1HTR2A agonists play a therapeutic role by restricting ILC2 activation in papain-induced lung inflammation显示文摘Group 2 innate lymphoid cells(ILC2s)are a category of heterogeneous cells that produce the cytokines IL-5 and IL-13,which mediate the type 2 immune response.However,specific drug targets on lung ILC2s have rarely been reported.Previous studies have shown that type 2 cytokines,such as IL-5 and IL-13,are related to depression.Here,we demonstrated the negative correlation between the depression-associated monoamine neurotransmitter serotonin and secretion of the cytokines IL-5 and IL-13 by ILC2s in individuals with depression.Interestingly,serotonin ameliorates papain-induced lung inflammation by suppressing ILC2 activation.Our data showed that the serotonin receptor HTR2A was highly expressed on ILC2s from mouse lungs and human PBMCs.Furthermore,an HTR2A selective agonist(DOI)impaired ILC2 activation and alleviated the type 2 immune response in vivo and in vitro.Mice with ILC2-specific depletion of HTR2A(Il5^(cre/+)·Htr2a^(flox/flox)mice)abolished the DOI-mediated inhibition of ILC2s in a papain-induced mouse model of inflammation.In conclusion,serotonin and DOI could restrict the type 2 lung immune response,indicating a potential treatment strategy for type 2 lung inflammation by targeting HTR2A on ST2+ILC2s.Zhishuo Wang Chenghua Yan Qizhen Du Yuying Huang Xuezhen Li Dan Zeng Ruizhi Mao Rama Krishna Gurram Shipeng Cheng Wangpeng Gu Lin Zhu Weiguo Fan Liyan Ma Zhiyang Ling Ju Qiu Dangsheng Li Enmei Liu Yaguang Zhang Yiru Fang Jinfang Zhu Bing Sun 2023Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,4:1

6An efficient full dynamic group signature scheme over ring显示文摘The group signature scheme is an important primitive in cryptography,it allows members in a group to generate signatures anonymously on behalf of the whole group.In view of the practical application of such schemes,it is necessary to allow users’registration and revocation when necessary,which makes the construction of dynamic group signature schemes become a significant direction.On the basis of(Ling et al.,Lattice-based group signatures:achieving full dynamicity with ease,2017),we present the first full dynamic group signature scheme over ring,and under the premise of ensuring security,the efficiency of the scheme is improved mainly from the following three aspects:the size of keys,the dynamic construction of a Merkle hash tree that used to record the information of registered users,and the reuse of the leaves in this tree.In addition,the public and secret keys of both group manager and trace manager are generated by a trusted third party,which prevents the situation that the two managers generate their respective public key and secret key maliciously.Compared with the counterpart of the scheme in(Ling et al.,Lattice-based group signatures:achieving full dynamicity with ease,2017)over ring,the expected space complexity of the Merkle tree used in our work down almost by half,and the computational complexity of its update has been reduced by a notch because of the dynamic construction of the hash tree.Yiru Sun Yanyan Liu Bo Wu 2019Cybersecurity2019,2,1:0
7Concurrent non-malleable zero-knowledge and simultaneous resettable non-malleable zero-knowledge in constant rounds显示文摘Concurrent non-malleable zero-knowledge(CNMZK)considers the concurrent execution of zero-knowledge protocols in a setting even when adversaries can simultaneously corrupt multiple provers and verifiers.As far as we know,the round complexity of all the constructions of CNMZK arguments for NP is at least ω(log n).In this paper,we provide the first construction of a constant-round concurrent non-malleable zero-knowledge argument for every language in NP.Our protocol relies on the existence of families of collision-resistant hash functions,one-way permutations and indistinguishability obfuscators.As an additional contribution,we study the composition of two central notions in zero knowledge,the simultaneously resettable zero-knowledge and non-malleable zero-knowledge,which seemingly have stronger proved security guarantees.We give the first construction of a constant-round simultaneously-resettable non-malleable zero-knowledge.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first study to combine the two security concepts described above together in the zero-knowledge protocols.Zhenbin Yan Yi Deng Yiru Sun 2018Cybersecurity2018,1,1:0

11An Asymmetric Controlled Bidirectional Quantum State Transmission Protocol显示文摘In this paper,we propose an asymmetric controlled bidirectional transmission protocol.In the protocol,by using the thirteen-qubit entangled state as the quantum channel,Alice can realize the transmission of a two-qubit equatorial state for Bob and Bob can transmit a four-qubit equatorial state for Alice under the control of Charlie.Firstly,we give the construction of the quantum channel,which can be done by performing several H and CNOT operations.Secondly,through implementing the appropriate measurements and the corresponding recovery operations,the desired states can be transmitted simultaneously,securely and deterministically.Finally,we analyze the performance of the protocol,including the efficiency,the necessary operations and the classical communication costs.And then,we describe some comparisons with other protocols.Since our protocol does not require auxiliary particles and additional operations,the classic communication costs less while achieving the multi-particle bidirectional transmission,so the overall performance of the protocol is better.Yiru Sun Yuling Chen Haseeb Ahmad Zhanhong Wei 2019Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,4:0
12An efficient fully dynamic group signature with message dependent opening from lattice显示文摘Message-dependent opening is one of the solutions to solve the problem of the tracing manager owns excessive power.In this paper,we present a new lattice-based fully dynamic group signature scheme with message-dependent opening by combining an improved version of the fully dynamic group signature scheme proposed by Ling et al and the double encryption paradigm.In addition,we propose an improved underlying zero knowledge protocol,it has a soundness error 1 max(n,p)+1 that is better than the Stern-like protocol,which helps to bring down the communication complexity of the protocol and hence the signature scheme.Our scheme constrains the power of group managers by adding an admitter,and the signature size has a logarithmic relationship with the group size.Yiru Sun Yanyan Liu 2021Cybersecurity2021,4,1:0
13Real- and momentum-indirect neutral and charged excitons in a multi-valley semiconductor显示文摘Excitons dominate the photonic and optoelectronic properties of a material.Although significant advancements exist in understanding various types of excitons,progress on excitons that are indirect in both real-and momentum-spaces is still limited.Here,we demonstrate the real-and momentum-indirect neutral and charged excitons(including their phonon replicas)in a multi-valley semiconductor of bilayer MoS_(2),by performing electric-field/doping-density dependent photoluminescence.Together with first-principles calculations,we uncover that the observed real-and momentum-indirect exciton involves electron/hole from K/Γvalley,solving the longstanding controversy of its momentum origin.Remarkably,the binding energy of real-and momentum-indirect charged exciton is extremely large(i.e.,~59 meV),more than twice that of real-and momentum-direct charged exciton(i.e.,~24 meV).The giant binding energy,along with the electrical tunability and long lifetime,endows real-and momentum-indirect excitons an emerging platform to study many-body physics and to illuminate developments in photonics and optoelectronics.Zhiheng Huang Yuhui Li Tao Bo Yanchong Zhao Fanfan Wu Lu Li Yalong Yuan Yiru Ji Le Liu Jinpeng Tian Yanbang Chu Xiaozhou Zan Yalin Peng Xiuzhen Li Yangkun Zhang Kenji Watanabe Takashi Taniguchi Zhipei Sun Wei Yang Dongxia Shi Shixuan Du Luojun Du Guangyu Zhang 2023National Science Open2023,2,4:0
