文摘In response to the problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity,and low mechanization in manual tobacco harvesting,a comb-off tobacco picking device for southern hilly tobacco areas was designed following the agronomic requirements and the principle of manual picking of tobacco harvesting in southern China.The device was composed of the power chassis,picking mechanism,and storage mechanism.This study involved the theoretical analysis,structural design,and modeling of the key components,such as chassis structure,combing-type picking mechanism,and power synchronization mechanism.The results of the motion analysis and calculation of the picking process demonstrated that the adjustment range of the comb chain elevation angles was from 12.4°to 20.9°,the comb rod installation distance was 76.2 mm,and the synchronizing mechanism transmission ratio was 3:10.One-factor test and three-factor three-level orthogonal test was performed with the forward speed of the chassis,the distance between the picking device baffles and the elevation angle of the chain with the combing bar as test factors,and the rate of broken and missed tobacco picking as evaluation indicators.It was revealed that the optimal combination of the forward speed of the chassis,the distance between the baffles,and the chain elevation angle were 1.5 km/h,75 mm,and 12.4°,respectively.Moreover,verification tests suggested that the breakage rate of tobacco leaves was 9.99%,and the probability of missed tobacco picking was 7.31%,both of which satisfy the agriculture requirements and the operational requirements in the agricultural machinery certification syllabus.Chaoran Sun Shaohui Tan Songling Sun Mingtao Xiao Limei Chen Wenke Ai Zhihua Qiu Ping Jiang Yang He 2024International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2024,17,1:0

4Accurate Online MTPA Control of IPMSM Considering Derivative Terms显示文摘The conventional maximum torque per ampere(MTPA)operation usually neglects the derivative terms of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)parameters,which significantly influences MTPA control accuracy.In this study,an MTPA control scheme that considers the derivative terms is developed,and a parameter identification strategy that considers the inverter to be non-ideal is developed for the calculation of the IPMSM parameters and derivative terms.In addition,the estimation accuracy of the motor parameters is further improved through the calibration of the nonlinear factors of the inverter.Finally,the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method is verified by simulation.This paper proposes practical methods for both inverter parameter estimation and accurate online MTPA control.Riyang Yang Tianfu Sun Wei Feng Shaojia He Songling Zhu Xiao Chen 2021Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2021,7,3:0
