| 2 | Prevalence and Phylogenetic Analysis of Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever Virus in Ticks from Different Ecosystems in Xinjiang,China显示文摘The Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus(CCHFV),a member of the genus Orthonairovirus and family Nairoviridae,is transmitted by ticks and causes severe hemorrhagic disease in humans.To study the epidemiology of CCHFV in different ecosystems in Xinjiang,China,a total of 58,932 ticks were collected from Tarim Basin,Junggar Basin,Tianshan Mountain,and Altai Mountain from 2014 to 2017.Hyalomma asiaticum asiaticum was the dominant tick species in Tarim and Junggar basins,whereas Dermacentor nuttalli and Hyalomma detritum were found in Tianshan Mountain and Altai Mountain,respectively.Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction of the CCHFV small(S)genome segment was used for the molecular detection.The CCHFV-positive percentage was 5.26%,6.85%,1.94%,and 5.56% in Tarim Basin,Junggar Basin,Tianshan Mountain,and Altai Mountain,respectively.Sequences of the S segment were used for phylogenetic analysis and the results showed that the newly identified CCHFV strains belonged to two clades.Our study confirms that H.asiaticum asiaticum is the major vector of CCHFV in desert habitats which is consistent with previous studies,and also suggests that H.detritum and D.nuttalli are emerging vectors for CCHFV in Xinjiang.Moreover,this study reports the presence of CCHFV in the mountain habitat of Xinjiang for the first time,suggesting that future surveillance of CCHFV should also include mountainous areas. | Abulimiti Moming Xihong Yue Shu Shen Chenchen Chang Cheng Wang Tao Luo Yanfang Zhang Rong Guo Zhihong Hu Yujiang Zhang Fei Deng Surong Sun | 2018 | Virologica Sinica2018,33,1: | 5 |
| 3 | Structural changes in pyramidal cell dendrites and synapses in the unaffected side of the sensorimotor cortex following transcranial magnetic stimulation and rehabilitation training in a rat model of focal cerebral infarct显示文摘Very little is known about the effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation and rehabilitation training on pyramidal cell dendrites and synapses of the contralateral,unaffected sensorimotor cortex in a rat model of focal cerebral infarct.The present study was designed to explore the mechanisms underlying improved motor function via transcranial magnetic stimulation and rehabilitation training following cerebral infarction.Results showed that rehabilitation training or transcranial magnetic stimulation alone reduced neurological impairment in rats following cerebral infarction,as well as significantly increased synaptic curvatures and post-synaptic density in the non-injured cerebral hemisphere sensorimotor cortex and narrowed the synapse cleft width.In addition,the percentage of perforated synapses increased.The combination of transcranial magnetic stimulation and rehabilitation resulted in significantly increased total dendritic length,dendritic branching points,and dendritic density in layer V pyramidal cells of the non-injured cerebral hemisphere motor cortex.These results demonstrated that transcranial magnetic stimulation and rehabilitation training altered structural parameters of pyramidal cell dendrites and synapses in the non-injured cerebral hemisphere sensorimotor cortex,thereby improving the ability to compensate for neurological functions in rats following cerebral infarction. | Chuanyu Liu Surong Zhou Xuwen Sun Zhuli Liu Hongliang Wu Yuanwu Mei | 2011 | Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,9: | 2 |

| 7 | Types of biogenic quartz and its coupling storage mechanism in organic-rich shales: A case study of the Upper Ordovician Wufeng Formation to Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation in the Sichuan Basin, SW China显示文摘Biogenic quartz in the Upper Ordovician Wufeng Formation to Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation(WufengLongmaxi)shale layers in the Sichuan Basin and its periphery is qualitatively analyzed and quantitatively characterized by organic petrologic,mineralogic,and geochemical methods to find out the coupling effect between organic matter and quartz.(1)There are two types of biogenic quartz in the shale layers:Type I quartz is submicron quartz appearing in clusters around the organic matter.Type II quartz is in nano-scale grain size and floats in spherical shape on organic matter,with grains in point-to-point or surface-to-surface contact;this type of quartz is mainly biologic origin and slightly affected by hydrothermal activity in local parts.(2)The reservoirs in the Wufeng-Longmaxi formations is consistent in distribution with biogenic silica content in them,and mainly concentrated at the bottom of the Wufeng-Longmaxi formations,and is thinner in the Changning and Weiyuan regions,while thicker in the Fuling region.(3)The biogenic quartz in the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale worked through the entire evolution process of hydrocarbon generation.The presence of biogenic quartz can enhance the development of organic matter pores and microcracks,and can effectively preserve the organic matter pores and residual intergranular pores,forming'biological silicon intergranular pores,organic pores and micro-fractures'.This would benefit later hydraulic fracturing and result in high production/stable production of well.The coupling effect between biogenic quartz development and organic matter evolution and hydrocarbon generation is a critical factor for high-quality shale reservoir development. | GUAN Quanzhong DONG Dazhong ZHANG Hualing SUN Shasha ZHANG Surong GUO Wen | 2021 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,4: | 0 |
