1Geographic,Geometrical and Semantic Reconstruction of Urban Scene from High Resolution Oblique Aerial Images显示文摘An effective approach is proposed for 3D urban scene reconstruction in the form of point cloud with semantic labeling. Starting from high resolution oblique aerial images,our approach proceeds through three main stages: geographic reconstruction, geometrical reconstruction and semantic reconstruction. The absolute position and orientation of all the cameras relative to the real world are recovered in the geographic reconstruction stage. Then, in the geometrical reconstruction stage,an improved multi-view stereo matching method is employed to produce 3D dense points with color and normal information by taking into account the prior knowledge of aerial imagery.Finally the point cloud is classified into three classes(building,vegetation, and ground) by a rule-based hierarchical approach in the semantic reconstruction step. Experiments on complex urban scene show that our proposed 3-stage approach could generate reasonable reconstruction result robustly and efficiently.By comparing our final semantic reconstruction result with the manually labeled ground truth, classification accuracies from86.75% to 93.02% are obtained.Xiaofeng Sun Shuhan Shen Hainan Cui Lihua Hu Zhanyi Hu 2019IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2019,6,1:2

7Gold Nanoparticle Enantiomers and Their Chiral-Morphology Dependence of Cellular Uptake显示文摘Chiral molecules are widely prevalent in nature and biological systems,and artificial chiral nanoparticles have drawn enormous interest owing to their unique optical and physical properties.However,nanoparticles with chiral morphologies and their potential role in biology have been rarely explored.Herein,we report a seed-mediated synthesis of enantiomorphic Au nanooctopods(NOPs)and their chiralmorphology dependence of cellular uptake.With a high yield(∼80%),the chiral NOPs possess eight uniform arms that bend from<111>to<100>directions,like a propeller structure.The chiral NOPs synthesized with L-or D-glutathione(GSH)have opposite handedness,resulting in opposite circular dichroism signals,which is consistent with finite-difference time-domain simulations.D-GSH NOPs demonstrate greater than 30%(ca.15%)enhanced cellular uptake in GL261 and bEnd.3 cells compared with L-GSH NOPs(racemic NOPs).Moreover,D-GSH NOPs modified with poly(ethylene glycol)or L-GSH are also preferred by the cells,proving the chiral-morphology dependence of cellular uptake.Our study develops the exploration of the chiral-specific interaction in biological systems,providing potential applications for drug delivery,biosensing,and tumor detection.Ning-Ning Zhang Hao-Ran Sun Shuhan Liu Yu-Chen Xing Jun Lu Fei Peng Cheng-Long Han Zhonglin Wei Tianmeng Sun Bai Yang Kun Liu 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,2:1

13Influence and related mechanism of Retn gene expression on glucose uptake in 3T3-L1 cells显示文摘The aim of this article was to investigate the influence and the related mechanism of the Retn gene on glucose uptake and insulin resistance in 3T3-L1 cells.Radioimmunoassay was used to determine glucose uptake in 3T3-L1 cells with different Retn gene expression levels,whether cells were stimulated by insulin or not.RT-PCR and real-time RT-PCR analysis were used to determine the mRNA levels of several glucose transport proteins in 3T3-L1 cells with different Retn gene expression levels,including insulin receptor substrate-1(IRS-1),phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI-3K),AKT-2,glucose transporter-4(GLUT-4),p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(p38MAPK)and glycogen synthase kinase-3b(GSK-3b).The glucose uptake decreased with the increase in Retn gene expression in 3T3-L1 cells,which was independent of whether the cells were stimulated by insulin or not.The mRNA expression of two signal proteins PI-3K and AKT-2 decreased and the other two signal proteins,GSK-3b and p38MAPK,increased with Retn overexpression in 3T3-L1 cells.Resistin could induce insulin resistance in adipocytes,which might be related to the changes of some proteins in PI-3K and Ras pathways.LI Yahui LI Huaixing DONG Shiyuan YU Chao JIANG Yu SUN Shuhan 2007Frontiers of Medicine2007,1,3:0
14Enhanced hydrolytic removal of tylosin in wastewater using polymer-based solid acid catalysts converted from polystyrene显示文摘Antibiotic production wastewater usually contains high concentrations of antibiotic residues,which can cause instability and deterioration of biological wastewater treatment units and also domestication and proliferation of antibiotic-resistance bacteria.An effective pretreatment on antibiotics production wastewater is expected to selectively reduce the concentration of antibiotics and decrease the toxicity,rather than mitigate organic and other contaminants before further treatments.In this work,two polymer-based solid acids,PS-S and CPS-S bearing high concentrations of-SOH_(3)groups (up to 4.57 mmol/g),were prepared and successfully used for hydrolytic mitigation of 100 mg/L tylosin within 20 min.The co-existence of high concentrations of COD and humic substances did not affect the mitigation of tylosin obviously,while more than 500 mg/L of nitrogenous compounds suppressed the hydrolytic efficiency.Recycle and reuse experiments showed that the solid acids performed well in five cycles after regeneration.Three transformation products (P1,P2 and P3)were identified using UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS.Sugar moieties including mycarse,mycaminose,and mycinose detached and released simultaneously or in order from the 16-member lactone ring through desugarization,which led to a dramatic decrease in antibacterial activity as revealed by cytotoxicity evaluations using S.aureus.Ecotoxicity estimation indicated the acute toxicities of the hydrolyzed products to model species (e.g.,fish,daphnid and green algae) were classified as“not harmful”.This work suggested an effective and selective method to pretreat tylosin-contained production wastewater by using polymer-based solid acids.These results will shed light on effective elimination of antibiotics pollution from pharmaceutical industries through strengthening the pretreatments.Shiling Li Shuhan Sun Fei Qi Xiaomin Dou 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,4:0
15Dual-pump Control Algorithm of Two-speed Powershift Transmissions in Electric Vehicles显示文摘A high-speed motor in a drive system causes several challenges to the reliability of the mechanical parts of electric vehicles and leads to issues with noise,vibration and harshness(NVH).Thus,a two-speed powershift transmission is considered an effective way to improve the dynamic,economic and comfort performance of electric vehicles.A newly designed dual-pump hydraulic control system for a two-speed powershift transmission with two wet clutches is presented,in which the mechani-cal oil pump is linearly affected by the vehicle speed and the electric oil pump is controllable.By integrating the dynamic model of the hydraulic system into one of the powertrains with a two-speed transmission,a co-simulation dynamic model is proposed.To satisfy the flow and pressure demand of the hydraulic system,a dual-pump control strategy is presented,in which the electric oil pump is controlled by the mechanical oil pump following the minimum energy consumption principle.The World Light Vehicle Test Procedure(WLTP)cycle simulation results show that the energy consumption of the proposed hydraulic system can be reduced by 58.2%compared to the previous single-pump system developed by the authors with a constant main-line pressure control strategy.On the basis,the best configuration of the two pumps can further reduce the energy consumption of the hydraulic system by 23.2%compared to that of two-oil pumps with preset displacement.Yanfang Liu Lifeng Chen Tianyuan Cai Wenbo Sun Xiangyang Xu Shuhan Wang 2022Automotive Innovation2022,5,1:0
