6Influence of AAO Treatment Parameters on Characterizations of Surface Pores on 316L Stainless Steel显示文摘Recently a new kind stent,porous drug-eluting stent,has been developed to overcome the problems of bare metal stent(BMS)and drug-eluting stent(DES),and the clinic results reveal that it combined the advantage of BMS and DES.In this paper,a new method to fabricate surface pores on 316L stainless steel stent using anodic oxidation of aluminum mask film deposited by magnetron sputtering on 316L substrate was reported.The effect of experimental parameters,such as anodization time,anodization voltage,anodization solution and anodization temperature,on the pores'size distribution and density are investigated using SEM.It is found that the pores characterizations strongly depend on anodization time and pores expanding rate through AAO films and on stainless steel surface.Tang Guangze Wang Yujiang Lin Kaijie Ma Xinxin Sun Mingren 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:0
7Effect of sliding velocity in vacuum on tribological behavior of nitrided 2Cr13 steel显示文摘The effects of sliding velocity on the friction and wear of 2Cr13 pin/2Cr13 nitriding disc in vacuum were studied.The result show that the friction properties of 2Cr13 nitriding under high sliding velocity(1.6 m·s-1) is better than that under low sliding velocity(0.8 m·s-1).The friction coefficient was 0.4~0.5 when sliding velocity was 1.6 m·s-1.The specimens under vacuum condition are easier to adhere,and the wear under 1.6 m·s-1 is higher than that under 0.8 m·s-1.WANG Gang,MA Xinxin,TANG Guangze,LIU Yong,YANG Dezhuang,and HE Shiyu School of Materials Science and Engineering,Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin 150001,China 2007Rare Metals2007,26,S1:0
8Phase evolution of tantalum nitride and tantalum carbide films with PBII parameters显示文摘Tantalum nitride and tantalum carbide films were fabricated using magnetron sputtering of tantalum followed by nitrogen and carbon plasma-based ion implantation (N-PBII and C-PBII).The phase evolution and morphology of the films were studied using glancing angle X-ray diffraction (GXRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).It was found that the main phase in the tantalum nitride films was crystalline TaN0.1 whose grain size increases with increasing implantation voltage and phase content increases with increasing implantation dose.In the tantalum carbide film,the main phase was Ta2C.TaC phase also appeared as the implantation dose increased.XRD results from various glancing angles show that the phases with high nitrogen or carbon content,Ta4N5 and TaC,are present in the surface of the films.X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS) from the tantalum carbide film reveal that the surface carbon content is higher than that of the inner film.LI Zhongwen GU Le TANG Guangze MA Xinxin SUN Mingren WANG Liqin 2011Rare Metals2011,30,2:0
